Has to be! Sometimes I sit like a monk, you know that classic pose, with legs crossed over?

Though I know not everyone can pull it off easy. I see them having to physically lift their legs into that pose. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?! I can, which makes me believe I'm double-jointed. If you sit on anything that elevates you above the ground that have you legs hanging off to the front (chairs, couches etc) I say sitting figure 4/90 degrees. But if you are sitting on the ground or have your whole body on whatever you are sitting on, crossed legs like a monk is the way to go.
