Only able to catch the last few minutes of the episode but I liked what I saw so far but the dramatic shots of everyone's faces is so freakin' hilarious. Plus Kumi and Maria~

I love the OP song, it kind sounds like something for a detective drama though.

Wow...Both opening and ending song are kind of depressing. But I guess the episode is okay for what is was, it doesn't excite me as the first two. But my money would be a cameo appearance as the boss is Atsuko

Standing by what I said before, judging from the first episode alone, I believe I'm gonna like this new season. Love Kumi's and Maria's characters already and that freakin' puppet is gonna give me nightmares.

Funny seeing Kitarie there lol anticipating on who else will be makes appearances. /o/

I lol'd when I see Rie, seriously, she always appear in Paruru's drama

Nobunaga? Hm... Acchan? Yui? Jurina? Mayu maybe? Since she'll defeat the teppen (well, maybe. That's what I understand with my poor Nihongo) those 4 would be a good idea. Maybe.

Well, i guess I'll wait for the eng sub, watching it all over again and wait for the next episode and so on.

Ponkotsu Blues, I think that it's a good song. IMO

I think I'm going to like this season a lot, despite of the obvious paralels (which are cool), it's refreshing to see a new setting with brand new characters and plot (which actually seems that it's going to have more sense, or at least less holes than the previous ones).

Oh, is this Sae? Just caught my attention!!

Now I can't wait for next friday.

They're probably all Team 4 girls. I'd be a little surprised if they didn't put girls like Mariyagi in the enemy ranks.
But I already showed last season that I'm useless at guessing members.

Ahhh!!! Should I keep waiting for subs or just watch it now? I'm so tempted to watch it now because it looks really good and I want to see the new additions to Majisuka but I bet I wont be able to understand even half of what's going on

So, just out of interest, are any of Rappapa still in it at all? Any chance of Yuko making a comeback?

Edit: Wait a sec! Are Mayu and Juri still in this? Or has the Nezumi/Center duo been written out?

1. It's pretty much a new story.
No characters from MG1 or 2 have shown up, and there haven't been any connections to MG1/MG2 story-wise either.
The Team 4/SKE members that have returned, are all using new characters. So it can be treated as a whole different story.

2. Neither have shown up. Basically everybody has been written out.
