I noticed they modified one of their jumping bits in the choreo. Guess it was too hard to sync up or ended up looking sloppy in general

This is pretty tiring to do though. So much bouncing around, I love it

I've no idea if this is correct, but a comment on the first Netizen Buzz article says "Wengchong is a cutesy version/nickname of Way, right? Or Way and ChoA together I guess". The tweet from Crayon Pop with the Ilbe-ism "nomu nomu" is signed " From Wengchong".

Chrome CEO released a statement. I'm still getting rough translations but he basically said that he did create an account but more for marketing and audience feedback purposes. He has accounts on other sites as well that he uses for the same purpose just to gauge feedback of a song. Since he runs a smaller company, he doesn't have the funds for feedback groups and audience polls so he has to do this to gauge response.

Since they aren't popular this doesn't really do anything to them at the moment, maybe if they get big someday it might come back and bite them. But as of now, it got their name at the top of search rankings

hahaha and maybe some people gave some of their songs a listen just to check out what this Crayon Pop is and became fans heheh.

Just to further clarify because I was also in 'wtf is ilbe' mode.
Taken from a comment in Reddit:
