I have to give props to the Ravens for man-handling the Bengals. Anquan Boldin scored a TD and the Ravens D dominated to give me a win in my NFL FF league. Ronnie Brown's paltry 30 total yards of offense was just icing on the cake. But you don't need offense against the Raiders when their special teams was a "special" team.

I think only one person did the league pick em last week so if you have the time you can play that mini game in the fantasy league as well. Just letting y'all know because I sure as hell didn't lol.

btw this thread needs a fresh poll lol. the one up there closed in 2007?!? maybe we could have a weekly poll about, i don't know, switching it up between stuff that's relevant to the fantasy league or the NFL itself like who'd rush for the most yards in week 2 or what QB would produce the most fantasy points in week 3. Just a thought

I think it'd be awesome if we just kept up a pretty rolling conversation about fantasy or things in this thread... The past couple years at least I've participated, it's been pretty dead for the most part ^^; except for some NFL news dai posts or some chat between kuro and I lol >.>

But yeah, seeing that "Who will win, Colts or Bears?" poll makes me laugh these days.

Yeah, I feel bad for conning my dad into getting Kevin Ogletree. However, the Saints are still disappointing me and I will think about benching Marques Colston next week since he didn't catch a pass until like the late 3rd quarter. I'm probably gonna lose my NFL Fantasy league game tonight since I only have Roddy White vs. Julio Jones, Matt Bryant, and Willis McGahee (although I have an 8-point lead). I loved how the 49ers defense dominated the Lions for most of the game although they blew my only slim chance of locking in a win when they allowed Brandon Pettigrew to score.

Prater. I just realized that they'll be playing in a dome so the whole wind thing is a non issue.

Heh, I wonder if the replacements have MJD on their fantasy team(s) as well. "Psst, MJD. I'm gonna call this a touchdown because I need 6 points to win."

Also, I read about Michael Turner's DUI after the Monday night game and I kinda liked how the writer inserted a subtle "too soon" joke in there (it went along the lines that Turner would fail the drug test because he couldn't run 2 yards before going down, reflecting his horrible rushing average so far).
