Sunhwa is so pretty when she's not being an airhead on IY. She gives off a Koharu vibe to me sometimes. Blonde looks weird on leader Hyosung, Zinger looks like a mix between Junjun and Aika, and Sunhwa-clone Jieun looks fab as usual.

So, I randomly found that for Asian Heritage month, Comcast OnDemand has an Asian Entertainment menu selection.  And under music, you can find KPOP MVs (among other kinds of music)!  I was browsing through the menu when I noticed the OnDemand ad talking about Asian entertainment and then shows freakin' SNSD's Oh! and the Wonder Girls on the screen.

 :panic:

They had MVs from 2NE1, After School, 2PM, U-KISS, SNSD, BEG, Wonder Girls and Super Junior.

I admit when I heard on the news they were blasting loudspeakers into North Korea the first thing that popped in my head was "must be some kpop"

I always smile at 4minute song lyrics because it's always something to the effect of "check out how we just throw on goofy outfits" and "yea our song is weird" ect. ect.

^ They totally redefine everything I knew prior as rock. Well, at least they play instruments. It's perhaps too... upbeat?

^ Keep an eye out for her, as heard on Ping's Pingtastic Hot Release (Tuesdays, 1 AM EST check local listings) on JPHiP Radio:

(23:32:08) Ping:

Yoari (요아리) was gonna be in Brown Eyed Girls but moved to a rock genre, this video is weird as fuck. One of many "one take" versions of this MV. :thumbup

See, I learned something Ping :P

Jung Seul-gi 정슬기
« Reply #199 on: June 29, 2010, 11:20:04 AM »
needs more info for thread. too tired but hey, found pretty pix, great VOICE. Must be pimped:

Jung Seul-gi 정슬기

Date of Birth : May 12, 1990
Height : 162 cm

Though there was only one winner from the first season of Korea’s version of American Idol, “Super Star K”, there have been a few other contestants still embarking on a singing career. Jung Seul-gi is one of them and has been praised for her strong vocals after releasing her first single “Finally In Its Place”.

She started to attract even more attention for doing a remake of the popular hit song “Outsider” by Outsider. Although one can sense the original feel of the song, she has also put her own twist on it. It’s basically just enough to make it feel like something new, worth checking out, but nothing too drastic where fans of the original version would be turned off by it.

Finally In Its Place (single released May 10, 2010) : Finally In Its Place (결국제자리), Like I Saw You 2 (Feat. Blockbuster) / 보란듯이2 (Feat. 블록버스터)

Outsider (Song Ver.) (digital single released June 01, 2010) : Outsider (Song Ver.) (Feat. ZICO of Blockbuste) / 주변인 (Song Ver.) (Feat. ZICO of 블록버스터)
