For searching purposes, she is (erroneously) referred to as
Park Nima (朴妮唛) by the Chinese fans who post those videos.
Afreeca.com is a Korean p2p broadcaster. Many BJs (broadcast jockeys) focus on gaming, but plenty find their fame through intense cuteness combined with practical skills (afreeca.com/originalsj). For video purposes, I think the hot dancers are the best.
