VAMPS will be releasing a Halloween song along with their traditional Halloween Party! 

Rock duo VAMPS will be holding their live event, ‘HALLOWEEN PARTY‘, again this year. The duo will also release a Halloween song called “HALLOWEEN PARTY” as their new single on October 17th.

This year’s ‘HALLOWEEN PARTY’ will be held on October 20th and 21st at Kobe World Hall, then from October 26th to the 28th at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall. At this time, it’s been announced that Acid Black Cherry and BREAKERZ will be joining VAMPS at this event. Tickets will go on sale starting October 6th.

The single will feature a ‘HALLOWEEN JUNKY ORCHESTRA‘ which consists of HYDE (VAMPS), Acid Black Cherry, DAIGO (BREAKERZ), kyo (D’ERLANGER), Tommy february6, Tommy heavenly6, Tatsuro (Mucc), Tsuchiya Anna, Aoki Ryuji, K.A.Z (VAMPS), Hitsugi (Nightmare), Aki (SID), RINA (SCANDAL), and Wakeshima Kanon. The limited edition will come with a DVD containing a video clip of the participating artists.

VAMPS’ career-spanning overseas debut album “SEX BLOOD ROCK N’ ROLL” is out NOW!!

VAMPS, Japan’s most daring rock duo formed by HYDE (L’Arc~en~Ciel) and K.A.Z (Oblivion Dust) have recently celebrated charting in at 3rd place in the Oricon Weekly Charts with their most recent single “AHEAD/REPLAY”.
 
“SEX BLOOD ROCK N’ ROLL” is VAMPS’ overseas debut album. HYDE commented, “This album isn’t just a compilation of our previous releases. We’ve newly recorded some of the instrumental parts, re-recorded the vocals for each track with entirely English lyrics, and we’ve also redone the mixing. It’ll be our first overseas album which shows us at our absolute best, as well as serving as our “best of” album in Japan”. The album is released not only in the countries that they just finished playing as part of their European tour, but also in other areas which are soon to be announced as their next destination. Their European tour in Spain, France, Germany and the U.K., held in partnership with LIVE NATION, known for producing worldwide tours for stars such as Lady Gaga, Madonna and U2.

The album was released on Sept 30th in the U.K, Oct 15th in The U.S.A, and Sept 25th in Japan (release is following in other countries). The track list consists of 13 tracks – “DEVIL SIDE”, “REDRUM”, “REVOLUTION II”, “THE PAST”, “VAMPIRE DEPRESSION”, “SWEET DREAMS”, “Life On Mars?”, “HUNTING II”, “LOVE ADDICT”, “ANGEL TRIP”, “MEMORIES”, “MY FIRST LAST” and “SEX BLOOD ROCK N’ ROLL”.

They just came back from their Europe tour and now they are ready to rock in the US!

VAMPS will release the international edition of their new studio album, BLOODSUCKERS, through Spinefarm Records on March 23rd in the UK/EU and March 24th in the U.S.

This 13 track release – produced by VAMPS and Josh Wilbur (whose previous credits include Gojira and Lamb Of God) and housed in the artwork of mysterious Japanese artist Rockin’ Jelly Bean – is the follow-up to SEX BLOOD ROCK N’ ROLL, also issued via Spinefarm in 2013.

Says HYDE, who launched VAMPS with K.A.Z in 2008: “BLOODSUCKERS is a record that we spent almost one year putting together. For me, this is the best work we’ve done so far, and we would love to tour around the world with these songs…”
