A Los Angeles judge has ordered Britney Spears to turn over her two children to former husband Kevin Federline this week until further court order.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon Monday issued an order stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. until further order of the court."

Yup, I'm on the "feel bad for her too" wagon as well. It's not that I'm a fan of her or anything, but still... a mother losing her right to see her children. I dunno. :\

The only people I feel sorry for is the two kids. They've got a mother who's off the rails, taking drugs, showing her parental faults to the world and a father who I hear is just as bad but nobody really knows about him cause nobody cares. What great role models they are...

I kinda feel bad too(but not too much). She IS a crackpot who needed to take better care of those boys ( like that ahole K-fed is any better) but I hole she doesnt totally flip & off herself now. Or start going to parties like mad. Maybe she & Chris Crocker can get married & have even more effed up kids. ( they wont give them to either though right?)

It's too bad there weren't married for awhile first before they decided to have children. (Of course, would they have married if she wasn't pregnant in the first place?)

Seriously though, she really DOES need a wake up call. When a judge tells you that your white-trash ex is a better parental choice than you are, it's a sign.

In the beginning, when she got with Mr. Popozao, and had.. was the kids name Sean..? whatever, but anways, I felt like she just only wanted to have a baby, y kno. She did always say she wanted to be a mom in past interviews and all. I do like Britney, but I havent been happy with what she's gotten herself into these past years, I hope she doesnt do something really stupid now...

I'm surprised this didn't happen earlier... Britney's been batshit insane for at least a year now.

Or maybe the court system is just so slow. o-o;; Really hope she starts to get back on track now; I'm not a fan of hers at all, but I don't like to see anyone's life go down the drain. And hey, IF she managed to start taking care of herself & other stuff again, she'd have the most glorious comeback because she's gone about as low as she can... Then she could go on Oprah and tell everyone how hard it was, but she made it

However, I doubt she has the strength... Feels like she's been given so many chances already and she hasn't made use of them...
