Dancing is this JKT48 member’s hobby. Beby Chaesara Anadila -her complete name- auditioned for JKT48 because the management came to her dance studio. “I auditioned because one of JKT48’s management staff came to the studio where I dance. I was asked ‘Can you sing or dance?’ and I told her that I can dance. I was accepted and called to Jakarta,” told Beby.

To be a professional dancer in the future is what she’s aiming. “I want to be a professional dancer, and I also want to be an expert in finance,” she laughed while telling us. Prior to joining JKT48, Beby has been participating in dancing and modeling competitions.

“Before I was in JKT48, I often competed in dancing competitions, also in modeling, but wasn’t as well-known as I am today.” she added. Nevertheless, despite all the experiences she had, Beby confessed of her fear when the idol group performed for the first time. “I’ve been performing in stages as a dancer, and I’ve been used to it. But the difference in JKT48 is that we have a lot of members, hence the fear of missing the blockings, but later it’s not that difficult anymore over time.
