Kei and I were talking about this. Isn't this only the 2nd time they've been on a music show? The first time was like 3 years ago with Snow Celebration/Moteki no Uta. Hopefully this becomes a regular thing!

Idoling!!! was actually on Hey!x3 twice, but on the second time, they were just guests because of Kaela Kimura. They were also on Music Fighter once for the AKBIdoling!!! stuff. But yeah, this is only the 2nd time they're going on a music show for themselves. I am surprised by the announcement, but I wouldn't keep my hopes up for any other shows. Shuchishin was on Music Japan and Kouhaku, so we know that NHK is on good terms with Fuji TV. Shuchishin was also on Utaban, but they were immensely more popular than Idoling!!! XD

what a sweet PV, its really cute and fitting to the song. I love the concept of the PV, not only you get to see almost all the member at all time, their interaction to the screen is interesting too.
However, when I look at the drama thingy in the middle I can't help but to be reminded of Amimi's cheesy C grade PV in Hanjuku Girl Sora~Ami Hour. Funny as hell.
the coolest part for me in this PV though, is at 00:02:14. Tachibana, Puni Puni and Yazawa doing wotagei~ :lol: epic win~
edit : funny how they didn't put Sakacchi in the same lineup as the OLs and the College girls

Awwww I LOVE IT! It reminds me of the Brady Bunch! I'm so glad they put some retro feeling in it. I was actually expecting some 60s theme, but the Brady Bunch works!
This is definitely their best PV to date. I'll have to download this once HQ is out. I NEVER download PVs.

Love the PV! Along with Shokugyou Idol!!! I really think this is their best PV by quite a long way. It has such a high watchability value as well as it is quite fun to see what each members are doing around the corner. So many things to pay attention to in each screen:)

The show in particular consistently fails to showcase how great the members can look. If you see any of their stuff outside idoling (magazine spreads, ivs, etc) they always look way better than on the intentionally downmarket show or even in the pvs.

I don't know about anyone else but parts of the studio version seemed muted almost as if whoever recorded it only recorded one side of the sound. I mean it would mave been broadcas in stereo but sounded like a mono recording to me. I can't wait for the single to be released so I can here what it sounds like all the way through.

Bokura no Niwa is certainly a nice contrast to the single and I no Standard. Just like Houkago and U. They seem to have found a formula of packaging these songs together and I am liking it:)
I totally agree too that I no Standard live is amazing though I may be biased since I have watched and rewatched that performance so many times:) I still like the solo gimmick they put in the song! Just pure win to see each girl sings the lines with different poses.

By the way, when they say that Limited B edition includes 'a bonus item', what does this generally refer to? I'm choosing which edition to order and it would be nice to know whether I prefer a trading card and CD or this bonus item!

The bonus item in limited edition B is call "QT Card", in front of QT Card is member's photo and back side have a QR code, you can use QR code reader to read the contents in the QT card, it's include the member's message and a cell phone standby screen photo, so what's the QR code reader? It's a picture scan software use on japanese cell phone, but you can find another scan software to read the QR code on other cell phone (please search the word of "QR code reader" on google).
Anyway, you can find more information of QR code on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_Code).

Just got my copy of Idoling!!! single yesterday. Always pretty impressed at how quick CDJapan delivers the order. It came with a sticker set as well which is pretty cool. Wonder if I will ever have enough will to actually use it! Was quite anxious what trading card I would get and it turns out to be Itou Yuuna! Pretty happy about this:) Man I really want to collect all the member trading cards!

Just got my copy of Idoling!!! single yesterday. Always pretty impressed at how quick CDJapan delivers the order. It came with a sticker set as well which is pretty cool. Wonder if I will ever have enough will to actually use it! Was quite anxious what trading card I would get and it turns out to be Itou Yuuna! Pretty happy about this:) Man I really want to collect all the member trading cards!
Today I goto the local cd store to purchase the new single, but the limited editon A was SOLD OUT!! So I just get the limited edition B go home (of course I also to place an order for the limited edition A)...

Yuuna's card too, that's nice. That's so cool that you can just go to a store to buy that. I will have to check my local store to see if there is a cheap copy around. Tempted to get more just to collect the cards!

It is quite funny to read these standards. I wonder how self-reflective it is supposed to be. Some of them make a lot of sense (Endou, Hashimoto, Yazawa, Kawamura, Morita). Hyakka Ryouran could also mean gathering of talents right which could refer to Yokoyama who has a lot of talent herself (being clever, can play drums etc.) Ookawa kinda fits too with her no-nonsense ultra-competitive nature (and she was literally running in this single PV as well as the making of!) Tonooka one is just weird. Can't begin to speculate anything on that one:) Others I have no clues.
This reminds me a bit of the Morning Musume's Kashimashi Monogatari song (the way each person gets a line about their personality). I really wish they put out a good pv for this and it would make a cool way to introduce the current lineup to new fans...

According from the QT card info website FAQ (http://biz.qt-card.jp/faq/index2.php), Don't use the PC side browser to access the web address provide from the QT card, please use i-mode browser, EZweb browser or Yahoo! cell phone browser.

I think this is not only a browser and cell phone problem, the service provider also is, so we can not simply use emulator to access the address via internet connection.

Still, I managed to watch it in 3d, took a couple of hours, ripped the video and converted the video to a red/blue 3D video. The colours aren't the same as the original but it is still satisfying seeing Idoling in 3D.

I downloaded the DVD ISO to have a look at the 3d video because I wanted to know how it was done. Haven't got a 3D TV though so there's no point watching it as it is. Still, I managed to watch it in 3d, took a couple of hours, ripped the video and converted the video to a red/blue 3D video. The colours aren't the same as the original but it is still satisfying seeing Idoling in 3D.
So, what's the original method to watch the 3D version of the video? 3D TV + 3D Player + 3D Glasses?
But I known the 3D technology have more than one, which one should I get??

I'm not sure but i'm guessing it's the latest style tech needed. Looking at the original version of the video, it is encoded like a standard dvd video but instead of one video it is 2 videos, one on each side. I'm guessing that what ever is used to watch it can tell that its 3d and does whats needed to view in 3d. I'm not upto date on all the latest 3d tech.

3D anaglyph is basically just a normal videofile, you can watch it on any computer or even convert it to DVD to watch on a TV. Provided you have the Red/Blue glasses you will get the 3D effect. I'm wondering if I should upload the converted video I did to something like megaupload.
