I am officially entranced by Kyungri. She's amazing.
Girl group Nine Muses is about to make their fourth comeback this year, as they have just revealed a teaser for “Glue.”Their upcoming digital single titled “Glue” will be released on December 4, but to give the fans a taste of their concept, a teaser picture was shared on the group’s official Facebook page on November 27. It is certainly one hot teaser with a bold red background and sharp white letters, but the attention is immediately drawn to the small cropped photo of lips, which seem to be leaning in for a kiss. The number 25 placed strategically right between the lips represents the recommended audience for the girls’ comeback that, according to the representatives, is 25 and over! For the time being, we only wonder how much sexier the girls can even get anymore. The group’s agency Star Empire Entertainment revealed, “‘Glue’ will once again highlight Nine Muses’ trademark beautiful, sexy, and confident image.”Stay tuned for the single release on December 4 at noon (KST)!
Nine Muses Eunji and Leesem graduate from groupEunji and Leesem will be officially graduating from Nine Muses. A graduation picture of all the members of the group shows that the remaining members respect the two’s decision to walk a solo path.Though they will be leaving the group, the two will still remain in contract with Star Empire. The agency revealed that Eunji and Leesem will take a break, then return to the entertainment scene through various MC and variety promotions.Nine Muses will focus on individual activities for the time being and will promote as a 7-member group.
It appears that Nine Muses star Sera has become the latest member of the group to announce her departure. A plethora of Korean news sources carried news stories on June 24 with a quote from a spokesperson from Star Empire Entertainment, Nine Muses’ talent agency, that appear to confirm that the singer will no longer be working with the popular girl group. The spokesperson was quoted as saying, “Sera’s contract with the company has expired, and she will now be graduating from Nine Muses to focus on solo activities. We wish her all the best.”The same representative did offer some cheer for Nine Muses supporters, however, announcing that fans could expect a comeback from the group in August, featuring a “new member.”The group was rocked by the departure earlier this year of two other members of the group, Lee Sem and Eunji, who both left in January. After a very busy 2013, the group has been on something of a hiatus since the release of their last hit as a nine-piece, “Glue.”
