SOMEBODY, her parents, agent, or whatever, must've realized that she was being loli-ized even if she didn't herself, and I find that latter hard to believe.
That's not necessarily true...her infamy - for lack of better words - come from a suggestive shot of her in a pink bikini. Her bending over in the bikini is probably what you are talking about when you say "popping out", but that was only ONE photo that has since been taken out of the photobooks and I think off of her DVD. Other than that, and her bust size, her videos and pics are as about as sexualized as the 6th gen audition video and their Alo-Hello
(ie - it may seem a bit disturbing at first, but then the whole argument of a different culture comes into play; If you remember some of Faraday's posts at JPM, you probably remember those discussions).
As for her agents knowing that she was being loli-ized, they probably did know what they were getting into with some of those pics, but their current statements seem to show that she wasn't meant to be some poster girl for Japanese pedophiles and child porn arguments.
That's why I feel sorry for her, if she was just any other flat chested Japanese pre-teen/teen, would she have caused as much controversy as she has? Somehow, I doubt it....her and her Sweet Kiss group would have probably went on their way, immitating SweetS, doing what they have to do in the J-Idol world.
