Actress Yui Aragaki (22) has announced that she will hold a special 2-day overnight fan club event called "Aragaki Yui to Mahiru no Hoshi wo Miyou" ("Let's Stargaze at Daytime with Yui Aragaki"). The unique tour-like event will take place on November 27-28 at Lake Shirakaba in the Nagano prefecture. As the name suggests, the event will include a daytime stargazing activity with Aragaki on the second day, but there are several other activities planned leading up to it, such as a documentary screening, a quiz competition, a "Yui Aragaki museum" featuring special goods, a talk event, and a group picture. As Aragaki says on the event's website, "It seems that daytime stars are not something you can see very easily. So that day, you may be able to see them, or maybe not, but first of all, I would like it to be an opportunity for all of you and me to gather and meet."

Her music thread is dead or locked,

may as well post the info here. Gakky released her 3rd album, Niji(Rainbow) back at the end of September, did fairly well reaching #4 on the charts.

Perhaps not as good as Hug but it's been growing on me,

really like her style, sort of poppy with a folk rock sound most of the time which suits her voice which is sort of raspy at times, but at least it's real unlike a lot of others who depend too much on production to make them sound good.

She's been doing a lot of CMs and promos lately, don't know what her other plans are.

Had Hanamizuki in August and the Niji album in September but nothing about any dramas I think are in the works, we really need to see more of her on a consistent basis, can only watch her other dramas over and over and...

Said before she isn't really doing much as of late, but she's still hosting the Girls Locks! show one week a month.

Started her current run Monday and it ends tonight, well actually I'm too late, the show ended a few hours ago,

gotta remember the time difference.

If you have KeyHole TV you can listen in to it, show airs 10:15 pm Japanese time. Too late for Gakky, but here's a few pics from her hosting Monday's show.

Hanamizuki has done really well since it's August release, was in the top 10 in Japan for almost 2 months,

now it's opening up in quite a few other countries such as Australia and Thailand. There was a short trailer on the previous page, here's a much longer one plus it's subbed!
