A short synopsis from DramaWiki: "A girl that has an ability to alter her voice to manipulate men and a geek with an obsession with toy robots team up in solving various cases."

I personally didn't intend to follow this at first, but I had to at least give the first episode a try seeing as it consisted of Matsuyama, Ohgo and Murakawa. For those who are unaware, Matsuyama did "L" of Death Note and Murakawa Eri is a member of the group BOYSTYLE. :D
Oh, and Suzuka is just cute as hell.

When I saw this poster at a station, my head went woozy trying to figure out what it was. Then I just presumed it was a weird clothing advertisement or something. Hahaha~ ;D

I'm liking this show so far. It kind of throws me off seeing Matsuyama in this role since the character is such a departure from L. Can't wait for subs. X_x
Oh yeah, and Ohgo Suzuka (the main reason I became interested in the show) is freaking SUPERCUTE! She's definitely an up-and-coming actress that we should keep our eye on~~

I just watched the first episode. I couldn't figure out where I've seen Robo before and had to look it up on the d-addicts wiki, he looks way different to me than he did in Death Note. I like the show so far and can't wait to see what happens in future episodes.

This drama is also one of my fav Spring dramas this season. I didn't realised Ohgo Suzuka was the girl in Memoirs of a Geisha, until I googled for her info after watching the first episode of Sexy Voice and Robo. Oh my, I have to say her acting really rocks, prolly one of those U-15 girls who really can act, as her acting in Memoirs of a Geisha was superb as well as this one.
Oh and not to forget that dorky Kenichi Matsuyama as Robo, woot otakus FTW. Haha I just loved his character in this drama, so funny and dorky.
And does anyone noticed that this drama's cinematography is very very unique? Especially those split-second pauses with the camera movements, lolol reminded me of the Matrix.

Episode 4 was fun as expected. I'm kind of worried about the viewer rating, though. :O Guess it's only attracting a minor audience. Another part I like about this show is the cameos, like Nakamura Shido and Kashii Yu and next week Kurogawa Tomoka. Funny how all of them are casted as villains. lulz.

The people over at TV-Nihon is hardsubbing the series, if anyone's interested. They have their own translators, and their sub crew is insanely good. They hardsubbed the live version of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, Akihabara@Deep, as well as many of the latest anime & Japanese sentai and tokusatsu shows.

EDIT: When they're really interested in a series, like they seem to be with this one, they'll be crankin' the eps out at a pretty decent rate (i.e. you probably won't have to wait a month for the next set of subs).

hai! TVnihon has started this series and they have been on the subbing block for quite sometime. I like the quality of their subs, soif you guys lik hardsubbed dramas or such i recommend TVNihon.
Although a lot of their projects cater to the otaku person and not your average jdrama addict. ^^

All you need to watch their files is FFDShow and you're good to go.

Episode 5 was great. Kurogawa Tomoko was totally different from that other drama I saw her in, and I was surprised to see Kinami Haruka appearing out of nowhere. The last time I saw her was in Dandori. :D

The particular phrase Niko mentioned is from a game, a different version of tag almost. It's basically a person standing with his/her back against the other participants, and when said person shouts "Daruma-san ga koronda!" the participants have to stay still or else they'll have to start over from square one. Their goal is to reach the person.
I'm sure there's an equivalent in the west.

Like I said, if/when they're really interested in a show they'll be crankin out those eps pretty quickly. I've acutally seen them release a subbed ep of a show within 24 hours of the RAW being aired in Japan.

What? A 14-year-old girl who can alter her voice and a nerd who collects robots working as spies? That's ought to catch some attention, at least on this forum. :P Well, overall a 6.5 viewer rating isn't too bad.
