Here's some preview pix of Niwa Mikiho's, Goseigers Moune, upcoming gravure PB titled "Mikiho Marugoto".
It'll be out on June 25th.

Also, Mikiho will be releasing her first idol video titled "Hajimemashite... Mikki desu in Cebu Island (Hello... Miki in Cebu Island)"

Just when you thought super sentai wasn't going to bastardized anymore, it's gonna happen again.

Now that Saban has re-acquired the power ranger franchise from Disney, Saban has a new power ranger series in the works for 2011 called "Power Rangers Samurai Squad", which of course means that they'll be bastardizing Shinkenger for this farce.

And, the red ranger is going to be caucasian, for a samurai themed show.

Just fucked up, IMHO.

Agreed.

Here they have a chance to do something that's not only more logical given the background story/theme, but also "progressive" by having an Asian actor in the lead role...and they completely drop the ball. I can only hope that they at least cast an Asian girl in the "Hime/Shiba Kaoru" role (assuming of course that they keep the "kagemusha" angle) to try and give the whole thing some credibility.
