Former Morning Musume members Hitomi Yoshizawa and Rika Ishikawa have been cast as co-stars in the upcoming stage production "Tokyo Alice."

The play is based on the popular josei manga of the same name by Toriko Chiya, currently being serialized in Kodansha's magazine Kiss. The story portrays the everyday lives of two OLs with different personalities. Ishikawa's character is an impulsive shopper, while Yoshikawa's character is the daughter of a well-to-do family. The cast also includes actress Sayaka Yoshino playing the part of a fortune teller, a character not found in the manga.

Rehearsals started on Thursday. Performances will be held at Tokyo's Space Zero from May 8 to May 17.

It's kinda funny and even slack maybe that Mako is never mentioned when its something to do with Tokyo Alice xD I assume she doesnt have a huuuuge role but it seems the play is focused a lot on Rika and Yossy.
LOL at Yossy being in a skirt for the whole play~ Hehehe xD
And interesting that they mention h&A in that too~

Hm... recently Yossy was on a show called Nyokkin7~
The host girl asked her who she got along with in MM and (at least I thought) it was cute how she only mentioned one name~ Rika! They often go karaoke, eating and drinking together =) Ngaaws cute xD

Drunken Ishiyoshi would be crazy lol... Anyways it's mad cool that Rika & Yossi are together like all the time nowadays

they got all the little things and the big milestones covered

broke into showbiz together
won futsal matches together
performed on US mainland soil for the first time together

yossui (i got this from an interview... thanks dinny <3) thinks rika's sleeping face is really cute...

they've probably, like, watched each other sleep on the ride to wherever they perform...
