i don´t know much about the magic cards or similars but i can tell that the cards are actually pretty cool specially the ones people made in the pc

is there a program for that right?

btw cool cards O_O i guess that a Maimi+Abe or a Maimi+Momoko could be terrific

yep, there are several software out there ~ try google them ~

also DIY using Photoshop or other programs are also good ~
