Michael Bay confirms Transformers 4, replacing entire human cast
Ready or not, here comes Transformers 4. The Huffington Post reports that Transformers directory Michael Bay has signed a contract with Paramount Pictures to extend the money-minting movie franchise. Yeah, we know. Most everyone says the movies are terrible, with the exception of some eye-popping (yet very overdone) CGI.
It's hard to blame Paramount or Bay for going back to the well for more Autobot love. After all, the movies gross hundreds of millions of dollars, which makes us think that at least some of you are ponying up at the local movie theater.
As for Shia LaBeouf and the rest of the Transformers cast, word is that they will not be back for movie number four. But you can bet that Bumblebee, Optimus and the remaining cast of bad guys will be back. Bay claims the movie will hit the big screen on June 29, 2014, but there is no script at this point. Many will no doubt debate that there will be no script on June 30, 2014, either.

Bring on more combiner groups, like the Stunticons and Aerialbots.
Dinobots would also be great to see inna movie.

Theres also a new logo for the film that Bay revealed.

Last month, Mark Wahlberg officially landed a role in Transformers 4. ComingSoon.net caught up with the star at a press junket for his upcoming Broken City and talked a bit about his hopes for the franchise reboot.
"I'm really excited about 'Transformers,'" Wahlberg says. "Michael Bay and I just did 'Pain & Gain' and we had such a good time making it. He came to me and said, 'I'm kind of doing a whole different reboot on 'Transformers.' Are you interested?' I said, 'Yeah, I'll do it!'. I loved the idea and I think we can make something really cool and kick-ass. This is not something where it's already established and I'm just in there to get a paycheck. I'm thinking this is the most important role of my career and I can do something really special."
The current plan is for Transformers 4 to shoot in May and see a release on June 27, 2014. Adding to Wahlberg's excitement is the anticipation from a very specific demographic.
"It's the only time my kids have ever been interested in a movie I'm making," he laughs.

Michael Bay has revealed in his blog who the other male lead will be, and his name is Jack Reynor, who starred in an Irish film called "What Richard Did".

Saw it today. Not going to spoil anything, but I've gotta say, despite that many critics have really panned this movie, I actually found myself liking more than the 3rd one (Dark of The Moon).
