My honest opinion is this. Ridding the kennins from sister groups was a big plus

I think i would side with the Komi being captain as not good although I have to give consideration that the possibility may be showing itself that this is more future push rather than the old guard deserving to be there.

indeed, kennin from sister groups serves nothing in my eyes... it's better for them to stay&focus on their own home group--especially NMB, they're in a pinch now seeing how Sayanee won't be stay for long

next is to get rid of SSK or at least change its mechanism... I honestly feel that the current SSK already lost its thrill&glory
