That was a mistranslation from Google translate. If you place your mouse over one of the English words it highlights the corresponding Japanese word. You can see it's getting the "Hey" from part of Yossie's name. When that happens, in this case with "よっすぃ～" just delete that part and replace it with "yossie" and the translator makes more sense of it. "Hey Hey I'm Jordan" from a previous one was a wrong translation of Koharu's name. Also with group names like Morning Musume that have a maru at the end, delete the maru before translating as it confuses the translator in thinking it's the end of a sentence. There's a lot of little things like that which you can use to help get a better machine translation. Like I've seen people paste a translation with something like "maureen girl" which the translator has got from "Mo-Musume", silly stuff like that.

For Yahoo-mbga, I think you need to have a Japanese cell phone number/email address (from DoCoMo, KDDI, Softbank, etc.) because they usually verify it... Or you can pay to be a member, but you'll need a Japanese credit card.
