The girls were talking about what they liked about the other girls (in just a few quick words). Paruru's answer for Nanchan was simply:

I believe this was in a way Paruru's way of making up with Nanchan, just a few days ago in the same MC Nanchan mentioned that she and Paruru were fighting because Paruru called her a "dekai onna", and Nanchan responded by leaving and kissing Ranran in revenge

The email that came with the last picture was great, it was basically Mariyagi accusing Mori of cheating on Paruru with Oba Mina, even came with a huge story she made up herself about it
