does the internet provide videos of all the games, live or not?
Cuz i'm in the US and I watch it on NBC.  It seems to only show the games US participate in.  but isn't several games is played all at once? I want to watch a sport i'm interested in with participants that I like.

you could watch any event live off of nbc's olympics website.

I was looking if you can see past events too but it doesn't seem to be all of them. :/

Gah I guess it's not all events live either... but most of them...

I watched U.S./Japan women's volleyball this morning...

wonder if Rika and Yossie were there? :)

did miwa asao play???  :jerk:

Nope :(
Does she even play indoor? I don't even think she made it to the Olympics.

I caught the volleyball game too. Japan was exciting to watch. They were diving and making saves all over the place. They were better until the latter half where it seemed like they kind of fell apart and the US took it 3 sets to 1.

Nah outdoor, i was wondering after watching the beach volleyball thing with USA v Czech or something euro country.

lol yea, i watched the indoor volleyball olympic qualifying crap on TV when i was in japan. pretty exciting until faggroup HEY SAY HOMO comes out and sing their crappy song the 100th time.

Man there's just so much to try and watch, it's hard to keep up. I mean right now I want to see USA v Netherlands Men's Football, but there's also the Men's Weightlifting (which watching now, the Chinese 17 yr old Long Quinquan wins the Gold), Boxing (which I expect someone from Britain to win. The first KO I saw so far has come from a British boxer, very impressive.), Swimming and Gymnastics! :dizzy:

A very good start for the U.S. Redeem Team, getting their first win against China.
Good 'D' all around, and LeBron was everywhere.

Next up is Angola on Tuesday, but look for things to get tougher as it progress'.
Spain, for sure, will be a tough opponent.

Fellas gotta hang tough and keep playing consistent team ball, and hardnose 'D'.

More of our favorite Beach volley team. Tian Jia and Wang Jie. There's an old greek saying that goes: "My wang loves Wang." and I can't but agree with them old wise geezers.

These two hot girls just (literally) came out on top from one helluva fight with the Belgian ladies. 2 - 1 in sets (18 - 21, 21 - 19 and 15 - 13), and what was turning out to be a big upset. Luckily (imo) Tian Jia and Wang managed to keep it together and got the dub.

Reasons why we love them: (Huge res)

 :inlove:

That was some crazy shit, I was already saying "France are smashing them, like they said."
But then they came back and killed the world record. :o

Hansen got owned on breaststroke though. He wasn't even close to Kitajima.

Korea's archers are crazy good, even in the rain, which didn't even seem to phase them.

Can't wait for the gymnastics finals for both men and women.

as I said in an earlier post nbc's olympic site has most of the events live.

http://www.nbcolympics.com

sadly they don't show the stuff they show on TV, so you can't watch it unless you live in the US. :/

Watched a great final in the Men's Team Archery between Italy v Korea. Both teams were tied going into the last 3 arrows each and the last Italian player messed up big time and scored a 7, which the defending champions, Korea, took advantage of and went on to win. You feel bad for the last Italian player because he didn't do that badly before then, scoring a couple of 10's and mostly 9's.

And in Men's Tennis, British star and world No.6 Andy Murray was knocked out in the opening round by Lu Yen-Hsun from Chinese Taipei, ranked 70+ places below him, at 6-7, 4-6. Fully deserved it too, with a great performance. What are the odds of the papers reporting Andy Murray as 'Scottish' rather than 'British'?

*EDIT*

Just saw the 4x100 relay, and what a race! Already knew the outcome beforehand but it didn't make it any less spectacular.
