And the Group concert has been rescheduled for the 8th June 2014 at Ajinomoto Stadium.

Sigh, still an outdoor event - their email said "we guarantee perfect weather" - yeah right, you can't guarantee that. Not worth going back for another concert which could be cancelled.

AKB48 Solo Spring Concert in Kokoritsu DVD Release:

5,093 yen + tax
2 discs, 20page booklet, random photo

There is a special limited edition only sold at the Ajinomoto Stadium concert on 8th June with different packaging and a B2 size Yuko poster.

Normal edition is onsale 30th April at AKB48 online shop and Akihabara shop.

General release sales for the DVD will be 13th June 2014.
Comes with a Yuko postcard.

Why o why? This is the HD era  I don´t think I will buy it...I wouldn´t be surprised if they release it on bluray as an extra disc on the Yuko grad/sousenkyo BD package.

^ Normally AKB concerts take 6 months+ to get released. Basically, I think this is a rush release to get it out before the re-scheduled 2nd concert, so for now is DVD only. You can see from a couple posts above they are doing special editions to be sold only at that concert, and it's official online shop exclusive for a few weeks before general release.... I think a Bluray will come out later, about the normal time they release concerts, and probably packaged with the 2nd concert... there's also all the sister group SSA concerts to release...

Now that I see the covers, I will consider buying it. Yuko under rain, nice touch. Of course, that special version can´t be purchased online but probably will be on Yahoo auction sooner or later.

Are they going to release the spring concerts on DVD/Bluray?

^ yes, just annonunced. Release date is 4th September  2014

Boxset of the SKE48, NMB48, HKT48 concerts in Saitama Super Arena is 16,000 yen for DVD, 19,000 for bluray. Contains 5 photos and 132page booklet.

Individual concerts are available on DVD only for 5,700 yen each, with 1 photo.

This Concert will have 1 bluray disc more than RH2014 best 100 and still cheaper. Another must have! SSK will be included? Looks like the Kokoritsu concert will be released on bluray afterall.
