Remind me never to ask the Doctor over for Thanksgiving (or if the Earth is being attacked by turkey-like creatures):

Just around 6 hours left until "Time of the Doctor" airs here.

With all the visitors we're gonna get, hopefully I'll have a chance to actually watch it.

EDIT: Missed it. :(

Hoping I'll be able to stay awake long enough to catch the replay at 2:00AM (it's just before midnight as I make this edit).

Catched it. Thanks Matt Smith. Definitely one of the most fun and memorable Doctors ever. :thumbsup

Just like all the other Christmas specials, the storyline flew right past me. I'll have to re-watch it to understand everything that happened.
"New Doctor" Peter Capaldi actually looks like how I think an older David Tennant would be. Maybe it's his 'wide-eyed staring' look. Him and Jenna will probably be doing that look together a lot in the future. :P

spoilers:
1. Funny how they actually did the Doctor number debate in the ending.
2. Also funny they have to end it with the most important question in all space and time. "Do you happen to know how to fly this thing?"

Missed the replay, had to find a torrent, only now was able to drum up the courage to watch it.

For some reason, his expression post-regeneration makes me think he's going to be a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more high-strung/nervous incarnation.
:P

spoilers:
1. Funny how they actually did the Doctor number debate in the ending.
Something tells me Moffatt did that intentionally to set up/allow for the series to "break the limits" how how long the series can go (based on the number of the Doctor's regenerations) in the future.

spoilers:
2. Also funny they have to end it with the most important question in all space and time. "Do you happen to know how to fly this thing?"
Well, in "Day of The Doctor", 10 does say that regeneration's a bit of a gamble, right? ^_^

Obviously, the next question is...were the other Time Lords able to grant the Doctor just 1 extra regeneration, or were they able to grant him a new full set of 12? I'm guessing it's probably the latter, as only giving 1 extra one doesn't sound like something Moffatt would do. LOL.

EDIT: Careful, SPOILERS!

Kinda makes sense that the Doctor would have a fan who works for a map-making company.

Peter Capaldi in his Twelfth Doctor's costume:

Kind of reminds me of the Third Doctor. If only he would do some martial arts moves....
