heyo here's yet another Mayuki fanfic enjoy
Yuki’s 21 and Mayu’s 18 in this fic.
Also sorry about the spelling, grammar and ending (the ending’s not very good cuz I couldn’t be asked to write anymore) enjoy
The wrong present or person? And an ‘I love you’.
It’s Christmas eve and AKB48 are having a Christmas party...
Everyone seems to be there accept for the Team B Captain,
“phew...that’s the last of it” Yuki sighed.
“what time is it now?...Ehhh it’s already 23:10!!”
“I’m late, I’m late!!”
Yuki shouts as she runs to the nearest bus stop.
Meanwhile...
At the party, Mayu is scrolling down her phone checking her e-mails...
“hmmm...she hasn’t replied to any of my text *scrolling down*...”
Mayu’s pov.
Yukirin why aren’t you answering? And where are you?
Mayu’s thoughts keep invading her mind til she notices someone arrives at the entrance.
“*huff* *pant* *pant* I’m sorry I’m late everyone” Yuki exaughstingly says.
“Finally!! We’ve been waiting for you, come on were going to exchange presents now” Takamina says as she greets the messy raven hair girl.
Yuki’s following Takamina...
“Yukirin!! Oi Yuki!!” Mayu beams up and shouts.
“huh? Looks like she can’t hear me” Mayu wonders.

“okay everyone gather round, were going to exchange presents now!!”
While Takamina finishes giving her orders...
Everyone huddles in a big circle, holding different wrapped and shaped objects in their hands.
“YAY!! Let the party commence!!” Yuko exclaims in a very excited manner.
Yuki’s standing next to Rena and Mocchii while Mayu’s next to Myao and Rabu-tan.
Everyone finishes exchanging presents...
Yuki ended up with a present from Nyan-nyan and Mayu ended up with a present from Sayaka.
Mayu doesn’t really like her present as it turns out to be a horror DVD, but keeps it tp herself (wouldn’t you? Lol)
But there seems to be one present left over.
“hey there’s an extra present!!” Jurina says holding and examining it.
“it doesn’t say who it’s from?”
“well...who’s going to keep it?” Atsuko asks.
“let’s do jan-ken-pon!!” Miichan suggests.
“HAI!! okay seno..JAN-KEN-PON!!” Everyone shouts in union.
So after a long game of jan-ken-pon (Jan-ken-pon is Japanese rock-paper-scissors)...
“OMG I won!!” Yuki says very happily.
“congrats Yuki!!” Everyone shouts.
Mayu’s clapping a lot for Yuki’s victory.
Yuki opens her present and it turns out to be a grey knitted beanie hat decorated with a cute anime bunny rabbit (usagi).
“hmm...” Yuki mumbles.
“what’s wrong Yuki, don’t you like the present?” Tomochin asks.
“oh I do very much...but I don’t really need a hat, and it be a waste if it was let with me cuz it would probably be put at the top of my closet and I’ll probably forget about it...I’ll just give to another member”
Over hearing Yuki’s and Tomochin’s conversation, Mayu wonders if she could have the cute bunny beanie hat or at least swap it with the horror DVD.
“ano...?” As Mayu was about to ask,
Yuki already hands it to someone...
“oh thanks Yuki-chan” Sae thanks Yuki and puts on the hat.
Mayu gets a bit upset, but still walks over to Yuki.
“Merry Christams Yukirin!!” Mayu smiles at Yuki.
“oh Mayu-chan I didn’t see you there” Yuki says while putting on one of her reactions.
“um...kore..(pulls something out of her pocket)...here” Mayu blushes.
“for me? Thanks Mayu” Yuki takes a little pink box with a silver ribbon wrapped around it, from Mayu’s small hand.
Yuki opens her present to find a white gold chain necklace attached with little fairy holding a crystal.
“it’s beautiful...” Yuki’s eyes glisten as she hold out the shiny necklace.
“I hope you like it...here let me put it on you” Mayu offers.
Mayu takes the necklace from Yuki and puts it’s around Yuki’s white bare neck.
“thank you again Mayu, I really don’t know what to say” Yuki replies.
“say ‘I love you’” Mayu teases Yuki.
Yuki blushes and was about to say it until...
“hey Yuki were gonna get some drinks, wanna come?” Sae and Miichan interupt.
Now Mayu’s really annoyed.
“yeah sure...I’ll catch you late Mayu” Yuki says while leaving Mayu on her own.
Mayu starts to tense up.
“why they have to but in...” Mayu mumbles to herself.

It’s already 1:40 am, and everyone starts leaving.
Since Yuki and some of the others left first, Mayu had to stay behind with Mariko, Takamina, Kasai Tomomi and Nyan-nyan.
When they finish clearing up the clock turned 2:08 am.
Nyan-nyan, went to Takamina’s to sleep over while Mariko and Kasai Tomomi chiyuu walked home together thus Mayu was all alone.
Mayu walks to the nearest train station, while waiting for her train Mayu notices two men looking around the age of their mid 30’s, gazing at her.
Mayu doesn’t stare back only looks away.
The two men start coming closer to her and that’s when Mayu started to panick a bit she started taking a few steps which led to walking.
Suddenly the two men start walking a bit faster, as the same Mayu did aswell.
When they stopped speed walking, they started running. Mayu who was petrified started running as fast as her thin legs carried her, but then tripped causing herself to be caught by the two men.
“give me your bag!!” one of the men demanded.
Mayu handed over her bag and tried to runaway when the other man grabbed her roughly by her wrist, making Mayu scream.
“help, someone help me!!”
“I think I’m gonna enjoy this Christmas” said the man stil grasping onto Mayu and smirking.
Mayu starts crying and struggling, managing to kick the guy in the knee.
As the man winced in pain, Mayu took this chance to escape.
*pant* *huff* *pant* heavy breathing takes over Mayu as she stood catching her breath behind a cafe.
*hic* *hic* Mayu starts bursting out in tears.
Mayu wipes her tears and looks around to find what street shes on, but she doesn’t recongnise any of the street names.
Mayu starts walking around even more until she finds an empty bench in a park, there she lies down and tries to fall asleep, but can’t as the cold winds keep howling.
Mayu’s pov.
“what should I do?”
“I have no phone, no money, no keys...” Mayu sighs.
A thought popped into Mayu’ head.
“if only I had that hat...Then my ears wouldn’t be frozen and maybe I could’ve fallen asleep aswell, cuz then I wouldn’t hear the wind so much...”

Christmas day.
Snow starts to fall from the grey sky.
Mayu makes her way back to station (Mayu has a good memory so she remembered where the station was), it was a bit crowded as Mayu was trying to find her way out now instead.
She had gone back to the building where the Christmas party was held, she goes inside and asks if she could use their phone.
“ring...ring...Hello?” somebody answered.
Mayu’s voice is a bit quiet and she was shivering due to the prevoius cold outside.
“h-hey Lovetan...I need help can you meet me here where the party was held, cuz I’m stuck”
“Mayu?! Hang on just wait I’ll be right there”

Mayu and Lovetan meet and go back to Lovetan’s house.
Mayu explains the details to Lovetan...
“awww...Mayu are you sure your okay”
“yeah I’m fine...” Mayu says after drinking some hot coco.
“do you wanna call your mum?” Lovetan asks.
“no she’s busy at work, plus I doubt she would even notice”
“Mayu...” Lovetan says sadly.
“well let’s get ready, Yuki’s having a get together at her house”
“I didn’t know about that...wait..I don’t have my phone, she probably tried to text or call me, DAMN!!” Mayu angrily curses what happened to her.
“don’t worry at least your not hurt” Lovetan replied.
Lovetan and Mayu get ready.

At Yuki’s house...
Mayu and Lovetan arrive and Yuki opens the door,
“welcome in” Yuki says inviting Lovetan in first.
When Yuki saw Mayu she dragged her upstairs to her room.
“why didn’t you answer any of my calls, I called you like 10 times!!” Yuki said pissed.
“I’m sorry okay I just...” Mayu stopped.
“just what? Go on, carry on” Yuki exclaimed.
Mayu didn’t want to have explain herself, so she ignored Yuki’s question and hurried down the stairs.
“hey Mayu wait!!” Yuki’s shouting.
Til she bumps into Lovetan.
“hey Lovetan do you know why Mayu’s acting wierder than usual” Yuki asks annoyed.
“well she...” Lovetan expalins.
(blah, blah skip details)
“what that actually happened?!” Yuki lets out a big reaction.
“yep...you might want to cheer her up on something else as well’ Lovetan suggested.
“Like what?” Yuki asks confused.
“well she told me was a bit sad that you gave the hat to Sae cuz she ended up with a horror DVD, and especially as you didn’t get to say the ‘I love you’”
“she really said that...oh my word”
“okay I’ll tell her to stay round mine to night” Yuki said.
“Good idea” Lovetan agreed.

After the get together Mayu and Yuki are upstairs...
“Mayu why didn’t you just tell me?” Yuki sighed.
“why do I have to explain myself, I didn’t want to talk about it okay, you would just laugh at me’
Mayu replied with a sad tone.
“no I wouldn’t Mayu how can you even think that!!” Yuki says paranoid.
“because you don’t love me” Mayu says pouting.
“Mayu, of course I love you baka”
“I’m not a baka, I’m leaving!!”
Mayu tried to leave but Yukirin blocked her.
“get out of my way Black Yukirin!!”
Instead of moving out the way Yuki pushed Mayu down onto the bed and shut her up with a kiss.
A passionate one at that and also forcefull.
Yuki stops only to let her and Mayu breathe,
“I’m sorry...And I love you Mayu” Yuki whispers then blew in Mayu’s ear which caused her to shiver.
Yukirin gets up and sticks on some anime DVD’s for Mayu, then goes back to the bed to snuggle with Mayu.
Mayu stays silent and mumbles a quiet “thank you”, while enjoying the older’s girl’s warm embrace.
