So the other night, my girlfriend and I found out that Gashicon (designer and creator of H&A) is going to be an industry guest at Animenext in New Jersey. They're also apparently going to have a full-blown H&A fashion show and everything. The convention is the weekend of June 18th, and they haven't announced any musical guests yet.

How plausible is it that Yossi and Rika would be invited to this event? I mean, it'd be good publicity for both the fashion line AND the girls, as many a lot of people overseas don't even know that the two are connected, and they still haven't done an east coast show. I wonder if it's too soon after their tour, though?

I don't know, I'm not going to get my hopes up or anything, but I'm intrigued. I guess it all depends on how much UFA plans to market Yossi and Rika as a part of the H&A brand.

Not sure, SugarAndSynth. Nothing can be predicted, you just always have to be ready with extra cash on hand, keep a positive attitude and be ready to cancel all plans to make your way to see HANGRY & ANGRY

New Jersey? If I was a betting man, maybe they'd aim for the bigger NYC Anime Con in the fall. Again, it's all speculation.

It just says it's with Yaz, so... I don't know if H&A will actually be there. They're not listed as official guests, and depending on the time the con is (It's in April, yes?) I feel like it would conflict with Yossy and Rika's schedules..?

I seriously doubt they'd be there. I mean, if they WERE going to be there, then why wouldn't Sakura Con advertise it like crazy? Also, Rika said in her blog that today (well, yesterday there) was her first rehearsal for her play; if H&A was going to be at Sakura Con she'd be on a plane instead.

there was a Hangry & Angry Panel to day @Sakuracon. It was more about the clothing line. After the show I talked with one of them and they mentioned theres a very good chance of Hangry and Angry appearing @ Otakucon? in Baltimore or at the anime Expo in NY. The actuall clothing designers will be there and it was mentioned that the fans can be models for their clothing there.

Otakon is the biggest animecon on the East coast. I KNOW h&A are coming to Bmore!! Come onnnnnnnnnnnnn h&A! (only 30 min away woooo~)

Plus, I'm 99.99% sure which hotel they'll stay in. And I have a few ideas bout what spots they could hit up downtown.
