I loved Totoro as a kid and I still do!! ^^ My dad bought me a Totoro puzzle in Japan when it hadn't come out in TV here yet. I remember being thrilled when seeing my puzzle on TV XD

Haha, Nono's Totoro monomane is also awesome.

Oh man, I just saw this on DVD at Future Shop.  This was released in Japan in freakin' 1988.  How many jph!p members were even BORN by 1988?  Damn, time to get out my wheelchair, you little whipper snappers. :(

Totoro is a great movie!
Maybe is one of the best work of Miyazaki Hayao!
Perfect for childs and adults! Disney have a lot to learn, i think, about animation...

You should know I wasn't. XD

I need to see this (I know), but I haven't. >.> <.<

Only Miyazaki film I've seen was Kiki's Delivery Service as it was almost always on Disney channel when I was a kid.

Totoro is a surprisingly good movie, eventhough it lacks completely a reasonable plot. It's just a dreamlike story, or more like remembering childhood at the countryside. I don't usually like that kind of pointless movies, but for some reason I like Totoro.

And it sells toys pretty well.
