Been forgetting how things tend to go with sentai series.
The final battle is in the final ep.

Also, and afaik, this is the first time there's ever been a female Red.
Who knows, maybe we'll see that in a future sentai series... maybe.

Yeah, the way I like to see it, it's like the last 2 eps are actually 2 halves of the final, ending ep.

It's definitely the first time that they've done it in Super Sentai; remember though that in Power Rangers SPD they had a female Red for the "Alpha Squad."

Something tells me that it'll be a while before we see that happen, depending on how "old-school" TPTB are at TOEI and how willing they'd be to actualy taking a major step such as that. At any rate, I think it'd be awesome if they did have a female Red in a future series. Change things up once in a while, break some of the old-school stereotypes and what not.

It's been about a day since I saw the final ep of Shinkenger and I'm already missing it.

I hope they come back for a Goseiger team-up.
Even though I saw it last week, how Takeru becomes leader once again still makes me laugh.

Without translations, and my slowly growing knowledge of the japanese language, I knew what was going on.

Lots of new eps to watch tonight

I was re-watching Kabuto last weekend, I lol'd when I saw Hongo and Cyclone's cameo in ep. 14. I missed them in the 1st watch.

Still need to find some time to watch the Rika Satou IV I dl'd last month.

Oh they will, don't worry. Team-up specials are a definite given with the Super Sentai series.

Personally I doubt it; everything that I've seen says that W's going to have a full run of something around 48-50 eps. Apparently the reason why Decade was only 31 eps was because they wanted to set it up so that the KR series (i.e. W and each subsequent KR series to follow) would start near the end of the calendar year (around September or October). Starting the series in Jan./Feb. the way that they've been doing has meant that at Xmas time the current show being aired would be winding down and people's attention would be waning and looking ahead to the new, upcoming show that would replace it. Less attention means less profit due to less sales during what should be a really lucrative time of the year for their sales of toys/shwag. By switching it up so that it starts near the end of the year, the show will still be "current" when the Xmas holidays roll around, which they're hoping to take advantage of and gain more profit through toy/shwag sales.

I've seen rumours stating that they're eventually going to be doing the same thing with the Super Sentai series (i.e. making one series deliberately short so that they can have the ones that follow start near the end of the calendar year instead of near the start).
