I'd love to see 16nin shimai performed with the new Team K...doesn't mean they can never perform it with the original lineup again.
Wasshoi B has already changed from the original lineup, seriously people need to MOVE ON. -__-"

yes but if this is going to come up everytime the new teams do something(and since it's permament that's basically as long as akb48 are around) it's going to get tiresome for the rest of us.

I had a feeling Miichan would end up in Blue Rose. She really got into it in the First Concert ~ Shuffle Version.
Until I actually see the concert, my only complaint is that Enkyori Poster is included but not Choose Me. What's up with that?

I feel sorry for the girls in new Team B if the old Team B fans are going to do nothing but attack them and their hard work!

For me I don't see how wasshoi b is particularly special compared with other songs, yes it has names in it but like when Shiichan subbed for B3 it was awesome for me hearing 'ooya' as part of it.(I fangirl squealed a little bit)
I don't really see what else they could do but perform it, it seems like the logical decision to me to show that they are new teams but they still have the general essence of the old teams and the feel they created. In this way it's like they're still appreciating where Team B came from.

the girls ONLY do their job, and their job is to perform on stage, and make all of us happy :cow:
if we want to blame, let's point our finger to the people choosing the song
but i guess we can't help it now, and that's not a wise choice.
as for me,
the sacred song for team, such as 16nin shimai no uta or wasshoi B. could be replaced anytime,
but that should not be happen, since the songs represents the team

I'M A BIG FAN OF MATSUYUKI don't start making assumptions about me and who I'm a fan of! I'm not upset about you saying this, I'm upset that people seem like they're not going to support the girls in their new teams that they're obviously working so hard on.
Team K were also looked down on in the beginning, I know Team B had to fight their way but they're up here now and once they achieved their normal status the songs just became songs...it's like they wanted to be treated like equals but people are still showing them feelings of being the underdogs and needing special treatment.
Look I'm really sorry if I sound harsh and I didn't mean to attack or upset you, believe it or not this is how I speak in real life too, I say things bluntly and hate beating around the bush.(and it gets me into trouble in real life too -__-")

Sorry how is this relevent?? I also never got to see original shonichi and yes I've listened to the original 'true' version. The girls may see shonichi as a big deal because of how it got number 1 status, yes I get this, but wasshoi b??? Even the girls comments in blogs and such show they don't see that as any big deal.
Also, talking of sacred Team songs, Team B did 'korogaru' as part of their first stage, they totally took Team K's sacred song!!! Seriously AKB48 stages have been recycled and pushed around a million times and more making any and all of this defunct. I really honestly don't see what the fuss is about.
AKB48 will never be able to grow and move forward if people want things to stay still in time.

I'm really sorry if you took what I said so personally, I didn't mean for it to be.
I just feel that the new Team's performing the old teams songs means that they are respecting where the team names came from, even yuka masuda in her blog said 'original team b's shoinichi' saying they know who the songs belong to.
I do honestly humbly apologise if I upset anyone and I wasn't aiming to attack you. Data you're telling me off for attacking(which I hadn't intended) by attacking me??? seriously?

Units of interest from the various setlists:
7. Seifuku Resistance (Tomochin, Erepyon, Moeno) - I found the performance from K6 shonichi was really well done and I'm interested in seeing how they'll pull it off on a large stage in Yokohama Arena.
8. Renai Kinshi (Takamina, Haachan, Wasamin) - The song itself is not particularly awesome, but I want to see Haachan perform this dance.
11. Kuchiutsushi Chocolate (Yukirin, Tomo~mi, Kitarie) - The outfits are HOT. The unit members are legal. Enough said. :D
13. Blue Rose (Sayaka, Miichan, Sae, Ayarin) - Apparently Miichan has done this in the past (I haven't seen it), but it'd be great to see a 'modern-day' Miichan rocking out in Blue rose. The gap from Akkanbe and Blue rose should be interesting to see too in Kikuchi's case.
8. Yuuwaku no Garter (Harunyan, Mariko, Yuko) - Saw this on setlist 2010 (it was HOT) and given the unit members, this is a definite must-see. :drool:
9. Dakishimeraretara (acchan, yukirin, tomochin) - Similar to Yuuwaku, 'cept I saw this one in K5's senshuuraku.
10. Lie (No3b) - New No Sleeves single. Enough said.
- Majisuka Short Play - - Sounds AWESOME.
M04. Kagami no Naka no Jeanne D'Arc (Team Hormone - Kitahara, Sashiara, Komori, Takajo Nito) - Team Hormone!! :rockon:
M05. Confession (Nakaya, Tanabe, Yonezawa, Katayama) - Haven't seen much of these 4, so it's definitely a point of interest for me.
M06. Haru ga Kuru made (Kasai, Kuramochi) - The 'kyun kyun' part should be cute and Mocchi's voice should do this well. I'm just wondering how Tomo~mi will do with this one.
M08. Heart Gata Virus (Watanabe, Miyazawa, Akimoto) - Sae's done this before at Budoukan (was a little awkward for me, but not bad overall) and Mayu sort of fits the image of this song. The wild card here is definitely Sayaka. As much as she wants to do cute songs, err...I'll wait until I see this to pass judgment.
M11. Temodemo no Namida (Oshima, Shinoda) - I've mentioned this before in the chat, but when I saw this, I wondered why they were doing this since Maimai and Mariko had done this already in the past. ..Then I realized Oshima = Yuko :nervous Nonetheless, should be an interesting contrast to the Yuki/Mika or YukiCha 'Temo Demo..'
M12. Kinjirareta Futari (Maeda Atsuko, Nachu -> Maeda Atsuko, Takahashi?) - Speculation states that the one partnering Acchan switches mid-song, which would mean it'd probably be Acchan taking Yuko's part. ...Which would then mean that Nachu/Takamina takes Tomo~mi's part. We all know how great Takamina's vocals are, but the wild card in this unit would be Nachu's, since I don't think anyone has heard her sing.

Supposedly these were all performed in their Majisuka characters, or at least in their costumes. And the other members that were dancing in Akkanbe Bashi were Majisuka girls and Yabakune(rest of the girls I guess). Imagine them doing that dance with each other. XD

Yeah someone who attended the concert on s48 said they all stayed in character for the songs.
They also said nachu performed the whole song(in daruma mode) but it leads on to a story bit with takamina.

No mention of the supposed largest audience for an AKB concert so far? Or does a few thousand more than the Budokan make no difference? What about the stage layout? A ring around the arena with a mosh pit in the middle? Any idea?

I figure that's more an effect of Budokan being a little lower in capacity compared to Yokohama Arena, than in the amount of people wanting to get in.. :P

I hesitate to post here cos many others know a lot more about this than I do, and have much more invested in the teams and the whole AKB scene cos I am a total newcomer... but...
The details of the multiple DVD releases of this event are posted here (http://www.pre-cam.jp/akb48/yokohama10/). (Also found a blog item here (http://ckhp.vox.com/library/post/ck-in-japan-spring-2010-days-4-6akb48-invades-yokohama.html), not sure if that's been posted before).
My question:
Can anyone enlighten on what the content will be of each 4-disk set? I guess I don't know enough about how the concerts were structured - did each team perform completely separately (I can't imagine that's how it was??) I'm just confused about how they managed to produce, as far as I can make out, three 4-disk sets, equals at least 12 disks all up... Or is the content the same, with just the packaging different to appeal to each team's fans?
Any clarification will be welcomed!

There are essentially 4 disks: 1 for each performance, and 1 making of disk.
They didn't perform separately, but I think the different editions are superficially different, as well as come with different extras. Like the booklet, photos, etc.
