now i'm changing from firefox to opera. my usual way of browsing - hold many open pages, but after hibernate firefox starts freezing system. meybe i'd like chrome, but it create separate process for every page, i cannote let it generate about 40 threads, it shuts the system down. so i chose opera for ordinary surfing.

Can't use anything else after switching to chrome... the interface feels so slick and tidy. My firefox used to be loaded up with way too many extensions >.< chrome makes me feel like I don't need any :D

I use Firefox FTW, most customized browser ever. But really, they should start keeping the memory usage as low as possible, and they should start doing something for add-on site, it is easier to find variety of extension on chrome than firefox. Still don't like the fast pace upgrade.

I still use Chrome, for the PORN MODE(ctrl + shift + n). Chrome is fast, a little faster from firefox with little lower memory usage(they separate the process per tab, which seems like lower memory usage than firefox), no hassle.

Yeah, my vote's been officially changed for a while now, as I've been sticking with Chrome for the past several months. I managed to adjust myself with certain quirks and the right extensions, and all that along with the pure speed is making it hard to go back to Firefox even with the revamp. Though the way fonts look in FF now are kinda interesting (plus Rikaichan is still better than Rikaikun).

I strongly believe multi-browser setup is the way to go which is why I run with firefox & safari myself.
Surprised to see people still use IE  :P

Using firefox for the most part and chrome sometimes. Chrome seems too fast. >.>; Pages end up not loading because it'll come back 'cannot find page' when you have crappy internet...

I use Opera for almost everything. But I still have Firefox installed, just in case I'm in need of some specific add-on.

What is currently the best browser for viewing Flash content? Chrome hogs too much RAM memory & Flash content stutters in Firefox

I use a Firefox extension called "Flash and Video Download" and run flash off my hard drive. (My bandwidth is really restricted, so I like to save a copy to avoid multiple DLs.)

Does anyone else with Chrome know why sometimes when I save a picture my browser just crashes?

Just switched over to Waterfox - http://waterfoxproj.sourceforge.net/ - the 64-bit version of Firefox. Working great so far.

Is there a version for Mac OS? One of the required plug-ins seems to only have an .exe version download.

Not that I know of. It's an independent rebuild specifically for Windows.
