I did order from HMV too, before Amazon had it later - HMV said there was a limited edition B - they were the only ones. DHL ships internationally and is super fast but it's like 3000 yen for a typical thing (CD, magazine)

it's a small sized book smaller than Happy but similar thickness.

EMS is also super fast. They shipped last Saturday and I received on Tuesday. It seems that Amazon doesn't ship CD/DVD to internationally anymore, only books and magazines.
