SKE48 changed a lot the past couple of months. With all the shuffles, promotions, demotions and graduations the old poll is beyond updating without it becoming a mess.
This new poll has all the current active SKE48 members. The poll is made up like this: S / KII / E / RS 3rd Gen / RS 4th gen / Demoted KII.
You get 8 votes this time, so we can see which underdogs are up and coming. Use them wisely (even though you are free to change them at any time!)

1. Yukko - I fell in love with her the moment I saw her picture. She's just so beautiful and cool, and a great dancer and singer!
2. Jurina - I'm not exactly sure how I came to like her so much, I just kinda realized one day that I can't stop thinking about her.
3. Kanakana - This girl too adorable! Her speaking voice and constant pigtails got me hooked.
4. Mizuki - The oranges scene in Mousou. What more can I say?
5. Mary - She's an adorable little wanabe-foreigner
6. Airin - Super pretty and a great singer!
7. Haruka - Another great singer. Her solo in Majijo Teppen Blues was too awesome.
8. Shawako - How can anyone not love her?! She's too adorable.

I'm not really an SKE fan so I just voted for the two I like: W Matsui

This was kinda easy for me since I haven't been following SKE48 very long so I only know many members :lol:
My votes (in no particular order, other than Kanon being first since she's my favourite :)).
Kimoto Kanon is my first choice since she's my favourite in SKE. She's just so completely cute and she also has a fun personality. Plus she has a lot of energy when she's dancing so she really gives her performances impact.
Takayanagi Akane. She's just so awesomely crazy and funny. She never fails to make me smile and her voice is totally awesome with the way the pitch changes so radically depending on her mood. And I love how much love she has for her birdies :D
Matsui Jurina. She's kinda the reason I paid attention to SKE. Being as she has a good presence in AKB's PV's, I noticed her and then found out that she wasn't an AKB girl but a SKE girl instead. So thanks to her I found out about SKE48. She's just so beautiful and has a pretty cool and confident personality for someone so young that even after I started learning about the other girls in SKE, Jurina remains one of my favourites.
Matsui Rena. Very beautiful and elegant yet she can be incredibly funny when she wants to be too.
Yagami Kumi. I kinda got into her from her character in Majisuka. She interests me cause she seems to have a bit of a randomness too her.
Ogiso Shiori. This probably sounds shallow, but at the moment whilst I don't know much about her, she became one of my favourites because she's just so pretty.
Kinoshita Yukiko. Same as above really. I don't know too much about her but she's very pretty XD
Hiramatsu Kanako. So cute. Words can even describe the cuteness :D I just like how everything she does is so cute. She's almost like an anime character come to life.

Just voted for my SKE top-8... I wouldn't say that I know everyone in SKE well, but I think I'm pretty good and know most of them up to the 3rd/4th gens. below is in order of ranking:
Furukawa Airi
Oshimen. Surprising that such a hentai and introverted otaku girl can be so incredibly mature, adult and kind. She has many sides to her and the more I find out the more I love about her.
Yagami Kumi
I love that she is incredibly talented, and looks cool BUT is really kind and sweet, a bit shy and also... deeply masochistic. lol.
Kimoto Kanon
I react to Non like I do to kittens. But despite how cute and young she is, she's actually also really mature and can be kinda evil. I like that gap.
Takayanagi Akane
My #2 favourite captain in ooo48 (first being Takamina). Incredible leader, such a team player but also can play the fool. Churi's really adorable, especially when hanging with Hentai.
Nakanishi Yuuka
I love MT. Nishishi is really smart, witty, a great performer... and an awesome host/radio personality. Possibly the least crazy individual in SKE. Also happens to be a tranny.
Matsui Rena
Rena-san is classy, and I really admire her acting talent. She's not as developed yet, but I think in ooo48 her acting potential is as great as, if not more, than Oshima Yuuko's (whom I believe to be THE top ooo48 actress). She's really intelligent, thoughtful and unexpectedly straightforward. I will admit that I probably like her more than I would've originally because my oshimen is totally in love with her and vice versa.
Ooya Masana
This lolicon is incredibly mature, sweet and kind. She's also unexpectedly funny, and a total clown.
Mukaida Manatsu
Manatsu is really cute, and totally tsundere towards people whom she likes. I'll admit that here, I was kinda hesitating between NNNNNNNNNNNNManatsu, Kinchan (for her lulzy alien-ness) and Katsuo (for her lulz, troll and awesome), but went with Manatsu because... together with Churi and Airi, they make up my holy KII trinity of awesome. :p Also so that all the SKE team xx! girls would make it.

My Top 8 :heart:
1. Matsui Rena - She's definitely my oshi. I love her all the more because of her acting skills and she's really thoughtful for everyone. I also love her elegant look and she looks really graceful. She has an princess-like air around her, pretty much like Yuki that you want to treat her gently and admire her. I love how Rena also does her best although she isn't that well-developed in singing and dancing, but her acting is really good, I mean it surprised me when I saw her act Gekikara out. I also love her for being an otaku. :cathappy:
Her being a danso and a cosplayer adds bonus points to me, I also love hardworking people! Gambatte Rena! :cathappy:
2. Yagami Kumi - Kuumin looks so cute and sweet, I also love how she can be funny, but Kuumin's cuteness makes you want to tease her... She also looks so good as a danso, so handsome, hahaha, but I prefer her as a cute sweet girl. :)
3. Takayanagi Akane - Avian lover Churi! I'm also an avian lover and also, I like Churi, I don't know that much about her, but I really like her. :) Especially when she hangs up with Airin and Rena or Jurina. I love the moments. :lol:
4. Furukawa Airi - Airin, otaku, pervert and Rena's admirer, hoho, I love everything about Airin and I like her for being Rena's admirer, hohoho....she seems head-over heels or maybe on hero worship for Rena, its hilarious but at the same time adorable! I also love her friendship with Churi. :heart:
5. Ogiso Shiori - Gomatan~ I don't know much about her, but I love her since the time I saw her in Kataomoi Finally's PV. :cathappy: I also love her in SKE48 Magical Radio II in ep 1, her scene was hilarious. :lol:
6. Hiramatsu Kanako - She perked my interest in Shiro VS Aka. :lol:
7. Kizaki Yuria - Don't know much about her, but I admire her, I mean she did well in the performance in Shiro VS Aka, where the girls were to form images using their bodies of the places or food that Nagoya has. I mean, her split just made my eyes wide, wew.... :lol: I can never do that, but I admire her, and I love it that she's on SKE48 Magical Radio II. :)
8. Matsui Jurina - Hmm...she's the center of SKE48, and the second ace. Though she's cool and has this boyish aura, I don't really like her that much for that because cool boyish peoples' charms don't work on me... :sweatdrop: Though I do admire Jurina because she does her best and works hard even though she's still in high school, I hope that she doesn't overwork herself off and gets sick or injured really badly though. But yeah, I like hardworking people so I gave Jurina this place.

Don't know much about SKE, so I just voted for Shawako. I love her sense of humor and the fact that she is a true gamer. Also her singing Zankoku na Tenshi no Thesis made her my favorite right away.
Now that I think about it I should have voted for Matsui Rena also, but it's too late now XP.

#1 - Matsui Rena. Oh goodness, where to begin. After watching her little documentary, I began to like her more. Also, her determination for SKE is what really got me. At first, I thought she wasn't ready to be captain of E, but I was clearly in the wrong for thinking that. I like that she notices (and points out) the group's flaws and does her best to improve.
#2 - Kizaki Yuria. She does very well in performances, and she's the one who stands out the most to me in current S. I don't know, she really just catches my eye and she's my S oshi. I loved her relationships with Kuumin and Gomatan, she was always so cute with them. Also, she's a baka along with Kuumin. That really got me hooked.
#3 - Suda Akari. Ah, Dasu. She's always smiling very widely (sometimes a little too wide - but that makes for the greatest derp caps/pics imo. Too amusing to look at) no matter what and I admire her for it. She'll forever be known as the "Smiling Girl" for me, lol.
#4 - Shibata Aya. I have been a huge fan of Ayachan for about two years now. I noticed her since summer 2012 and those big eyes had me hooked. She's very cutesy and has this "bocchi" (loner) type character, so I can easily relate to her in that regard. I'm so glad she's gained a ton of popularity (I cried when it was announced that she was Undergirls center at last year's sousenkyo) and I'm glad she's officially in senbatsu (though I do not know if she's in Mirai to wa).
#5 - Furukawa Airi. Oh god. Her love for Rena reeled me in as her fan. I absolutely love watching her and Rena interact. They both flail over each other so hard and act like dorks a bunch of times. I also like her interactions with Churi because they are always derping around, even dragging Minarun into their antics! Airin's drawings are really cute and I like that she draws members on their birthdays and post them on g+. It's such a sweet gesture. Also her cosplay is on par. When she cosplays SnK I die because she's so good. Also, when she cosplays other characters I fangirl so hard as well.
#6 - Furuhata Nao - This girl is so adorable and I love that she's being pushed. She first caught my eye in her solo PV for the group's first album, and I thought she and Nannan made a great pair. She's pretty silly as far as I know, though I need to watch more videos of her. She's a very good performer too, and I loved her in E's shonichi the most (along with Rena).
#7 - Iwanaga Tsugumi. Dear lord, this girl is cute. She also stood out to me in E's shonichi as I thought she was one of the cutest members (though E has way too many cute girls let's be real), but it was also because of my friend's influence too. Like Nao, I need to watch more videos of her. Because she's simply adorable. Also, I secretly ship her with Nannan.
#8 - Kinoshita Yukiko. She's so stunning. I've liked her since 2012 and I shipped GomaYukko like crazy back then, as it was one of my very first ships. (I loved that they met recently - how cute). But of the two, I favored her the most. She's also a great dancer, and seeing her dance makes me want to dance, honestly. I also liked that during rehearsals, she and Nannan would watch and help out when needed.

If I had to pick out of the Furuyanagi Coupling, it'll have to be the Furu out of Furuyanagi. Furukawa Airi XD She's just so funny. "Honto watashi no idol desu!" from KII Oshi made me laugh my socks off~

I can easily state my top 5 in SKE48 (with exception to the top 2 &3) but I had to like make so many decisions into the 5th-8th (cuz almost everyone in SKE is likeable :nervous) I really like SKE48 cuz they give off a different feel and vibe compared to AKB.
1. Matsui Rena :heart: :heart: :heart: (without a doubt! I mean, we both have quite some things in common~ Everything about her is lovable~~)
2. Takayanagi Akane (it was a tough decision, but I ended up putting Churi here cuz I think she's really super funny and cute :D )
3. Matsui Jurina (another tough decision, cuz her ikemen looks just makes me fall in love with her :inlove: )
4. Sato Mieko (I fell in love with her singing voice :twothumbs Hope she doesn't graduate soon....)
5. Furukawa Airi (We both love anime & manga! :hand: I realized in almost ever picture, one of Airin's eyes is slightly smaller than the other, and thats super cute~)
and here comes the most difficult part....
6. Furuhata Nao (cuz her saxphone skills amazes me! :roll: )
7. Matsumura Kaori (why??? she's super funny I swear!!! I'm glad she got quite a high ranking for the 6th senbatsu election :thumbsup )

8. Kimoto Kanon (I think she has great acting skills, like shown in Majisuka Gakuen 3. And isn't she just so cuuuuute~? XD )

Kitagawa Ryoha- The charm behind her is special although Ebi Show has helped out a lot
Suda Akari- Annoying but she has realistic needs side which I like

I changed my vote to a full 8 member slot... So:
1) Takayanagi Akane
Amazing leadership qualities, surprisingly emotionally unstable and quite cute, whenever I see her at HS events. She loves birds and has at least 2 (I have three but this girl has 5 XD) She's also my 48Group Oshi at the moment.
2) Furukawa Airi
Such a dorky otaku, who was a great leader during her time last year up until her graduation, along with Churi can brighten up place quite quickly.
3) Iwanaga Tsugumi
Such a cute girl who was Airis ideal girlfriend at one point, she was my favourite 5th generation member, can be known to be with Ego Yuna a lot (EgoTsuchi <3), her performance of Gyakuten Ojisama during her graduation stage is one of my top performances, alongside Manatsus center version XD.
4) Mukaida Manatsu
The girl who's known for loving strawberries. She was a mature loli(?) back then and she was loved by too many members XD Rena and Miepi to be exact. She's a friendly giant, as she's taller than most of the older girls XD. Is shipable with anyone. She suits any cute song because of her fuwa fuwa voice~ Again, I do like her centering Gyakuten Ojisama for S4. She was so cute. Also the fact that she and Yuria decided to become Egochans bodyguards was funny XD
5) Matsui Rena
Definition of Holy Idol, everything about her is Awesome. Her love of trains, anime and the like. Her height. Ugh. Can't say much else about Rena, tbh.
6) Furuhata Nao
Naos a diva, end of. But she can also be dorky (Umm... Maybe she was influenced by a certain Senpai duo of hers, in KII?) I just love that side of her.
7) Ego Yuna
