Turn off your 3DS, take out the SD card, put it in your computer and open the DCIM folder on the SD card. You'll find all the pics taken with your 3DS there

Remember to create the QRcode with MiiMaker first! xD;

Depends I guess. I don't think you will know until she actually puts the disc in and sees for herself. Is her Wii capable to play Japanese games in the first place? They're not region free after all.

Yep she just got a Japanese Wii... I think accessing the goodies (songs) online is possible in the USA but I wasn't sure since Japan sometimes has a rather parochial view of its intellectual properties (see: Fuji-TV overseas telecasts, the Mixi website).
