For me, I think it should be Yurina. The reason is:

1. For this ranking, they should recognize the face before anything else, and maybe take a wrong name from Berryz's name list.
2. She have a PB already.

It is Maasa, but they put up a Yurina pic. The profile information is of Maasa, and the chart says it is Maasa.

yeah, 19yr olds are not UNDER 19 ..... but they not OVER 19 either
