昨日もLIVEのリハーサルだったんだけど、ご飯休憩の時に写真撮ったよ～

昨日は衣装も着ての最終リハーサルでした


先日、モーニング娘。の初期から振り付けをして下さっている夏まゆみ先生にアドバイスを頂きました。


今苦しいだろ？
それでいい。
ステージに立って苦しかったら間違いだけど、今は苦しくていい。


石川はもっと出来る。
今のままじゃもったいない。もっと自信持って頑張れって言ってくれました。


自然と涙が溢れ出た。


心の底から何かが溢れ出た。


人は人の「力」で変わる。


先生から「力」を与えてもらいました。


次は私がみんなに「力」を与える番です！

I played the game fully and moved my body lots
It will be broadcasted on May 5th

Translating audio isn't my area of expertise.  Sometimes they talk too fast and I miss things.  I think lilcazza translates some videos over at HH, but I haven't checked lately if she's done any translations for the Musata recordings.

フットサルの練習に参加出来ました

うん。三ヶ月ぶり…

かなり久しぶりになっちゃいました

いい汗かいたし、練習楽しかったです！

最近はクエン酸と仲良しです

LIVEや練習の時、スポーツドリンクに混ぜて飲んでます

運動した次の日に疲れが残らないんです

だから最近はとっても仲良しです

クエン酸、これからもよろしくぴょん

ちなみにクエン酸の次に仲良しなのはアミノ酸よ

サプリとか全く興味なかった私が変わり始めてます(^O^)
