Since the AKBar48 is basically MayuBar48, there is no need for me to list all the things that are awesome about her

You all know.

She is THE idol. Straight out of a manga and that's quite amazing.

I'd like to point out two things:
1. Saba Doll made me think differently of Mayu. I can't look at her anymore without thinking she'll pull some weird faces after the taping is over. I mean, there is a Mayu besides the Mayu we know. A much deeper Mayu who thinks about her career, who gets depressed at times, etc. I think a lot of people tend to forget sometimes that she (and the other idols) are humans too.

2. In her first senbatsu speech she was disappointed for getting #5. That came across a bit stuck up at the time, but in essence, it is the right attitude to have. After reading that Sasshi x Aki-P interview, I think Mayu does have what it takes to become the center of AKB48 eventually. You gotta want it and go for it. Just like with Mayu's solo single, she's aiming for the top of the charts. That's the only way to go if you ever wanna reach it.

So yeah, I have nothing but praise for Mayu. Super cute, funny, entertaining... I hope we can see her grow up into a beautiful mature woman.

I mean, she in my point of view is one that fully gives out the presence of an idol. Smart, funny, talented, cute, you name it. All at a very young age. And she is an anime otaku, which is a massive plus point. Also a slight perv (Oshiri!). She grew on me so fast when I started watching Sabadoru. Dem faces

Right now, saving pictures and videos is the only way I can show my appreciation since I'm still stuck here in the Philippines

: , but in a month, I'm spending my whole summer vacation (3 months) in Japan like usual, and I can't wait to get my hands on some authentic stuff (especially Synchro Tokimeki Type A).

tl;dr : I'm now a Mayu worshipper
