This is my first fanfic, :sweat: I don’t know if good or not. I am still learning how to write fanfic. I do want to take a long chapter route hehe, you must be laughing because i am newbie and want to challenge myself to write long fanfic :D :depressed: .I’m still learning , I appreciated if you leave comment. Chapter 1
General POV
Monday morning, There is a good-looking guy already busy preparing breakfast while wearing apron, the apron itself does suit him like a chef. His hand skillfully busy flip the pancakes. his tan skin, short brown hair, muscular and tall. Ikemen that’s what japanese called guy like him.
“Sae-nii, how come you didn’t wake me up? I don’t want to late for entrance ceremony for freshman” said someone on 2nd floor of house while rushing to bathroom.
That is the younger brother, although their height seems similar. but the younger one has black hair, white skin, and more playful with his signature cat-eye smile or puppy eye when he plead something.
“I tried a hundred times already Jun *sigh*, hurry up or you will late to school” Replying his brother grumble.
That is The Miyazawa’s usual routine every morning, Older brother name is MIyazawa Sae 3rd grade of Akiba High school and his brother Miyazawa Jun who passed the entrance exam and it is his first day of high school. Their parents are Miyazawa Saito and Miyazawa Naomi, they left to England because of his Tou-san, actually they have been asked by their parents to live with them in England
*Flashback*
“Tadaimaaaa~ , I’m hungry ” said Sae
“Kaa-san, what are you cooking for dinner? Sae-nii near faint because of exercise” Said Jun while put his shoes on rack.
“Okaerinasai~” reply the mother without looking her sons while busy preparing for dinner. “Sae, Jun take a bath first, and your Tou-san want to talk to you both”
“Hai.. Hai..” Said them both.
“Chotto *take a grip of Jun’s collar*, Did YOU do something Jun?” Asked Sae while Staring at his brother
“EEHHH?? Hmmmmmm *trying to remember* NO *shooking his head*”. Don’t wanna get trouble with his Big Bro and run to his room and left Sae on corridor.
“Hmmm I wonder what Tou-san want to talk about..” rubbing his chin and walk to his room
*After 20 minutes*
A footsteps climbing down the stairs. first the younger one and after that Sae coming as well. Tou-san give it look to them to sit in front of him and the Brother know it sign that Tou-san want to talk “SERIOUS”
“Kids, my boss assign me to take over England branch. They need me, I already talk to your Kaa-san. what do you think if we move out to England?” Asked Miyazawa Saito their father.
“HAH? I don’t want to! I have many friends in here and I don’t want to go” Jun Blurt out without thinking and give puppy-eye look to Sae to help him.
“Hmmm Tou-san I don’t mind to move out, but I already in my final year moreover that Jun already passed entrance exam to Akiba High. Personally I want to graduate in Akiba High and….. there is someone”. the last sentence just come out as whisper. “But, I leave on Tou-san decision” said Sae in firm tone
Tou-san leave the living room and give sign to us to wait. He goes to Kaa-san and discuss about that. Sae and Jun can see their parents mouth movement while talking. Jun want to eavesdropping their parents, before it happened Sae slap Jun’s back to sit and wait. Although Sae also curious and nervous about the decision. Until their parents go to living room and sit in front of them.
“Tou-san and I have made decision to leave you two, because I trust you. We believe that you will grow up and independent also. How about it?” Asked Kaa-san while smiling
“Yosshaaaaaaaa!!!!” said Jun while holding fist to the air and rushing hug Tou-san and kisses cheek Kaa-san.
“But! Tou-san cut Jun celebration. “I allowed you two to stay with one condition, there won’t be trouble. you guys need to working together start from dishes, laundry and etc. of course I will give allowances for you and you Jun” *staring to Jun* “From now on, you will obey your brother. and Sae I entrusted you this house and your brother. I believe you will do well Son, I know you wont let me down” Said Saito while looking to their sons.
“Haik, Wakarimashita Tou-san” Said the brothers in sync
*End of Flashback*
After that two weeks later , their parents went off to England. from that day on Sae will be the head of house for a while. Sae the one who take charge of cooking while Jun do the dishes and laundry. After Sae finished up the breakfast, His brother rush from 2nd floor while one hand bite the pancake the other hand busy buttoning his shirt. after hectic morning, they both go to school.
*Sae POV* on the way to school
“Where is she? is she not go to school today? am I late for today?" as he checked his watch confused and scratch back of his neck
“Sae-nii! What are you doing we will late” Jun grabbed my hand and dragged me to walk faster
Ahh.. I didn’t meet her today.. Sae whispered to himself
*End of Sae POV*
After that the Miyazawa’s separated, Sae go to his class while Jun goes to Hall to attend his first ceremony as High Schooler. Before separated Sae give tap to Jun’s shoulder that he will be okay and promised to go back together after school. Akiba High is the prestigious school, most of their students are from rich family, politician’s family in short they are VVIP. The miyazawa’s don’t belong to rich family or VVIP, Sae and Jun accepted as Scholarhip student that what makes their parents proud. Sae received Sport Scholarship from attending many club basketball, soccer, baseball and swimming. Actually Sae himself don’t remember his club because his name in most of club of Akiba High. In the other hand, Jun is actually very smart student near genius. he ace all over the subject, despite his appearance like always goofing around and never do the review at home. he got first rank at entrance test of Akiba High. After attending boring entrance ceremony, he knows that he got in 1-A Class. he rushing to his class and..
*Jun POV*
*Brakk*
“Ittai….” Jun getting up and rub his butt. “Gomenasai, are you hurt anywhere?” Jun help taking books from the floor without looking to the person. as he want to give to the other, he lost in the moment.. in front of him is girl who has long black hair, beautiful nose and doe eyes. he stunned saw her beauty.
“Arigatou, kochi koso gomenasai” She said while receive the books from Jun’s Hands and bowed. She rush leaving Jun still in awe.
*doki doki doki*
“what happened to me? why do I feel my heart about to break..” Jun Grasp his left chest

Chapter 2
“Yo Sae! Where have you been dude? you aren’t join morning practice” said boy who has messy dark hair
“Nnngg… *silent* Gomen Kai, tomorrow I’ll be there *put his palms together in front of his friend* I’ve been busy helping Jun..” Sae put his bag and sit let his body lean to table
“Are you still waiting for that girl? just forget it dude! you know there are many girls willing to be your girlfriend. not mention your fan club member” teased the other boy that been known as playboy of the school.
Sae still silent, he can’t lie because his friends already know his personality. The messy hair name is Takahashi Kai. he is president of student council also captain of basketball club. Although his appearance in the morning always messy, but he has charisma that made anyone afraid of near him. in fact he love to make joke but always fail to make anyone laugh. the other hand is Oshima Yuu, sole heir of Oshi Inc. He loves flirt to the girls, he has motto “he can get any girl he like in 1 month only”. There’s no one know how many Ex-es that he had. The Three of them known as Trio Akiba, Sae with his genuine smile, Kai with his Charisma and Yuu with his Aura can melt any girl. they are member of basketball of Akiba High
“Aaarrrghhhh!!! What is her name? how come I never met her in this school? I am sure that she wear Akiba Uniform” Sae screaming in his head and messing up his hair in desperation
“Sae? Hoiii SAEEEE!!” Yuu waved his hand in front of Sae
“Hah? What is it Yuu? Sae woke up from his imagination
Before Yuu can ask him more about it. The class just begin, Yuu gives sign to Sae to explain about it. The class continue with Mr. Atsushi who teach English. In other side of class there are are 3 girls who looking at the boys.
“Always in the morning make fuss over something” said the long raven hair girl ready to emited her black aura
“Arre? Aren’t you looking at Miyazawa-kun since earlier, Yuki? teased the shoulder- length hair “Personally I think that Takashi-kun rather cute *crinkle nose smile* Should I make him my next victim? *Smirk*
“W-Wh-Who’s looking at him? I am NOT!” Yuki moved her eyes hid her red face
“Moou stop both of you, Yuki you should stop acting tsundere. why don’t you say hai to Miyazawa-kun? and Acchan you must stop dump every boy that confessed to you” Said the tallest girl while open her book
“Hahahaha blame on my beauty then, beside I never ask them to confess to me. You need to relax a little bit Haruna..It’s not good always serious like you” Acchan make cute face to Haruna.
“Nah, prefer study than looking for attention of guys, just stop talking before Sensei scold us” Haruna continue pay attention to class.
Because of it they stopped talking. The long raven hair is Kashiwagi Yuki, known as Tsundere hime, her father is leader of Kashiwagi Clan the biggest Yakuza Clan. although she has kind nature but difficult to expressing her honesty. Next one is Acchan aka Maeda Atsuko, Guy-Killer. She has aggressive type, confident with her beauty plus and one of rising model in Japan. The last is Kojima Haruna, her family isn’t rich as the other two, she is ojou-sama of Kojima resident. Her father is one of politician, she known as cold-hearted hime because of she doesn’t bother about the other beside Yuki and Acchan, she isn’t interested in guy, in her eyes guy only look girls with their face only.
*Meanwhile in other class Akiba High*
“Hey, did you bring your bento Jun? Said Boy who sat beside him
“Nah, Sae-nii forgot to made it this morning. Hey, Airin.. What happened to your eyes? Jun realized that Airi has dark spot under his eyes. “Don’t tell me you watch porn all night?” Jun smirked toward Airi
“I-I didn’t watch porn! *Airi throw book to Jun, Unfortunately Airi missed and gasp realized what will come next. Before Airi could run, a girl catch back of Airi’s collar
“Gomen Akane! Don’t hit me, blame it on Jun. He should be the one who get hit” Airi whining to Akane
“It’s not Jun’s fault , BakAirin !” she flicked Airi forehead.. “Nee Jun, Should I make bento for you every morning? I don’t mind if it’s you” Akane sent winked to Jun and slight pink show on her face.
“Hey, you never offer me like you did to Jun!” Airi pouted to Akane
“Maa Maa, please don’t have spouse-quarrel in the morning” Teased Jun
“We are NOT SPOUSE” Said them both
“Hahahahaha That’s shame you guys could make a cute couple though” give wink to Airi.. “Thank you Akane, but it’s fine. why don’t you make for Airi instead?” Jun give his signature cat smile to Akane.
Before Akane could answer Airi abruptly changed the topic “Hey, Let’s go to cafetaria. I’m hungry” give sign to Jun to help him.
They go to cafetaria, Airi sit next to Jun while Akane prefer to sit in front of Jun. After that Yamamoto Shin and Watanabe Miyuki join them. They are from 1-B Class, 5 of them are best friend since junior high. When they were in Junior High, Shin is Jun rival. while Jun become Top student in exam, Shin usually came in 2nd place. Shin hated Jun because of it, but gradually they find many similarities between them also they become much closer because of Furukawa Airi. Speak of Airi, although he is not special, but he become center of their group in short word he is moodmaker. In the other hand, Takayanagi Akane is Airi’s childhood friend. She is cheerful girl and not forget to mention her outspoken personality. and last Miyuki, she always told other to call her Milky, she emitted pheromones, too much. there is no guy could resist Milky pheromones. that is why they called her “fisher”.
Shin : What are you guys doing after school? he slurped his ramen
Akane : I have something to do.. while checking her phone seems like waiting something.. Why didn’t he reply? *grumble*
Airi : Nothin’, wanna go somewhere shin? airi take a glance of Akane
Milky : “If you guys wanna hang out after this, milky didn’t mind” Milky finished her strawberry milk.
Jun : I have to pass guys, I promised to Sae-nii to go home together.
Shin : I want to ask you guys to go to karaoke. It’s been a while since we are hang out together. but let’s go another day, It’s not fun if we are not full member.
The other nodded as agree planning to go next time. after finishing their meal, Jun eyes caught girl busy watering flower. That girls has pale skin, long raven hair, and wearing glasses. It’s strange view for Jun, most of girls in Akiba High are ojou-sama. they don’t want to dirty their hand.
Jun : Nee guys, who is that girl? pointing at outside.
All of them look at his pointed finger
Akane : Aaaah.. that is Matsui Rena. you don’t know Jun?
Airi : Don’t you forget, Akane? Jun never communicate to other beside us.. pinched Akane’s cheek
Jun : Should I? I’d rather spend my time with you. back to topic, what is she doing? why bother to watering flower if we have gardener?
Milky : She has no friend or should I say that she refused to make any friend. she is a loner, also been bullied by other because her poor family.
Shin : Doshitano Jun? Don’t tell me you like her? Shin teased Jun
Jun : Hmmmm Maybe?
All : WHAT??? *Shock* Airi almost choked while chewing his tonkatsu
Jun : “Nante ne~” :p interesting girl Jun mumbling to himself
After that, they separated to each other class. When time to go home, Jun bid goodbye to his friend and rushing to Gate until he heard piano playing, such beautiful melody. he can’t resist urge to find source of melody. he clearly hear it came from Music room. Fortunately, the door is not close entirely. he decided to take a peek. A silhouette of girl, sun light make her beauty even more showed, her fingers dancing on piano keys, her smile even more bright than sun itself. Jun was in awe (again) and he realized something….“Aaah! That girl from this morning!” he let out voice. hearing strange sound, that girl stopped playing. “Crap!” he facepalm himself, and rushing hide to next room beside music room. That girl step outside, and see who are in the corridor
Girl : Did I misheard something? Hmmm.. I am sure there is someone in here..There’s no way a Ghost right? She continue talking to herself.
Atsuko : Yukiiii, Where are you? Haruna already waiting for us
Yuki : “I’m here Acchan!” she rushing to pack up her things. “Hmm maybe that is just my imagination” and rushing to where Acchan stand.
Atsuko : “What are you doing? Are you thinking about something again? You know you can talk to me or Haruna” She pinched the other girl cheek
Yuki : “I know, but this is not the right time Acchan” I don’t even know if he still remember me She sighed . “Someday, I will” She gave her best smile while one hand grabbed Acchan’s and they both left Music Room.
When Jun sure that they already gone. he smile and said “So, her name is Yuki..” He put his hand on chest “Why did my heart go faster when I meet her? am I sick?” He take a look at his watch “Yabbai! Sae-nii gonna kill me” he rushing to gate
Meanwhile, In front gate of Akiba High
Sae POV
“Where is Jun? that kid, I told him to go home together. what is he doing?” Sae couldn’t help grumble because of his brother.
While he busy to look at his phone and watch simultaneously, his eyes caught of familiar silhouette, silhouette that he always looking for every morning. “I found you finally!” Sae Said and then he decided to text Jun because he doesn’t want to miss any opportunity.

Jun, you go home first. I’ve something to do. buy anything you want for dinner
PS. I’ve been WAITING for eternity
After that, he decided to follow that girl. He can’t believe that he is stalking that girl, usually he is the one being stalked by his fans. he giggle that this thing could happen in another way. He continue to watch that girl, she doesn’t pay attention to other because she busy reading manga on her hands. she continue to read and do not see electrical pole in front of her. before Sae could warn her *Brakk* She hissed in pain. “Pffftttt” He hold his laugh, how cute that girl. her clumsiness somehow made Gap "moe" in Sae’s eyes. Despite her majime appearance, she’d rather cute. then, he go after that girl.

Sae : Daijobu? He kneel over and watched carefully over girl.
Girl :“Daijobu desu, Ouchh” She rubbed her forehead
Sae : “Let me see your forehead” he take away her hand, and take a close look.
Girl : “I am fine really” she move away her face hid scarlet of her cheek.. Why am I blushing?
Before girl could move, Sae grabbed her hand.
Sae : “I insist, please. I am not bad guy. Look, I go to Akiba High also. you can report me if you think I would do such inappropriate things to you” Sae grab his wallet and want to give her student card.
Girl : *giggle* He such a funny guy.. “You don’t need to give your student card. I believe you” smile at Sae
Sae : *blushing* Sae then move closer to girl, remove her glasses and check up her forehead. He stunned with girl’s eyes, brown diamond shape. What a beautiful eyes She has. Before girl read his expression, “Ahh.. you got bruise, let me get you cream” Sae search in his bag
Girl : Are you run drug store in your house?
Sae : pfffftttt hahahaha. Sae hold laughter at first but crack eventually. “I always bring this cream, because of our club couldn’t avoid bump or trip while exercise. it doesn’t mean I am running drug store, miss” Sae said while applied cream on her forehead. Sae hold his urge to pinch her cheek or hug this cute girl
Girl : *blushed* “I-It just it is my first time to see someone bring such as cream” Girl pouted
Sae : Hai Hai.. It’s done! Where are you going? It’s late already.
Girl : “I am on my way to home actually” she said while put again her glasses. “Ah Arigatou, hmmmm…” She tilted hear head confused
Sae : Whats wrong?
Girl : I don’t know your name… yet
Sae : Hahahaha you sure don’t know me huh? I guess I am not that famous as people said. I am Miyazawa Sae, 3rd grade of Akiba High. What is your miss?
Girl : The name is Matsui Rena, I am freshman. So, you are my senpai. Arigatou, Miyazawa-Senpai *bowing*
Sae : Ah, Just call me Sae. Rena desu yo ne? Can I call you Rena? or should I call you miss forehead? Sae teased the younger girl
Rena : “R-Rena will do senpai, So Arigatou Sae-Senpai”. She can’t help slight blush because of straightforward this senpai. but she doesn’t feel irritated at all.
Sae : “That’s better” Sae give his killer smile. “Where are your home ,Rena? Let me walk you home. It’s dangerous to girl walk alone” please say yes , please say yes Sae continue chanted in his mind
Rena : It’s not far away from here, Senpai. but—
Before Rena can finish her sentence. Sae took Rena's hand and drag her.
Sae : “Come on let’s go! just show me the way, Rena” Did she want to refuse me earlier? I do want to spend much more time with her
Rena : “H-Hai” Rena just smile looking at her Senpai, She just want to said But If I am not a bother, I’d be glad to take your offer but Senpai already cut her sentence, looking at his silly behaviour makes Rena smiling. It’s been a long time since last time she smile like this.
After walking together for a little while, because of Sae is sociable person. he can make rena comfortable. he get to know rena a little bit. Rena doesn’t like his appearance shy and loner actually she just dense and not knowing how to approach people. before they realized, they arrived at Rena’s Home.
Rena : Arigatou, Senpai. That’s very nice of you to walk me home. Rena blush a little bit
Sae : Don’t mention it. Actually it makes me relieve to walk you home. See you tomorrow?
Rena : Tomorrow? rena tilted her head
Sae : Of course, we go to same school right? See you then, Go in then.
Rena : “Anoo Senpai” Looking at Sae still holding Rena’s hand
Sae : “Aaah Gomen gomen” Sae abruptly let it go their hands and blush
Rena : pfftt *giggle* you are cute senpai. See you tomorrow then. Rena walk to her front door. before she get in..
Sae : Renaaaa!! If we are meeting again. please give me your number! Sae Scream in the middle of street, give her best smile. “Oyasumi, Byee~” He simply run heading to his home.
Rena : “Oyasumi Senpai” Rena whispered.. She can feel heat from her blushing face

I’m sorry to keep you waiting :fainted:, because I’ve been busy to preparing my graduation :err:. tomorrow my big day, because I will facing job selection *wishmeluck* :whistle:. This time I slowly progress the story, I definitely choose Sae, Jun, Yuki and Rena as main Cast. but it doesn’t mean the other pairing will left behind. At Miyazawa’s in the morning, This morning Jun’s turn to make breakfast, he decided to make omelette. While he busying flip omelette. He heard footstep coming
“Ohayou, Jun. Whats for breakfast?” Sae climbed down the stair, struggle tying his tie
“Ohayou, Niichan! Wait a minute, the omelette almost ready”
Jun prepared the table and they began to eat, until Jun asked Sae “Nii-chan, Where did you go last night?”
Sae almost choked because of Jun’s question. “ Errr, I-I’ve some-something to do.” *He stuttered. Jun knew there is something, but he decided not to push it. Sae took this time to asked Jun “What about you? Where were you Jun?
“I also have something to do” Jun answered with cheeky cat-smile. Sae laughed and ruffled his brother hair.
*At School*
3-A Class, The first class is PE, Akimoto sensei decided that boys will have basketball while girls volleyball.
“Aaaahhh.. I hate PE class, ruining my make-up and make my hair drenched because of sweat” Acchan pouted and look at mirror
“Stop complaining Acchan, you’d better start passing the ball. I don’t think exercise is bad, it makes us healthy you know, right yuki? *Haruna passionately passing over the ball*
“Unn” Yuki secretly take a glance at Boy’s side, fangirling by herself Even today He’s kakkoii~ Little did she know, she thought she just give a stare. in fact she’s like throwing dagger at boy’s side and emitted dark aura.
Fortunately, the boys didn’t paid attention much about girls. There is something bothering Kai and Sae, since earlier it is about Yuu looks different. he look excited, too much actually. his friends know there is something wrong, because Yuu has habit that usually hiding his problem behind smile. Kai broke silence first “What’s wrong, Yuu? you don’t look good” tapped Yuu’s shoulder.
“Ah, is it obvious? He stop smiled and take a deep breath. he took his time choosing the right word, Kai and Sae wait his friend to talk. Sae put arm behind yuu’s neck as a sign that he isn’t alone. Yuu know that he can count on this two friend and begin talk “I don’t know anymore, kinda hard to see her everytime I went home”
“About that again? Did you two talk?”
“Nah, It’s been a long time since we talked. I guess she didn’t even care if I die” Yuu laughed
“You always can stay at my place you know, there is only me and Jun. Ah but you can’t bring any girl” Sae flicked yuu’s forehead.
“Hahaha Sae is right Yuu, you have us. don’t keep it by yourself. we are like brother already”
“Thanks guy” Finally Yuu smile, not a fake smile this time.
After that, the boys resume their basketball practice. Kai, Sae and Yuu are on the same team. Although it just PE class, but Trio Akiba don’t hold back. They begin to attack, Sae as point guard dribbling to the front and pass ball to Kai. Kai worked as small forward is guarded by other player, he struggled to find for opening. The other side Yuu as shooting guard give pass-me-the-ball sign to Kai, without further ado Kai passed ball to Yuu, and forward to front, jumped doing his signature dunk. The girls side full of Kyaaa Kyaaaa and focus watching boys side. Yuu enjoy the attention and waving to the girls. Kai smile looking at his friend back to his usual self again. The game continued, the other team has scoring the ball with another lay-up, don’t want to waste anytime Yuu took the ball and without hesitation Yuu give a long pass to Sae attempting to make 3 point shoot, with his height is near 179 cm tall it was piece of cake! the girls crowd going wild Kyaaaaaa. the situation push another team into defensive mode, while this time Kai confidently continue dribbling the ball to the front, he swiftly move, passing 1 and 2 player, finishing with lay-up and adding 2 point to his team. “Yosshaaa!” He yelled to increase their team morale. After a while, the other team frustrated to scoring until, one of them furiously overthrowing the ball much way to girl’s court.
“Watch out!” Sae yelled. But it’s too late and the ball flew hit Yuki’s head. it hard enough to make her passed out.
“Oh my God, Yukiiiii!” both Haruna and Acchan screamed
Heard girls screaming, Sae rushing to the crowd. When he saw the girl, it was Kashiwagi Yuki. Sae kneel over and patted her cheek “Kashiwagi! Kashiwagi-san?” Worried about Yuki, Sae carried her bridal style to Infirmary and yelled to Kai “Oi Kai, tell sensei that I take Kashiwagi to infirmary”. Kai put his thumb and index finger form OK sign. Sae’s action made the court full of kyaaaaaa and wow voices in unison.
“We should go to, Acchan!” Haruna dragged Acchan to Infirmary. but surprisingly Acchan brushed off her hands. Haruna tilted her head in confused. “Let them be, Yuki will thank us later” Acchan smirked
When sae arrived at infirmary, there is no one there. Sae put yuki on bed, he saw the red mark, he gently stroke it. “Aww..That must be hurt” he whispered. he wanted to leave, but he feel bad to leave unconscious girl alone, more of that he is worried that she will need help so he decided to stay. Actually he and girl don’t know each other much, he just know that the girl always glaring at him which he, himself didn’t understand. Maybe she hated me, that is what Sae’s thought. Sae carefully looking at girl’s face She’s not bad at all, actually she is beautiful. He continue learning girl’s face, without realized his hand begin to move from red mark forehead to her long nose, then move to caressed her cheek, and can’t help but stroke strain of raven hair to her ear. Finally he the reality hit him, What am I doing? He shook his head furiously and he slapped his own cheek, quickly put blanket on her. After time passed, Sae can’t help but yawned and can’t resist to closed his eyes beside her bed..
*Yuki’s POV*
“Arrghh.. Ittai, Where am I?” Yuki slowly open her eyes. She felt sting from her head “I got hit in the head” slowly remember what happened and rubbed . Soon realized, that she is in infirmary, when she was about to move out from bed, her left hand is been occupied by something. she widened her eyes can’t believe what she saw. “What is he doing in here? Did he brought me here?” She talked to herself. Deep inside, she is happy that he still the kind guy that she know.
Did you really don’t remember me, Sae?
Yuki continue stroking Sae’s hair, saw his body moving. She freaking out “W-Whaa!”
*End of Yuki’s POV*
Hearing that Sae’s body jolt, before he can fully open his eyes.
“Hentai!” Yuki slapped his head with pillow
“Ouch, N-No! I just brought you here” Sae hissed in pain and rubbed his eyes
“I-I don’t need your help!” So he did brought me here after all, yuki hid her shade of red
Sae frowned “I’m sorry, but I just worried about you. but it looks like you’re fine, I’ll go then” He bowed and left the infirmary. “What is wrong with her? is it thank you such a hard word? I hate her” Sae grumbled while go to his class.
Yuki want to stopped him, but she realized it is too late.
Ah, Why can’t I be honest about my feeling? I want to be with him a little bit longer he put blanket cover her body.
in 1-A Class
*Akane’s POV*
Why do I always waiting for his messages lately? sigh
My name is Takayanagi Akane, my family usually called me Churi. I’ve 2 bestfriends Jun and Airi, we always together and there is no lie between us. Except… I fell in love with one of them
I know, there is no way that he will love me the way I love him…
He didn’t even know, that is why it makes more difficult for me..
*Flashback*
*Bip Bip* Sound of Notification messenger
I grabbed my phone and saw 1 friend request. Who ? There is someone who has username “Luca”. I saw his profile, he lives in Tokyo without much thinking, I accepted him as contact on my messenger. If this person sent me annoying messages, I can block him anyway, That is what I thought. My messenger is the only getaway for me from school things, this is my private space. after a while, there is notification sound again.
[Luca] : Hai :)
[Churi] : Hai, do I know you?
[Luca] : Hmmmm.. Maybe, as if I remember all of people that I met before *Lol. am I disturbing you somehow?
[Churi] : N-No, you’re not. it just- it is my first time chatting with stranger *blush emoticon*

I put down my bag, rushing to storage where the tools been kept. quickly I grabbed watering can, filling in with water. After giving my babies their food, I took my time to talk with them. yes you’re not misread, although it sound crazy I love talking with flowers as if they can hear me. at least, flowers doesn’t judge people based on how much their money. I don’t have friend in this school, why? I tried my best to make friends, but I think because of my appearances and background made me left out. I acknowledge that I am not beautiful, thick glasses because I am not familiar with contact, pale skin of mine make me look like zombie, my hair? I have a long-black hair. I find it bother to let it down so I usually tying up my hair. the only thing that I could proud of is my brain. Although I am not smart as what is his name Kun? Jun? Whatever his name. I got 5th rank for entrance exam. I guess flowers for me it is enough and do not forget mention manga. Although I read all of kind romance stories, but I grow up knowing that there is no such things romance in my world. Prince only exist in fairy tale, and I am not a princess. that is why I don’t have prince for me. That’s how my life, pretty much boring huh? Speaking of which, I met weird senpai, not in bad way weird rather silly Senpai *giggled*

Jun looked around at Music room, there is no one else. After waiting for a while, he moved to window. There is a girl who caught his attention, Jun keep watching that girl who laughed and smiled and talked (?) “Who is she talking to?” He tried to find the other person. Before he could find, he saw a familiar back toward garden field. “What is he doing out there?” Mumbled to himself.
General POV
While thinking about that senpai, suddenly I felt something warmth covered my eyes.
“Guess who~”
“W-Who is it? A g-guy v-voice?” Rena grabbed hand that cover her eyes and throw stranger’s body to ground

“I-ttai.. Hahahaha never thought the girl who bump into electrical pole has this kind of strength” The guy hissed while rubbed his butt.
Rena’s eyes widened can’t help shocking to recognized the that familiar body
“Senpai! Gomen, Are you alright?”
Look at Rena’s reaction, Sae decided to tease the girl a little bit further.
“Aak my back, I don’t think I can stand up”
“L-Let me help you senpai” Rena hurried offer her hand
Sae took rena’s hand, instead standing up, he pulled rena to closer, leaving their faces inches apart. Rena frozen, don’t know what to do. She can feel heat in her cheeks, she can't breath as if her heart want to jump out of her chest. In the other hand, Sae struggled to keep his sanity, because rena is much adorable state right now. he just about to let go rena's hand something stopped him, those orbs behind thick glasses captivated Sae’s. he keep gaze at her in astonishment, rena broke silence first.
“is there something in my eyes, senpai?”
Sae laughed couldn’t believe how innocent the girl in front of him right now. Sae get closer to Rena’s ear “just your eyes so beautiful, Re-Na” Sae give the last word much intonation than others.
“..!” Rena diverted her eyes into the ground, swore her face near red as ripe tomato. before she could give proper reply. Rena saw a hand with phone in her eyes direction. She lift up her face,
“I told you right? When we will meet again, you are going to give me your number. Thanks God I found you here ” Sae grinned, The truth is I’ve been searching for you a whole day
“….”
“Ah..dame ka..” Sae can’t hide his dissapointment, he is about to leave Rena
“…S-Senpai! Chotto” She grabbed a tip of Sae’s shirt. “I-I never say that I wouldn’t give you my number. it j-just, it was my.. first time boy asked my number” She whispered in the last sentence. but it loud enough to Sae heard
Sae couldn’t hide his wide smile not forget to mention blushing part as well. Rena is waaaay to much cute in Sae’s eyes right now. But He doesn’t want to tease Rena again, So he just smile back at Rena “Thank you, Rena-chan” He stare those orbs for a while and continue “Have you done? Let’s go home together”
“Unn” Rena nodded
They don’t know that there are a pair of eyes that saw them since earlier. “oooh so that was your “something to do”, huh Nii-chan? Jun smirked

*Back to Yuki’s Accident Timeline* After PE Class
Haruna and Acchan decided to change their uniform.
“Nee, Acchan are you sure that we don’t have to go to infirmary? Somehow I worried about Yuki” Haruna who always has airhead aura can’t hide her worriness.
“Don’t worry, trust me okay” Acchan patted Haruna’s shoulder
“Why are you so sure about that?”
“Don’t you notice that Yuki always had that gaze while looking at Miyazawa-kun?”
“Did she?” Haruna tilted her head
“Hmmmm… Truthfully it just a woman’s hunch, maybe we should wait for Yuki to telling us about that”
Haruna want to said more, The sound of bell stopped them..
*ding dong deng*
Attention to Kojima Haruna and Oshima Yuu class 3-B, please go to Principal office right now
“Eh? What did you do haruna?”
Haruna just shrugged her shoulder and shook her head
“Put that aside, what is with Oshima Yuu? Are you guys know each other?” Acchan rubbed her chin
“Ah come on, you know it very well I can’t stand close to boys”
“Hmmm.. The principal must be have something to talk to you, you’d better go now”

Before Haruna took step away, Acchan’s screaming stopped her

Haruna tilted her head, she didn’t understand what Acchan’s meant. instead ask her back haruna just put her thumb and index finger as sign OK. Haruna rushing to Principal’s office, she take a deep breath and finally knock at door, and she heard Principal allowed her to get in. When she got in, she saw 2 people. one is the principal himself, Mori-P. there is no one who knows his real name. But I bet his nickname already down from generation to generation, so entire student just call him Mori-P. Inside of principal’s office, in front of mori-p sat is none other than Oshima Yuu. She doesn’t know much about him, but he already famous with his casanova style among the girls. Ignoring Yuu’s presence, she decided to talk to principal only.
“Excuse me Sir, did you call me? Haruna take a closer step and bowing to Mori-p
“Ah, Haruna-chan. Please sit down” He told her to sit beside Yuu “Don’t be so formal with me, me and your father are friend"
“…..H-Hai, Etoo.. I’m so sorry, but why did you call me?
“Actually, I need a favor from you"
“Favor?” Haruna can’t help but confused listen to Mori-p statement
“Ah, this is Oshima Yuu. I guess you guys should know each other since you are classmate. About favor just now, I need you to help Yuu-kun study Haruna-chan. because of you are our top student--“
“NO!” Said them both in desperation
“No, Absolutely No. Why does it have to be me after all?
“Yes, why do I have to study? And why does it have to be this weird girl? Yuu give disgust look to Haruna. Hearing that, Haruna just gritting her teeth and ready to throw daggers from her eyes. before that happening, Mori-p break the situation.
“Both of you stop! Yuu-kun you need to pass the upcoming exam, and if you fail for upcoming exam. your father will forbade you to join trip for 3rd grade to Okinawa not forget to mention also banned you to do basketball activity”
“WHAT! W-Wait! You are the headmaster, aren’t you? Why would you obey my father? Yuu panicking
“Because Oshi Inc is our main donatur. There’s nothing I can do, I can’t help you. If you want to stay in basketball and join the trip you have to follow your father regulation” Mori-p calmly explain the situation.
Yuu let out long sigh “So basically I need to pass the exam right?”
Mori-p nod and let out a smile
“But are you sure about this girl? Well.. She doesn’t seem like have a brain? Yuu asked and mumbling the last sentence to himself.
“What did you say?” Haruna divert her eyes to to Yuu coldly
“Ah Nothing” Yuu let out his killer smile showed
After that, they both excuse to go to their class. they walk side by side, but no one make an effort to talk. before awkwardness killing him, Yuu decide to break silent.
“Ano.. Haruna-chan desu yo ne? When will we start? I mean the study thing?"
“Anytime is fine by me” haruna coldly said and keep walking
What is wrong with this girl – Yuu thought “How about tomorrow after school?” Yuu keep polite and give his smile
“Okay” again with cold tone
This time Yuu can’t hold out any longer his annoyance face. because this is his first time being ignored by girl, usually it is on contrary the girls who seeking Yuu’s attention. that is why Yuu keep wondering, is it his charm doesn’t work with this girl? Yuu doesn’t realized that he get behind haruna right now, Haruna suddenly stop moving and Yuu bumped her back, she turn around and make a couple step back from Yuu.
“Oshima-san, I will help you with one condition”
“What?” Yuu fake a smile again
“Please stop your annoying smile, maybe the others love yours but not me unfortunately”
Haruna walk to their class direction again. Yuu who already his hold his annoyance, now hit the peak pint after heard Haruna’s statement. He clench his fist ready to punch Haruna’s shadow. before it that happened Haruna turn around once again. Yuu’s fist already in the air
“What are you doing?” Haruna stare at Yuu’s fist clench in the air
“Ah! This?” Yuu’s panicking and continue “I just want to stretching after that PE class, that was tiring you know” Yuu awkwardly continue stretching, move his hand up and down
“What a strange guy, I’ll go first then” Haruna bow and finally left
After make sure that Haruna’s shadow finally disappear, Yuu stopped stretching and now crazily throwing punches in the air
“Arrrghhhhh !! What an annoying woman! How dare she make fun of my smile? Just look out Kojima Haruna, my smile will melt your cold-heart” Yuu smirk
Back to Acchan’s Situation
Acchan is in halfway to her class, suddenly her phone ringing. She look at her screen ,it was her manager Ume-chan. She take long sigh “Why did she call in this hour?” Reluctanly she pick up the phone
“Moshi-moshi” Acchan change her tone into workmode (T/N high tone idol type)
“Acchan, I just want to inform you that you will have a photoshoot this afternoon”
“Seriously? As long as I remember, today is my free day” Acchan sound confused with her manager statement.
“We have a offer from big magazine, Kasai Tomomi your rival made the photographer upset. they are looking for replacement” manager explained excitedly
“Why don’t you discussed with me first?” Acchan raised her voice in agitated
“I really though it is the best for you, you won’t have this opportunity like this again”
“…...” As always, she can’t win over her manager in term of work schedules.
“Acchan? Are you still there?”
“H-Hai”
“I’ll email you about location, make sure don’t late on this photoshoot. okay?”
“Okay, thank you Ume-chan”
She hang up the phone, soon after that she received the detail photoshoot from Ume-chan. Actually she still upset because of Ume-chan didn’t discuss it first with her. but she can’t angry with her, since Ume-chan who raised Acchan as sister. Acchan is an orphan, Ume-chan took her because nobody want to raise her. Acchan choose to be model because she want to repay Ume-chan’s kindness. But somehow, recently this modelling things become such a pain the ass, she can’t find passion that she ever had before.
“Tsk.. Another job. Can I even get a day off?”
Acchan pulled up cigarette from her pocket and lit it up, yes she sometimes smoke to ease her mind and somehow smoke makes her appetite, so she basically said smoking is a another way to diet. when she lost looking at blue sky.
“I wonder what makes our rising model smoking in the school”
Acchan startled, didn’t even dare to look behind her. Who is it? isn’t still class time? - She finally bottle up courage to turn around with one eyes open. There is somebody standing behind her, leaning at wall. It was Takahashi Kai, the president council.
“Ah its just you Takahashi” Acchan let out a deep breath”
When she was about to continue smoke, Kai immediately snatched cigarette from Acchan’s hand. His action make Acchan glare at him.
“Oy! what are you doing?”Acchan yelled
“Do you know that we’re not supposed to smoke at school?” ignoring Acchan’s question
“It’s not your business, Ka-i-cho-u” At last word she smile and put high tone again after that her hand back to pull out another box of cigarette. Kai grabbed her wrist, stopped her movement
“Actually yes it is, as president council of Akiba High. Without a doubt, it is my job to make assure that all of the students follow our school’s rules” Kai confisticated all of it.
Acchan about to hit him, but she is in the school. and before her eyes is Takahashi Kai, the mighty President council. A word from Takahashi Kai can caused her trouble and her career.
“Do you want to report me to principal? Go ahead!” Acchan try to provoked him, little did Kai know that she was just bluffing.

Today Shin and Milky are the only who eating at cafetaria, because of their home next to each other. they ended up went the same school from kindegarten until now. Little did Shin knew, Milky actually like him, but she can’t figure out what Shin thinks about her.

That’s right, they usually go everywhere together. but milky believe that is because Shin being nice toward her and her family.

Sudden move from Shin made Milky stunned and blink for a couple times, her brain progressing what is going on, she feels heat from her face, it doesn’t take a long before crimson of red shows in her cheeks. Luckily, Shin is too engrossed worried about milky, milky still stunned and breathless. Before the redness from her cheeks could consumed her whole face, The lucky goddess on her side. her phone suddenly rang, it was a mail. because of it milky could escape an awkward situation, she slighty move from Shin and began to read.

Milky put away her phone. She look at Shin’s side, he’s already finishing his meals. Milky think she should thank Yuu because he indirectly save her. She’s about to shoved another bite, she heard Shin talking but she can’t hear it clearly
“huh?” She fully look at Shin’s side now
“I said, who is it? the one who mailed you”
“Ah, just now? It was Oshima-senpai. why?”
“Nothing, Have you done eating milky? We should go to class” Shin stood up from their table
“Un” short replied by milky
Along the way to their class they both keep silent, especially Shin. Milky doesn’t understand what made him so quite. Was he bothered by Yuu-senpai message? Ah there is no way – She shook her head furiously. When she lost at her thought, Shin took a glance at her.
“Are you okay Milky?” He stopped and look at two orbs of his childhood friends. Once again his move took Milky’s breath. Not getting any answer from Milky’s, He continued “I think you’re not enough eat for lunch. Here hold my hand, I don’t want you to fall. your mom will mad at me” Shin grabbed Milky’s wrist and keep walking. Now, thanks to Shin, Milky’s face as red as tomato.
“Don’t make me falling in love with you more than this, Baka” She whispered to herself.
After School Same Day
*Yuki POV*
“Aahhh I should go playing again until I forget about today”
Yuki can’t ease her mind after her moments with Sae. They didn’t talk at all, actually she took a couple of glance to him but couldn’t afford to talk at all. All she want to say is simple thanks for helping her this morning, blame on her stupidity that chance is flew away. Somehow she regret her decision to yell at Sae. Yuki is from Yakuza background family, her mother died when she was 2 years old. Instead teach her ikebana or girly things, she’s been taught how to hold a weapon. She remembered when she was in kindegarten, her father said she have to look the other’s eyes when talking or smile a lot to have many friends. Because of her environment, there are only yakuza lurking around. She want to have a normal life. that’s why she tried her best, but in the end she can’t make any friends. why? simple! because they are afraid of Yuki. How can they not?
Actually when Yuki said she tried her best, actually she put waaaaayyy much effort in it. When she trying to talk to the boys/girls, remembering her father’s word instead looking with soft eyes, she actually glare at them. not forget to mention Yuki’s has a fringe covering near her eyes. more over because she’s rarely smile at her house, when she got home always welcomed by scary guy which is her father’s underlings and that’s why she find it hard to smile. In order to give her best smile, she learn hard how to smile from child books. when she did it, it turns out at the other point of view she actually glare and smiling creepily like a psychopath toward other. despite her effort, she doesn’t make any friend. she stopped trying, but after that rumours spread about her. including that she’s from yakuza clan and she’s actually good at fight and many more. of course some of them is lie, but she never try to clarified it, it’s useless.
After a while she arrived at Music room, but she’s not alone. there’s someone unfamiliar, but he is too engrossed looking out the window. Who is he? What is he looking at? – She sure know there weren’t many boy who like to go to Music room. Hesitant a bit, she took a closer step behind the boy, still the boy doesn’t noticed her presence. She decided to look at the direction, which is seen by the boy. She’s somewhat frowned after looking at she saw. but it’s not important right now, she slowly took a couple step away from boy.
“What are you doing?”

*Jun POV*
While Sae and Rena Moment
After saw his brother with gardener girl, he just smirk and keep wondering why Sae didn’t tell him. he thought he will ask him later. What’s so special about that gardener girl? – He knows that his brother is could get any girl he like, furthermore Sae has fanclub. That makes him more curious about gardener girl. He kept thinking about it, he forgets what his purpose comes to music room. He doesn’t know the one who he was waiting for had come. until he heard voice that brought him out of his thoughts
“What are you doing?”
He turn into stone, at this point he just finger crossed that the voice isn’t belong to the one that he’s waiting for. He took a deep breath before turning around. Crap – That is the only thing on his mind know. Now, What should I say? - Jun contemplating.
“Hey, are you listening to me?” Yuki’s losing her patience
“Anoo.. I was looking for…”
“For?” Yuki titled her head and not avert her eyes to Jun’s
For some reasons, just by looking at Yuki’s orbs Jun being witched by her. without thinking he said “Someone I like!” – Crap! Now you doomed Miyazawa Jun, Congrats!
Hearing that Yuki is in shocked state, never thought in her mind that boy in front of him said that.
“Don’t tell me.. that girl you like is..” Yuki hesitate a bit
Jun who already lost his mind, now thinking hard how to declared a love to girl next to him. Technically they met twice already, but Jun wonder if Yuki remembered him or not. So basically, he is going to say love to someone on their “first meeting”. how could be any worse than this! looking at Yuki who hesitant, after take a really deep breath. Yosh I gotta say it -
“Gardener Girl?”
“It’s Yo- Hah?” Now Jun’s eyes widen open and his mouth agape, can’t believe what he just heard.
“I’m right after all. Actually I saw you looking at her from earlier” Yuki launched her smile now
After hearing that, his guts to say love to Yuki is gone. Jun’s didn’t even care to clarify it, because now he can she Yuki’s smile at him ONLY right now. Yuki walked toward him and put her hand on Jun’s shoulder and smirk
“I think we both need working together, PARTNER”

*at 1A-Class*
Since morning, Jun always take a glance at Rena. Because doesn’t everyone find out know what he’s doing, he use book as cover while he secretly staring at the raven hair girl. what is so good about her? Jun doesn’t want to be rude, but look at her. she’s like nerd, loner, creepy, and what’s with that glasess? Now, Jun shows disgust look while staring at her. How come Sae-nii like her? That’s sentence keep repeating in his head. Wait-Wait Sae-nii never told me that he like her. Jun shook his head furiously and slap his own face. Airi since earlier watch Jun’s behavior, he knows that something occupied Jun’s head. not forget to mention Jun started making gestures like a broken-robot, or should Airi say Crazy? Still Airi can’t point out what is Jun thinking of. He decided to get behind Jun’s back, wants to know where are his eyes are located.
Why does he looking at Rena-chan? – Of course Airi know Rena, they became friend after Airi and Rena always ended up meeting at Library. It no secret that Airi love reading ,so does Rena. Despite her looks, Rena actually nice girl. Blame on sociality who judge people on her looks and her background. But Airi isn’t like that at all, somehow Airi want to be her friend. Because Airi think it must be suck, if no one want to be friend with you. After looking at situation, Airi once again look at Jun. his evil side come and want to prank his best friend. He slowly closing his gap to Jun’s ear.
“I don’t know you change your hobby into staring someone Jun” Airi whispered in his ear in creepy tone
“WAAAAA”! Jun screamed accidentally dropped his book
“Hey! What’s with scream?” Airi put his hands cover his ear “You scared out of me, you know” He continue talk
“That’s my line Airi! For God Sake” Jun reached out his hand to take back book to table.
“Forget about that, What are you looking at?”
“N-Nothing, don’t you see I’m looking at this book” Jun pointed book in front of him and averted his eyes avoiding Airi’s
“Really? you’re staring at Rena-chan, aren’t you? Airi smirked
“Rena-chan?” Jun frowned his eyebrows
“Yep, I believe her name is Matsui Rena right?” Now Airi’s turn frowned at Jun
Jun let out a deep sigh
“I mean the way you called her , Airi. Do you guys know each other?”
“Of course, we usually meet at Library. she loves book, and you know I love to read. somehow, we became friend since then” Airi explained to Jun.
It’s unusual for Jun to give his attention to girl, especially kind like Rena. Airi knew him too well, Jun isn’t type who chasing over girl nor interest in girl like Rena. So there must be something, instead confront him. Airi decided tease Jun furthermore
“What’s wrong, Jun? Ah! don’t tell me…” He smirking and made Airi’s signature hentai-face
Jun gave up, he knows he can’t lie to Airi at all. He took a deep breath
“I’m in BIG trouble, Airi” He cupped both his cheeks in desperation
“What do you talking about?”
*Flashback*
“P-Partner? What do you mean?” Now Jun completely can’t grasped the situation
Yuki let go of Jun’s shoulder
“Hmmm in short word I will help you to get that girl”
Yuki smiling at Jun, and when she was about to sit
“I-I don’t need your help” Jun stuttered, panicking what he’ll do to make this trouble going further. Ah! Suddenly an idea popped up like a bulb in cartoon movie. “You didn’t even know me, I mean we barely know each other”
The latter didn’t speak any word, just stare at Jun. after that Yuki frowned her eyebrows, Jun couldn’t pinpoint what it is. Before Jun could thinking any possibilities, suddenly Yuki offered her hand to him. her face gave his sign to accept her hands. As if being hyptonized by Yuki, Jun accept her hand.
“My name is Kashiwagi Yuki, what is yours?”
“M-Miyazawa Jun”
Yuki let out an angelic smile, and once again our Jun captivated by it.
“Now we know each other!
Jun snapped back to the reality after hearing that. It’s too late to realized that, the older girl find a way to solved his excuse.
“Hey that’s not what I mean!”
“What do you like about her?”
This time Yuki ignored Jun. looking at current situation, Jun knew it useless to debate against raven-haired girl as she state right now. Because Yuki is just too excited about partnering things with him. Jun decided to play along, although maybe it could make him regret in the future.
“Dunno” He’s shrugged his shoulder. Basically he’s not lying, he barely know that gardener girl.
“I see..”
Jun didn’t expect Yuki will gave him a plain reaction, or that was he thought..
“Aaaaakk such an Ikemen ! The raven-hair girl squealing “I’ve ever read some manga and the main character said if we truly love someone, we couldn’t find the reasons why her till you can’t find the reasons” Yuki walked towards window and clasped her hands, looking at the sky. Because of her family issues, Yuki spent her time read shoujo manga. Because of that her dream is to have romance like heroine in manga. Too bad for Jun because Yuki’s misinterpret what Jun meant, She really thought that Jun is really love the gardener girl. She wants to help him, although for herself she wants Sae to be hers.
“Huh?”
Jun’s mouth agape with incredulity, shocked because of Yuki’s reaction. as if the first reaction just a appetizer before main dish come. Jun never thought his thoughtless answer could be this serious. Girl’s Imagination sure mmmm Scary, I guess? - He chose remain silent he doesn’t want to add something in this trouble.
“Why would you do that?”
This time Jun’s turn ask Yuki. Actually, he began to think that this partnering up with her is another chance to get to know her. yet He can’t help but curious, why did the raven-hair girl want to pair up with him.
“Hmm?”
“Tell me the reasons why you are partnering up with me”
“…”
Jun could tell that Yuki a bit hesitant to say what’s on her mind. So, He decided to throw another question.
“Do you by any chance like Miyazawa-senpai?”
Yuki turned her eyes facing Jun’s now. She knows the boy isn’t going back down before getting an answer. The boys already answered her questions, after all it’s her turn to answer his question
“Yes, I do”
Great! Could it get any worse? The girl I love, loves my brother - Jun knew his brother quite popular among the Girls. But why did have to this girl? The self-talking interrupted by another sentences from the latter
“But, I can’t speak well in front of him. I always made him angry, I bet he hates me now.” Yuki looked down and frowned. Now, Jun could see a slight sadness in her eyes. “However, He still the same Sae that I know. Kind, considerate and honest , that’s Sae I know” This time Yuki smile from her eyes, just from eyes Jun could tell Yuki really loves his brother. Her eyes, nnn… Beaming(?) yeah it’s maybe the right term to describe Yuki’s eyes right now.
*End of Flashback*
“EH?? Are you saying you will be partnering with Kashiwagi-senpai for REAL?”
Jun’s story just too shocking for Airi.
“I don’t know..”
Jun stopped for a while and Airi knows that his friend isn’t finished talking. instead hurrying him, Airi choose remain silent and wait.
“You know what Airi, the gardener girl that Kashiwagi-senpai refer to is Matsui Rena”
“EEHH??”
“to make it worse is, it looks like Sae-nii like Matsui Rena” Jun ruffled his own hair in desperation
“EEEEHHH??”
“Is there anything you want to say instead EEEEHH, Airi?”
Jun agitated looking at Airi’s reaction, his cheeks puffed
“Gomen, but it’s too shocking”
“Isn’t it? Even myself finding it shocking”
Jun leaned his cheek against table looking at Airi’s side. He much looks like a puppy who abandoned by his owner, soul-less. his imagination puppy-ear drop indicated he is sad or down. So Airi now knows, whats his friend problem, Airi didn’t even want to try put himself in Jun’s shoes right now. Airi begin to think about how to help this puppy-friend right now.
“What are you going to do?”
“Huh?”
The puppy-boy now looking at Airi, If anyone could see his imagination puppy-ear perk up
“Basically the situation right now is, you like Kashiwagi-senpai, Kashiwagi-senpai likes Sae-nii, and Sae-nii likes Rena-chan (?)”
Airi isn’t so sure about the last conclusion. Indeed Airi is one of Jun’s bestfriends and they often sleep-over to Miyazawa’s Residence. Without a doubt he knew Sae-nii is one of Ikemen type, not mention he is one of the Trio Akiba. although he’s unlike Oshima Yuu who known as playboy, nor like Takahashi Kai known as President council has a charisma Aura. Speaking of Sae-nii, he has the popularity based on his kindness to everyone and do not forget the angelic smile he has. To be honest, the most shocking from what Airi heard from Jun is Sae-nii like Rena-chan. Among trio Akiba Sae-nii and Takahashi-senpai are the one who rarely seen with girl. The rumour said Takahashi-senpai is actually has a fiancé, but no one know for sure. Because of that Sae-nii is the only one who hasn’t sold out yet. If it is news about him getting another fans or confessed by girls, maybe Airi isn’t much bothered by it. Sae-nii isnt type who like to play someone’s heart, if Jun said was true Rena-chan is somewhat pretty GOOD? - He lost in deep thought, until the puppy-boy broke the silent air.
“I just can’t believe that girl is the Sae-nii's type”

“Yeah, beautiful? No. Popular? NO. Weird? YES. What else? Hmmm..”
Jun busy count with his fingers, looking at this Airi chuckled
“I think Rena-chan isn’t that BAD Jun. Just because you don’t know her, you didn’t have to bad-mouthed her. Although it’s surprising the one that Sae-nii like is Rena-chan”
“What are you trying to say?
“I think you should get to know her maybe?”
“Huh? What for?” Jun frowned his eyebrows
“Look, Kashiwagi-senpai thought that you are after Rena-chan right? you can make this chance to get to know her, just pretend that you are interested in rena and…..” Now Airi stopped for a while “You can make this an opportunity to know her, namely find out what makes your brother like her”

Here I am waiting for that Matsui Rena. Airi Said that she usually at Garden girl by time like this. Actually I am against this get to know idea, but thanks to Airi keep persuading me until I said okay.
“Where is she?”
Speak of the devil, Jun saw Rena from a distance. She actually coming to this way, from a far Jun once again stare at Rena. but still couldn’t find the good thingas about her or his brother had a eye-problem, that what's he thought. Looking at Rena coming closer he decided to hide behind the tree near the flower’s garden.

“Helloooooo~ my babies !” as I am rushed to my babies. “Yappari, flowers is the best mood-booster”
I nearly died because of someone is looking at me the whole day. Staring a whole day? You must be think that I am lucky girl to have an admirer. Who said that if we are stared by someone kinda have a doki doki feeling? Thanks to him, my neck now stiffed because I didn’t dare to look any direction but to the front. He must be stupid to use book as cover, who’s gonna buy that. Maybe I look like a weirdo or dense because of my look. Just because I look like one, doesn’t mean I am dense enough not to realized that. For God Sake, I am just normal girl. The hell with my look, why did he stare at me in the first place? We didn’t even talk to each other aka we barely know each other beside we are in the same class. and the most important, I didn’t recall that I made him mad or something. Who? Ah I forgot his name is Miyazawa Jun, I don’t know he has a strange hobby stare at someone. Forget about him, Now it’s me time with the babies. I took my time to look at the flowers today, enjoy the view. Until…
“What is with this feeling again?”
I feel a familiar feeling behind my back.

I looked back, there was no one.

Maybe being stared a whole day affect my sense. When I was about to turn, I caught a glimpse of shoe and a bit white shirt behind the tree. I let out deep sigh

“What are you doing?” Rena intentionally raised her voice in order to the boy can hear her out.
Shit! Did she found out about me ? - Jun hold out his breath, he swore time goes slower than usual. he can feel her sweat from his temple. he remain silent, finger cross that Rena is talking to somebody else.
Rena wait for a while, but the latter isn’t coming out from tree or his hideout (?)
“If you want to hide, better pick the better place. I could see your shoe and shirt from here” This time Rena obviously yell at him.
Ah ! - He looked at his shoes, yes one of them isnt covered by the tree. his shirt is slight coming out from his pants. He slapped his own forehead, Crap! What should I do ? – Literally he want to runaway from this place, but it will caused more suspicion to Rena. Here I go – He slapped his own cheeks.
“H-Hey” Jun sticked his head first, after that he slowly approached the girl. “Gomen, Did I disturb you?” He stratch his head though isn’t itchy at all.
Rena somehow knew it was Miyazawa Jun. He again? for real? Just gimme a break - Now, boost from the babies didn’t enough to help her current mood.
“No, it is School’s garden. Everyone can stay here whenever they want” Rena completely bad mood right now.
Jun think hard, what should he say next.
“Do you like flower, Matsui-san?” Such a lame question, but he couldn’t think any other question. his great brain couldn’t help him at time like this.
“Isn’t it obvious? We are in flower garden. If I like sport of couse I’ll be at gym” Rena grumbled while watering the flowers. Is he Baka? Wait did he mention my name? - Rena tilted her head looking at Jun
“W-What?” Jun was completely taken aback when rena stared at him.
“I don’t know you knew my name Miyazawa-san”
Jun forgot that he never interact with Rena before, luckily this time he has an excuses because of his best friend.
“You are Airi’s friend right? Airi talk about you often. I mean me and airi is best friend since Junior Hi –“
“Pffttt” Rena snorted with laughter
“What's so funny?”
“I never thought you are this SERIOUS type, Miyazawa-san” She continue laughed
Jun pouted and his imagination puppy-ear now drop
“Wait a minute ,do you know my name?” this time Jun realized that Rena also knew his name.
“Of course” her laughter stopped, as she brushed off her tears because of laughing
“So, whats wrong with me knowing yours? Jun still sulked
“It’s because you’re famous in this school, who doesn’t know you and not forget to mention that you're the little brother of Miyazawa Sae one of Trio Ikemen Akiba High”
Jun stunned, slight a red tint could shows in puppy-boy cheek. Fortunately, Rena busy with her flower.
“So, What are you doing hiding at there just now?” Rena asked without looking at Jun
“Hmmm Me? I-I was looking at the flowers. When I heard someone came, my body unconsciously… hiding”
The last sentence Jun muttering to himself but louder enough for the glasses-girl can hear it
“Pfffttt” once again rena couldn’t hold out her laughter
The puppy-boy puffed his cheeks, completely sulking right now. He crossed his arm and leaned on the wall. “Just tell me when you are going to stop laughing”
“G-gomen Pfftt, I can’t help it” Rena tried her best not to laugh. “Did you happen interested in flowers?”
“Mmmm… Kinda”
“Well.. That’s unexpected from you”
Surprisingly, they began to converse amicably. Jun rather find it fun talking with Rena, and vice versa. Jun began to think Rena isn’t that bad as he thought, Jun hates that Airi’s word was true after all. On the other hand, Rena never thought that the famous Miyazawa Jun could be this clumsy or puppy-like. Her irritation towards him for whole day gradually disappeared.
Little did they know, there was Sae walked towards them. Looking from afar, Sae could see easily Rena’s figure, but couldn’t point out who is her friend. He continue walking and frowned when he’s find out who her friend is. The both of them didn’t realized, because they immersed in their conversation. He decided just go with faking a cough. They startled because of Sae’s appearance
“Ehem”
“S-Sae-nii!” // “Senpai?” Both of them stood up in unison
“Ah, did I interrupt something?”
“N-No Sae-nii ! Rena-chan immersed talking flowers and I ended up listening to her.
“Rena-chan? I didn’t know you’re friend of my brother, Rena” Sae looked at Rena’s side
Rena conveyed I-didn’t-even-know-whats-going-on eyes. Sae understood, that’s why he decided to asked Jun instead.
“Do you guys know each other Jun?”
“Umm Yeah, We are classmate” Jun didn’t lie, but still a little bit anxious. Before Sae could ask him a further question. Jun took this chance to asked him back. “How about you Sae-nii? What are you doing in here?”
“Me? Picking up Rena like usual. Recently, I walked her home. isn’t right, Rena?”
Sae looked at the pale-skin girl, She just give a nod with smile.
Actually there are more things that Jun want to ask, but since already dark. He decided to ask Sae later at home. Basically Sae asked Jun if he wants to walk together home, but Sae has to walk Rena first. Jun declined the offer, he said he has something to do. but it was just excuses, he didn’t want to interrupt anything particular. Although Sae hasn’t say anything regarding him and Rena, but Jun somehow knew that Sae very fond of Rena.
“I guess, I’ll wait Sae-nii at home. I have a lot of question”
*Sae and Rena Situation*
Rena’s mind still processing whats happened today. Time sure flies fast today, because she rarely had friend to talk. as if she forgot how to engage conversation with her peers. Rena forgot to ask Jun about the reasons why did he stare at her. She never thought she’ll actually befriend with him (?) or they’re not friend yet (?) Maybe have a friend beside flowers isn’t bad at all - She continue stare at blank, She snapped back to reality when Sae decided to stop his steps.
“Are you even listening to me, Rena?”
“Sorry”
“What’s wrong? Did Jun do something bad?” Sae said with fully worried tone, and let his hand cupped one of her cheek, then gently brushed it.
“mm-mm” Rena shook her head, she feel guilty seeing taller boy’s worried face. She lean her face onto his hand, then held his hand that cupped her cheek. She gently brush Taller boy’s hand with her index finger .“I’m fine, Sa-e” finally gave him her warmest smile.
*DokiDoki*
Sae turned into stone for a while, although he used to be around girls who often flirt with him. He didn’t feel anything, however when Rena is the one who initiate it he became helpless guy in front of this pale-skin girl. He feel his blood rushing to his face right now. Rena find it funny to tease the older boy, mostly she’s the one who get teased by Sae. This time she want to return the favor.
“Ah One of Trio Ikemen Akiba High can blushed because of me? Now, I’m flatter!” Rena smirked and stick out her tongue out
Sae become much redder than ever, he let go of his hand from Rena’s. Not wanting Rena see this side of him, he begin to walk again and left Rena behind. He actually want to ask about earlier garden’s school, so many question pop-up on his brain right now. when he was about to ask and look at his side, Rena nowhere to found. he looked at behind, Rena actually still standing at the place he left her. He rushed over to back at Rena’s side.
“You'd say that we will walk home together, but you walk first leave me alone” Rena sulked
“Sorry, Rena. I didn’t know that you’re not following me” Sae clashed his palms together. but the latter remain silent “Here” Sae reach out his right hand waiting for Rena’s.
*Rena’s POV*
I took his hand gladly, actually I wasn’t mad at all. I know he’s being embarrassed, I find him adorable. I am being impatient maybe, because he usually held my hand from school until my home. but he wasn’t doing anything. As much as I love being around Senpai, Sometimes I wonder what am I to him? Did he treat me like any his fans? Yeah I’m not that beauty queen, I admit there tons of beauty girl in Akiba High. So why?
“Rena”
He grasped my hand want to getting my attention
“Hmm?”
“There’s something I want to tell you”

Chapter 5
“There’s something I want to tell you”
*End Rena’s POV*
Suddenly Rena feels tensed with the Sae’s line. She thinking hard, what would be the taller boy going to say to her, but instead of answering his question she gave that’s-okay-go-ahead-just-say-it look to Sae. Sae gathered all of his courage, held rena’s both hand.
“R-Rena, I’ve been raised not in Tokyo. But in Kagoshima, did you by any ch-“
*Kring Kring*
It was Rena’s phone, she was about to ignore it until she saw the name on the screen. She gave sign to ask Sae permission to receive the phone. Sae just stood there and raise his hand , his index and thumb make an okay form. Rena took a couple step back away from Sae, while smile draw on his lips looking over the latter because she’s changing her expression fast and it has a lot cute expressions. This side of Rena is new to him, as if Sae is drawn closer to her in each single days. While waiting for Rena, he leaned on the electricity pole and put his hands on jacket’s pockets. After quite while, Rena approached him with terribly sorry face to him.
“Gomen Senpai, is it long?”
“No, it’s okay” He patted Rena’s head, Sae is hurt to see Rena like that. He continue “Who was it?”
“It was my mom, she asked me to buy some groceries on my way back home”
“Sou ka, Want to go together?”
“Mm-mm” She shook he head “I’m okay Senpai, since my father already waited for me on that supermarket”
“If so, I guess see you tomorrow?”
Sae was about to turn around, when Rena grabbed a tug of shirt. He look at the latter girl, her eyes on down.
“W-wait, What was you want to ask me earlier?”
“It’s nothing important”
Rena knew it was important enough, she never saw that serious Sae before. Yeah Sae is serious type guy, but when She saw that through Sae’s eyes that he wanted to tell her something important. Sae noticed the disappointment on the girl’s face.
“Believe me, I want to tell you. but I think you’ll making your father wait”
“….”
“Rena..”
He said her name in loving tone, he didn’t want to upset the girl. but the current situation isn’t allowed him to say any further, though he desperately wanted to ask her.
“…”
Looking at Rena still puffed her cheeks, not bother looking at the ikemen boy. The boy cupped both of her cheeks, forcing her orbs
meet him. He leaned closer, her eyes widen when he was close enough. Rena shut her eyes immediately, after saw that he find Rena is cute. When their lips was going to meet, his lips go for forehead instead. Feel something press against her forehead, Rena open her eyes.
“Later, okay?”
Rena never expect the forehead kiss, if she could she wanted to run away. she did having thought that Sae will kiss her, she mean KISS. Still although only forehead kiss, that was for the very first time someone kiss her.
“Next time it will be the lips, prepare” Sae sneakily whispered in the stunned girls
Those words has affected her, finally snapped by to the reality. She smacked his chest lightly, she did to hide her face fully like ripe tomato now.
“There there, Now go. I bet your father already waiting long enough”
Sae turn Rena’s body around, and push her lightly. Rena did walk a couple step, and before making final turn to waving to the ikemen boy. Sae waving back, and stood there until Rena’s figure slowly disappear in the end of the road.
at Miyazawa’s Residence
“Tadaima”
Sae put his shoes on rack, loosing tie from his shirt. when he was about to entered the living room. His brother head pop-up from the kitchen, Jun wore blue apron. it made Sae giggled a bit, sometimes he could see that Jun is more on pretty side than manly, he’s just really great cooks like their mother.
“Ah! Okaeri Nii-chan, take a bath first. I already made dinner for us”
Sae gave a salute to Jun rushing to his room, after took a bath he came down stair ready to munching. But there is somewhat a heavy air in the middle of dinner time between Miyazawa’s Brother. Sae could sense Jun’s body fidgeting and his looks at somewhere far, but yet instead eating he just stir-up dinner with spoon. Looking the situation, he knew that the younger Miyazawa isn’t goint to spill the beans sooner
“Is it about Rena?”
Jun flinched heard that name, his eyes ready to pop-up completely looking at Sae’s orbs right now. Sae casually throw the question, and shove another spoon to his mouth waiting for his brother answer. Jun pondered what should he say
“You don’t like me being close to her?”
How could he read my mind? - Jun’s eyes ready to pop-op, shocked because he never thought that he is could easily read by Sae.
“How did I know? That’s probably now inside your head?”
Of course Sae knows, just how many years that they have been together. Jun always behave like this if something happened, likely in this case it must be about Matsui Rena. There’s a unspoken rules between Miyazawa brother that they don’t keep secret from each other. The younger Miyazawa likely upset because of Sae didn’t tell anything about Rena.
“I’m sorry I didn’t tell you earlier, but when I was about to, you found out first.”
“Well….It’s just.. I don’t understand what make you like being with her”
Jun slightly pouted, but wouldn’t dare to look into his brother’s eyes
“Hmm.. I don’t quite understand myself Jun” Sae shrugged his shoulder and smile, and continue where he left “I think you’ll learn to like her, just be friend with her okay?”
“…”
“How about we’re going out together?”
“Just me, you and her?”
Just imagined things that his brother and Rena shows their affection to each other, made our puppy shivering. Being third wheel is the last thing he wants to do, surely he knows that Sae isn’t type who shows public display affection. But looking at the current Sae, there is a HUGE possibilities that Sae will do that.
“Hmmm…You could bring anyone of course, what about Churi?”
“…”
“I thought you close enough to Churi, Jun” Sae still shoving another meals
“Yeah, but we are just friends. If I asked her, I believe I will be killed by Airi the next day.” Jun sighed
“Airi loves churi? How come he didn’t tell me?
“He didn’t even tell Churi yet, Sae-nii” This time the younger miyazawa finally gulped his meal.
“I see.. What about you?” Sae stopped eating and fully looking at his brother
“Huh?”
“Do you have someone in mind Jun?”
There is a certain name immediately crossed in Jun’s mind, of course it is Kashiwagi Yuki. All about Yuki now played in slow motion like a slide shows inside the younger’s head. He quite grinned by himself, thanks God he could stop. the last thing he wants to do is blurt out about Kashiwagi Yuki, he still wants to keep about the partnering things by himself.. at least for now
“You could asked her, and we can go together”
Sae’s actually want to ask further more about this girl. It’s rare case that the younger miyazawa didn’t tell him, moreover it looks like this girl sure hold special place in Jun’s heart. Sae just gave his angelic smile and reached out his hand to ruffled Jun’s hair. Looking at the situation, Sae knew that his lil bro quite agree with the planning, Jun didn’t say anything but slightly nodded, he didn’t like the plan at all but he thought he could use this an excuses for ask Yuki out.
“Thanks for the foods Jun, it’s really delicious as usual”
Sae patted the younger’s head and finally got up from his seat, after that he went to his room and just lie down with one hand behind his head, another one is holding up his phone. his eyes stare the screen is for long time, there is certain number at the screen. at first he wants to make a call, but it’s late already he didn’t want to bother her at all. Text will do - So he started to type, but not after that he erased it again. after a while, he re-check all of the contents again, satisfied with the contents he decided to send it.

To make things easier with the partnering things. the last time they met, they decided to exchanged their phone number and email. but Jun is too coward to text the senpai first. This time he gathered all of the courage to invite the girl. after quite long time arrange the word.

Chapter 6
*Next Morning at Library*
After lunch-break time bell, Airi rushed to library. As today instead join the other to have lunch together, he’s planning to spend his time to enjoy “me time” in library. He’s usually use this an excuses because when Airi’s have a lot of going on in his head he wants to go to quiet place, therefore library is a perfect choices. Soon after closing door behind him, a familiar figure caught his eyes , it was the same girl, pale skin, wear glasses, and her long raven-hair. he didn’t quite remember how exactly they become friend, but sure it was related to books. The first thing Airi noticed is Rena isn’t holding any books right now, instead looking at her phone. Strange – that was Airi thought.
“Hey, Rena-chan”
“O-Ohayou Airi!”
Airi took a seat beside Rena, and take a glance what is on Rena’s hands. Rena hurriedly put aside her phone, but it’s too late Airi already read some of its contents.
“Ah re-read text from Sae-nii? I don’t know that you’re that kind of girl Rena-chan”
Airi emphasized that part in teasing tone. a tint of pink shows in Rena’s face, blame on her pale-skin although it was a slight pink but didn’t escape from Airi’s eyes.
“Talk about yourself Airi, have you told her?”
“W-what?”
“Don’t play dumb, we both know what is I am talking about”
Airi should have known that Rena is smart to change topic. He knew that the glasses girl isn’t allowed him to change topic until she got the answer. He leaned on the desk, his eyes meet Rena’s.
“…..No”
“You should Airi, sooner or l-“
“How can I tell her? If I know what is the answer lie at the front.”
Rena noticed a bitter tone from the boy. Recently she knew that Airi has crush on their classmate, Takayanagi Akane. but instead talking to her, he use a messenger to disguised as someone. It’s not his intention to lie, he is gamer and often use username Luca. Luca is taken by fuRUKAwa, japanese language pronounce R as L, such as Love they pronounce it Rabu like that. At the first time they met, they usually talking about books, don’t know since when they did began talking about their personal life. including Sae on Rena’s side and Churi on Airi’s side. one thing that Rena couldn’t understand is Airi is quite close to Akane, but why using the round way to approached her. On the other hand, Airi pondering whether she should tell the truth to Churi. somehow he regret what has going on. One thing Airi didn’t tell Rena is Churi is in love with Jun which is not just someone but his best friend.
“You know what Airi, Life sure play game on us”
“Huh?”
“You are always easily to give someone advice, but helpless when it comes about yourself”
“Haha you’re right, Rena-chan. Sometimes I hate being me”
Airi smile bitterly, Rena hates her friend down like this. She patted his shoulder in soothing manner, at least that’s what she can do for Airi.
“Airi that loves book, Airi who totally love his friends, and Airi wants to talk to me even I’m a weird. I like THAT Airi, you know?”
Rena smiling at Airi, the boy know that Rena trying her best to cheer him up. He feel a little bit at ease because of it, his mischievous side arise.
“I like THAT Rena-chan too you know~” That is referring Rena with Sae
Rena smacked Airi head, after that they just laughing happily. Little Rena and Airi knew, there is this another girl who watched them from afar. The girl frowned with the view, moreover it’s the first time her saw Airi looks happily with other girl beside her and Milky. The funny thing she isn’t feeling good about it, more over that she didn’t know that Airi befriended with Matsui Rena. She came closer to the the figures who laughing like idiot now.
“Care to introduce your friend, Nee Airi?”
Airi frozen, he knew whose voice it is. It was Takayanagi Akane aka Churi, his crush. Unlike Airi rena could manage her composure.
“C-Churi! Since when did you stand there?”
“Since I like part” Churi said with annoyed tone but smiling, it’s more scary than Churi burst in anger.
“Ah It just…”
Airi scratched his head, and looking at anywhere but Churi’s eyes. Rena couldn’t see it more, so she decided to help Airi to lighten the air.
“You must be Takayanagi-san, right? I’m Matsui Rena”
Rena smiled at Churi offering her hand, Churi accept her hand and throw a smile.
“Yes, I’m Takayanagi Akane but you can call me Churi, like Airi did”
“If so, please call me Rena instead”
The fact that Airi’s been hanging out with Rena without her knowing, is hurt her a bit. Plus she is annoyed looking at Airi who was this nervous to introducing his new friend. at the other hand Airi now could handle his nervousness begin to ask Churi
“What are you doing here, Churi?”
“Am I not allowed to be here?”
“You know it’s not what I mean” Airi sighed
“It’s better if I go, you could talk” Finally Rena speak up, Rena knew the longer she stay the worse atmosphere became.
“No need Rena, I just want to find books related to bird”
Churi bid goodbye for now with slight bow, heading to the corner shelves near windows leaving those two. She lied about earlier, she did want to find Airi. Because she’s been lonely these days. Talking about Jun is nowhere to found every lunch-breaks, Milky would rather choose to be around her fans, there is Shin left but Churi can’t stand with quiet his personality, usually it’s Airi who always beside her. No matter what happened Airi is irreplaceable presence. But after looking Airi who’s having fun beside other girl, as if like Airi slowly out of her reach. Her eyes roaming all the books but she keep repeating scene
“I like THAT Airi, you know?”
“I like THAT Rena-chan too you know~”
“So you two like each other huh” She mumbling
She browsing all of the books in the shelves, there were no books until her eyes shining at one book. It was a Ensiclopedia of Birds. Without a doubt Churi loves bird so much, she has like 5 parrots at home and planning to add more in the future. Too bad for her, the book itself is around in the highest level of the shelves. She tried her best to stretch her arm to reach for it, but her fingers barely touch its cover. Persistent girl that what she is, she’s tiptoe to add her reach. still it’s not enough. Silhouetted came from behind covered the sunlight which is came from the windows, soon a hand reached out for the book. Churi still didn’t know who it was, but she could felt the warmth of the breath on her nape from the latter.
“Is it the book that you’re looking for?”
Churi turned her gaze into the latter, she narrowed her eyes because of the sunlight. A couple seconds after her eyes adapting with lights, she found it was Airi. Her eyes in shock, it was the first time actually she is THIS close to Airi. Her heart racing, hammered onto her chest. Airi just realized that Airi isn’t bad for his appearances. Although he’s not athletic type but has warm aura around him, maybe that’s what makes Churi feels secure with his presences more than Jun honestly.
“Why am I so nervous about it, It just Airi Churi, JUST AIRI”
Back to Airi, he stood there holding the Ensiclopedia that Churi has been reached just now. Churi face changed into red colour now, suddenly Airi grasped the situation now. He swiftly back-off to give Churi some spaces. Churi grab the book from Airi’s hand
“T-Thank you” Churi hide her red face with the book
Airi can’t reply anything back but nodded and shyly smiled. Until the girl chirping again
“Nee Airi, You know right recently I had this online friend?”
“Yap! Why?”
Airi’s breathing hitched, because of this topic. yes, Churi always told him about “Luca”. It did hurt him a bit, because he kept lying to her.
“I don’t know, I have this feeling. it’s like he knows me well, like too well”
“……”
Churi was heading to the windows, looking at the soccer field. The summer breeze blew upon her face, her beautiful hair floating in the air.
“But, who is he?” She continue where she left
He slowly come closer where Churi stand, he intertwined his left hand with Churi’s, while the other wrapped around he neck from behind. He put his head on Churi’s left shoulder, closing his eyes. Churi’s body frozen, Airi try to brushed her knuckle to ease her.

Chapter 7
“Ssssttt! Airi!” Jun hissed at Airi who sat beside him almost in whisper state. Airi turned his head to his puppy friend and gave what-is-wrong look for an answer. “What happened between you two?”
“Who?”
“You and her”
Jun pointing at Churi, he noticed since lunch break was over. Churi and Airi didn’t talk much, or should he say that two of them avoiding each other. That is RARE case for Churi to stay silent and Airi didn't focus either, therefore there must be something happened between them.
“Ah…about that….” Airi’s smile is no longer there, changed into anxious look, his eyes fixed on his desk only.
*Flashback*
“Nee Churi, What would you do if I’m Luca?
“E-Eh..?”
Churi was trying to broke herself free from Airi’s embrace; She want to make sure if she didn’t misheard anything. But Airi wont allowed her, he didn’t want to Churi looking at his current state. He tighten his grip on Churi’s, closing his eyes.. waiting for Churi’s answer.
“Y-yes.. I am…Luca. Your online friend”
There are relieve in her heart, of course she is happy; now the mystery about Luca has been revealed. Still, there is uneasy feeling covered in her heart. There are many things she wanted to ask Airi…
Did Airi want to make a fun of her?
Is this all lie?
Why didn’t Airi say anything?
Why did he bother using another identity?
Just why....
“Hahaha Airi Stop it! it’s not funny, you know?” Churi trying laugh it off, because she thought that Airi just play prank on her; if only it was just a prank, she’ll forgive him. Then Airi turned her body to facing him, his eyes fixed on Churi’s orbs as if lured her in, maybe for the first time she realized how attractive his dark-brown eyes is..
“No, It’s true…. I love you, Akane… from long time ago…”
That’s it her cue, she knew that Airi always in serious mode if he called her based on her first name instead Churi. Still, too many things happened at the same time. Before she could grasp of the fact that Airi is Luca, yet the latter now confessed his love to her. Since when did Airi love her? More importantly, What is Airi to her? To be honest, she never see Airi in that light not in a second. She always had her eyes on Jun.. only Jun. Airi is just her friend, but Airi is important presence to her. He is the only person whom she can talk about many thing, including her feelings. Airi always there for her, like every time. Sudden thought about losing Airi is beyond her imagination, but she didn’t even know if she loves Airi the way that he loved her. This situation has become too much for her, she just needs time…at least for now
“I-I’m….I-I’m… Sorry Airi”
*End of Flashback*
Honestly Airi wants to tell everything to Jun, but it’s not the right time. He’s not ready, yet. The rejection itself is hurt, it was not that he couldn’t see it coming. He totally imagined this thing would happen eventually, Though he prepared his heart all this time; still having your feelings rejected by someone you love is hurt as hell. The one thing Airi know is he’s not regretting about what happened; Airi had done the best he could, he’s glad that finally the weight from his heart has been lifted. At least now he knows Churi’s answer, and the best part is he didn’t have to lie anymore not to his love one.
Knowing that Airi isn’t going to say anything, Jun didn’t want to push the topic like usual; that was on thing that they learned along their friendship. But Jun knew there was something happened between his friends, but can’t point out what the exact problem. Jun knew that Airi will tell him eventually, maybe later. That was Jun noticed his watch..
“Yabbai!! I’m late” Jun quickly put his books into his backpack.
“Oi Jun! Where are you going?” Airi asked finally noticing the unusual behavior of puppy
“As usual Airi! Bye!”
Jun gave wink to his best friend, looking at the gestures Airi know it probably related to Kashiwagi Yuki, without a doubt. Airi showed his thumb to give the puppy friend encouragement. Jun ran with all his might to reach music room, not far from it. he could hear a soothing melody from piano. He slid open the door slowly didn’t want to make any noise, and look at the slender figure which her hands flying over that piano keys. Jun a bit lack knowledge in music, but he smart enough to know that Yuki is a very good piano player.

When the first time Jun saw Yuki, the latter played the same piece. The piece itself gave relaxing feeling, yet sadness written all of her face. What was in her thought while play this? The melody from piano stopped, Jun clapped his hands furiously after she’s done playing. she finally noticed Jun’s presence at the front door.
“Jun-kun? Since when did you stand in there?”
“Since beginning..” Jun beaming his smile
“If so, why don’t you say something?” Yuki pouted, she just feels bad to know that she was too immersed playing hardly aware about the boy presences.
“Because I love the way you play the song”
Jun saw a shade of crimson gradually appear in her cheeks. Yuki isn’t the type who easily blush, but she can’t help it since she didn’t see that coming. She abruptly turned her eyes at something else.
“Do you like that song?”
“Un, what song is that?”
“It was piece from S.E.N.S, the name is Wish.”
Yuki noticed that Jun still stood there at the front of the door, she gave motion to get closer. Jun walked towards the grand piano, he isn’t bold as Sae, like timid puppy she walk to seat in front of the piano
“Is that your favorite?”
“No, I learned that piece because someone loves it” Yuki’s face turn into sad one while thinking about someone. But Jun didn’t dare to ask who it was..
“Will you teach me, Senpai?”
Yuki can’t believe what the latter said “Are you saying that want to learn?”
“If you willing to teach me, it’s a yes”
“Sure, come here”
Yuki patted on the her chair motion Jun to sit beside her. The chair itself was designed to fit for two people. In of term playing piano, there are many piece that need two person who play it at the same time which is called Piano Duet or often referred as piano four hands. It was her first time to teach someone, but since Jun gave puppy eyes and there is no reason for her to decline. Soon, Yuki began to teach him, first learning the basic such as keys, rhythm, tempo and etc. After spent 2 hours, Jun wasn’t making any progress at all. Jun is a someone you can called lack of art side, he is a person who never good with any instrument or drawing. Jun keep making the same mistakes, either press the wrong keys or out of tempo. Of course that piece quite hard for newbie, but we should say that Jun’s level below newbie actually. On the other side Yuki’s patience is running out, the ojou-sama is never good with teaching someone. Because she’s kind person who smart for herself, and slowly she began losing her calm composure.
“Arrghhh! I told you over and over not THIS key but THAT key” Finally Yuki said in desperate tone, black aura now emitting from her head.
“S-sorry” Jun’s imaginary puppy ear flop down, too bad Yuki was't looking at him. “Senpai, Can I ask you something?”
“Hmm?”
“What was in your mind while playing that song?”
“Hmm? What do you mean?”
“It just…. I noticed sadness around you..”
“I… I have this wish… me and someone made promise together..” Yuki stopped talking, look a bit discomfort talking about this topic. The atmosphere around them began somewhat heavy around them. Before it’s too much, the puppy broke the ice
“So, where is the usual for today?” Jun decided to change the topic
“AH!”
Yuki grabbed her bag which is located on side of Piano, busy searching something from it. There is smile drew on her face, it looks like she found what she was looking for.
“Here, obento for today”
Yes, obento. Since Jun delivered news about they are going to Disney Land together. Yuki decided to make obento for the sake of the date, too bad Jun is the one became her guinea pig. Of course it for Sae, but that’s enough to make Jun happy; as long as he can spend more time with Yuki. The other day, she asked Jun about what dishes that Sae liked. As far as He could remember, Sae is a great cook more than him. Sae was never picky eater at the first place, so he simply answer that Sae will love anything. But it just one thing.. One thing that he can’t stand for was.. Yuki’s cooking. Jun used to believe that Yuki good at cooking, that’s why he agree at once. Her outer appearance is like Yamato Nadeshiko aka Great Wife Material in japanese term, good at playing piano and etc. He never thought that Cooking is one of her flaw; to add much to his disappointment, she didn’t even know how to crack an egg for God Sake. But what done is done..
“I-itadakimasu…” Jun pressed his palms together, there is fear tone in his sentence, soon you’ll know why…
After first bite, chew it once… twice…. thrice….. and suddenly the movement from his mouth stopped. Yuki since earlier keep watching the latter, frowned because there is no comment nor feedback.
“How was it?”
It’s not good; to be short it was INEDIBLE. Just imagine the horrible dishes that you’ve ever taste in your life. That is what Yuki’s obento taste like. Jun didn’t bother to chewing, but gulp a big shove into his throat; he just want it get it done fast.
“It-it is Good Senpai…” Jun’s voice wavering, though Jun intend to make it as believe-able enough as possible. He abruptly covered it with raising his thumb, too bad sudden kick from his stomach came and he couldn’t maintain his calm composure anymore.
“I knew it…. I am bad at cooking…..” She looked down, cupping her own face
“You’re getting there, just keep practicing..” as Jun beamed a smile, he know its lie but he didn’t have any heart to tell the truth to Yuki.
“Really?” Her tone change into excitement
“Un”
Yuki stunned, while Jun didn’t know what the reasons was. Then her face began to lean closer to his. Whilst Jun struggled to calm his heart down, literally their faces just inches away. Yuki’s eyes stuck in his orbs just stay there, before roaming to his nose down to his warm lips. There was this intense atmosphere between them, like if you could have heard a pin drop. He was about to say anything when Yuki raise her right hand to meet his upper left lips.
“You know what, you have sauce on your lips” as she swept a trace of sauce at the edge of Jun’s lips. She trying not burst out laughing at the latter clumsiness. On the other hand Jun turned into stone, but as we know statue didn’t have red color on the cheeks. Soon she realized that it was dark outside, she was surprised that she actually enjoying her time with the young boy.
“Nee Jun-kun, I think i’m going home first, See you tomorrow” She grabbed her bag, finally waving at the baby before closing the Music Room door.
The puppy couldn’t say anything, only nodded furiously. She left Jun alone, in the class. After he can manage his heartbeat; He is rushing toward window in Music Room. He still able to see Yuki’s back on school field near gate before gone with the wind. He decided to going home until he saw familiar figure behind tree.
“What is Shin doing?”
He squinted out of the window, trying to get a good view of Shin was doing. He noticed that Shin actually looking at particular direction, therefore he switch his view to same-direction as Shin’s. A smirk drew on Jun’s face, as now he knew what the reason is.
“Wait a minute, What is Milky doing with Yuu-nii?”

Chapter 8
“Why did Milky always going home with Oshima-senpai?”
Shin mumbled to himself, he didn’t know the reason why Milky suddenly refused to go home together nowadays. He hid behind tree, looked at the Oshima Yuu and Milky walked together, he saw Milky cling onto his arm. He’s not very happy with that, not an ounces. Then he remembered, their conversation about this.
Flashback
“Milky, Wait!” He barely grabbed Milky’s wrist
“What?” Milky said with annoyed tone
“What’s wrong?”
“Nothing”
“Then, Why did you refuse to walk home with me?” Shin retorted
“Do we HAVE to walking home together everyday, Shin?” Milky clearly said in sarcasm
“Are you mad at me?” He held Milky’s shoulder
“No, I’m not” She averted her eyes from his
Shin knew Milky was lying, but he couldn’t find the reason the latter became so mad. He tried to remember but the more he think the more he pissed because he has no idea at all. The worst is he knew Milky isn’t going to tell him.
“Come on, Let’s go home” Shin grabbed her wrist
“L-Let GO!” But Shin continued dragged her then, “I SAID LET GO!!” She shouted at Shin
Shin turned his body, and found the girl nearly cry. He found a couple of beads liquid on her orbs. For him, it was totally surprising because that was the first time Milky raised her voice against the latter. Milky realized that Shin was no longer held her wrist as tight as before.
“What is wrong with you, Miyuki?” He furrowed his eyebrows, tried to understand the whole situation.
“Listen Shin, What is it that you don’t you understand? I just wanted to go home with Yuu-senpai. Is that so hard to understand?” Milky retorted
“But, why suddenly? We are always going home together, aren’t we?”
“Also we don’t have to, right?”
“But, we are..”
“We are what? What are we exactly, Shin? Tell me...”
“Of course friend!”
“That’s it. We just FRIEND, same like Akane, Jun, Airi right? Like me and Jun or Airi, We never walk home together. So, because we are FRIEND, we don’t have to walk home together everyday, right?” Milky emphasized every time she said word friend
“........”
Then he saw Milky, disappeared at the end of hallway.

After that, they never walked home together anymore, but they still going together from home to school. Because they didn’t want to make their parents worried. Since that day, Shin always followed Milky from afar, he just wanted make sure she arrived at home safely. He did give a thought about what Milky said.
“Milky is right, friend doesn’t have to walk home everyday. But why do I have this uneasy feeling in my heart?”
After seeing Milky dropped by Oshima Yuu in front of her home, Shin saw Milky looked so happy and smile at Oshima Yuu, She just stayed there until Oshima Yuu was no longer in her sight. After that she turned her heels toward her front door, That’s it his cue, another day without Milky on his side.
The next day at class 3-A
Math is the last subject before lunch-break, their Match teacher is Ms. Shinoda Mariko. She’s known to be a killer teacher who always gave assignments every time she teached. On the our boys side only Kai is the honor student in Math, unlike Sae and Yuu. Whilst on the girl’s side the only one who don’t care about study is Acchan. What about Yuki and Haruna? Yuki is smart, although Haruna is the smartest among the girls.
“As usual I’m going to give you assignment!” Ms. Shinoda began to speak up
“BOOOOOO~” All of them said wasn’t pleased with ton of assignments
“Silence!” Ms. Shinoda hit the blackboard and the class went into silent immediately. “This time I’m gonna split you guys into group, one group consist of 2 students”
She began to call their classmate’s name one by one, until..
“Takahashi Kai!”
“Hai” Kai raised his hand
“You are pairing with…..” Her fingers roamed the student’s name list, until she stopped “Maeda Atsuko.”
In a flash Acchan threw her glare to Kai’s side, whilst Kai only smirked
“Next one, Kashiwagi Yuki. You are with…..” She paused for a while
Yuki’s POV
“Please let it be Sae..Sae…Sae..” She clenched her hands, keep muttering Sae’s name”
“Miyazawa Sae!”
I opened my eyes in flash, blinked for a couple of times.
“Did i hear it wrong?”
Then i felt someone nudged behind my back, I turned my back. I saw Acchan with her trademark nose-crinkle’s smile
“You must be happy, Yukirin~”
“EEHHH??!!” Without realized I stood up, interrupted while Ms. Shinoda speak
“Is there something wrong, Kashiwagi-san?” Ms. Shinoda turned down her glasses, I forgot that she really dislike when someone disturbed her while teaching
“N-Nothing is wrong, Ms. Shinoda. I’m sorry” I bowed my head down, and took a seat again.
“You sure lucky that Ms.Shinoda like you, Yuki-chan!” Haruna hissed at me
The whole class looked at me like something’s weird just happened.
“So… I’m pairing with Sae?” I couldn’t hide my joy, without realized a wide grinned drew on my face.
End of Yuki’s POV
“Who haven’t I called yet?” Ms. Shinoda asked
There were only two person who raised their hand in sync. One is the boy who look like squirrel, and the other is the smartest girl in the class.
“Okay, Then you two are pair.”
Yuu let out a deep sighed, didn’t believe what he just hear. whilst Haruna didn’t care enough about the announcement.
"That’s all for today, don’t forget to submit your assignment two weeks from now.”
“You sure have a good partner, Yuu.” Kai smirked
“I had enough meeting during tutor’s time, i don’t need an extra..”
He leaned his back against his chair, turned his eyes to Sae who since earlier stare at Yuki
“What is her problem?” Did she hate me that much?”
“Good luck dude! That’s really weird partner that you got there!” Yuu teased Sae
“Nee, Yuu. Don’t you think that Kashiwagi hate me?”
“Huh?”
“Why did you say that?” Kai joined the conversation
“Just look at her reaction, does she need to stand up in front of the class?” Sae showed displeased expression on his face
“Don’t you think it is other way round?” Yuu said
“What do you mean?” Sae furrowed his brows
“Ummm.. I think she like you, I mean she interested in you, Sae.”
“I was about to say the same.” Kai added
“No-No way, Impossible! She always threw her glare at me”
“Because I’ve met many girls.. It’s just that i trust my gut on this one.” Yuu put his hand below chin, slightly rubbed it as if he was a detective or something.
Because of Yuu said that, Sae couldn’t help but thinking about the Yuki. He was thinking any possibility that Yuki actually like him. He couldn’t denied, Yuki is beautiful, he thought she was the girl that he was looking for. But after he met Rena by chance, He pushed those thought away. But, sometime Yuki’s presence overlapping with the girl.
“Speaking about girls, I saw you with our junior.. Hmm.. She is quite popular among freshman..” Kai helped Sae to change topic, he gave wink to the latter. Sae showed his thumb to thank him.
“Ah, Did you mean Milky?” Yuu said without looking at Kai
“So, her name is Milky? Your new girl?” Sae smirked
“Hmmm… No, She isn’t. She just using me, and so do I..”
“Is your mother at home again?” Sae asked, there was worry tone in his voice
“Yeah…. That’s why i don’t want to go home early...”
There is no one know that the cheerful, popular, casanova of Trio Akiba actually has his own problem. Yeah he was raised as the heir of Oshi Inc, his parents never actually at home. But one day he saw with his own eyes, that her mother use those young men to please her. That is the last time he talked to his mother, that triggered something inside him. He like around the girls because he thought eased his loneliness inside. Except he never took any girls with serious, like every time the girls were cling onto he remembered his mother.
“Tell me about this Milky then, you know you can’t play maiden’s heart, Yuu..” Kai said
“I think me and Milky have nothing to lose, since She was also using me for her benefit.”
“What do you mean?”
“She has crush on her neighbor, he isn Jun’s friend. Maybe you know him Sae, if i’m not mistaken his name is Yamamoto Shin..” Yuu furrowed his eyebrows tried to remember something
“Yes, i think i ever heard that name from Jun.”
“Then, what does it have to do with you?” Kai asked Yuu
“She wanted to give it a test, she wanted to see Shin’s reaction. But I walked her home for two weeks, but nothing happened..” Yuu shrugged his shoulder and turned his eyes to Sae “What about you? Did you already ask her out?”
“Yeah Sae! Tell us about the freshman who succeed stealing your heart~” Kai teased him
“She has a name you know, it’s Rena.” He threw glare at Kai, then turned his eyes to Yuu “No, I didn’t have time to ask her out.”
“Awww~” They both made fun of Sae, and held out their laughter
“What about you, Kai? Still doing that? Sae asked the shortest guy among Trio Akiba.
“Ssshhh!!” Kai hushed Sae “I told you not to talk about that at school”
“Oops!” Sae covered his mouth, looking around lucky there’s no one paying attention about what he just said and continued “How come that no one recognised you, Kai?”
“Hahahaha maybe someone didn’t pay attention to much about it” Kai tried to give a neutral opinion.
“Hey, do you guys want to change partner?” Yuu pleaded to his best friends
“Trust me, I’d rather pairing with Acchan. I mean, she looks more tame(?) I guess..” Sae said
“If I had to choose, my first choice is of course Haruna, because I really thought that our assignment will finish fast.” Kai sighed
When they wanted to talk again, Sae noticed Haruna is walking toward their direction. He nudged Yuu who still leaned his body against desk like jelly.
“Yuu, it’s Haruna..”
“I don’t care..”
Yuu didn’t bother to look up, the Sae nudged his body again.
“Arrghh I said I don’t care ab-!” He slightly screamed but his sentenced cut off when Yuu noticed that Haruna stood beside his desk
“Good news, I don’t care about you too Oshima-san. But I don’t want to my assignment score get low score because of you, and since I made promise to Mori-san to teach you..”
“I-I’m sorry..”
“Save your sorry, Let’s meet after school at library. Don’t try to runaway this time” She said as fixed her glasses.

Chapter 9
Sae’s POV
I left Yuu with Haruna alone, because i think it would be awkward if i still sit on my desk. I’m making my way out of class, then I noticed Acchan and Yuki from afar. Suddenly I realized that I haven’t talk to her at all regarding our assignment. I don’t know her personality, but I don’t want to become like Yuu who got scolded by Haruna. I gathered up my courage to talk to her, because the last time we talk she shouted at me. I saw her finally noticed me.
“Hey, Kashiwagi-san” I smile at her, just hoping that she’ll return it.
“.....” She didn’t answer at all, just stare at me blankly.
“Great! lame...” Sae cursed himself.
Yuki’s POV
I walked in hallway, I had lunch with Acchan only, because Haruna has something to do. In the middle on our way to class, I noticed the familiar figure came out from our class. Then I saw him smile at us, or me? There is no way he smile at me. I saw his figure closing our gap, then stopped right in front of me.
“Hey, Kashiwagi-san”
He said while smile at me, with that smile which succeed making the girls in Akiba High fell head over heels for him. I’m shocked, literally. I never thought he’ll talk to me after I threw pillow on his face at infirmary. Without realized I stare at him blankly, not saying anything.
“Yuki, I go first..” As Acchan left, she turned around and her mouth saying good-luck-don’t-ruin-this-opportunity, without a sound.
“Do you really hate me that much?” His line brought me back to reality, i noticed that there were no longer smile on his face.
“N-No! I-I d-don’t hate you, I like you!” I don’t know what just I said earlier, until I saw his eyes grew wide.
“You like me?” He’s really taken aback, you should see his funny expression.
Crap! Literally i wanted to dig a hole and hide in there for a long time. I need to came up with a very good excuse, blame my blabbering mouth.
“O-Of course, we are friend , right? Of course I like you.”
“Please..Please believe it.” I keep saying that inside my heart
He didn’t say anything, but laughed hard. He raised his hand to sweep off a bead of tears at the end of his dark-orbs. It looked like he believed the lame excuse of mine, but i’m slightly annoyed by his laughter.
“What’s so funny?” My lips protrude
“I’m glad you know, Actually I really thought that you hate me”
It’s my turn to laughed, how can I hate him? So is he saying that he did think of me? Now I’m a bit happy because of it.
“Now, what are you laughing at?” He crossed his arms
“It’s funny, how could you think that I’m actually hate you?” I snorted
“Forget it then” He puffed his cheeks, many things changed. But that habit sure brought back memories. He still the Sae that I used to know, but just one he forget about me.
“Speaking of which, I thought you wanted to say something to me earlier..”
“Ah! Yes, about Ms. Shinoda’s assignment. We are a pair, did you forget?”
Of course I’m not, Acchan already tired of me because when we were having lunch, i talked about it over and over. Lucky thing is Match actually my favorite subject, and I don’t want to be cocky but I never failed Math exam not even once. Then the boy in front of my eyes is my opposite, he’s very good at sport but really bad at Math or subject that need formula.
“No, I didn’t. Do you want us to start as soon as possible?” I asked
“Yes, too bad we can’t start today. Could we arrange our schedule after school over? Because the deadline is two weeks from now, and since….”
“Since?” I didn’t understand where this conversation heading to
“Since I’m bad in Math subject, I don’t want to become your burden, because this is group’s assignments.”
That is one of the reasons why i adore him. He didn’t want to bother someone, he prefer put someone’s feeling first to himself . I’m glad, he really thought about me.
“So, we are going to do the assignment after school over? Where?”
“Hmmm….”
“Is it okay if my house?” I suggest something since he couldn’t find any place in his head.
“Y-Your house?”
“Yeah, I bet our classmate will be choose library as their first. I couldn’t work if it too noisy” I’m not lying, working in environment full with noisy is really annoying for me.
“Okay.. So, I guess I’ll be in your care, Kashiwagi-san” He bowed to me, and ready to leave
“W-wait!” He turned to meet my eyes, “Just call me Yuki, Miyazawa-san. We are friend right?” I managed to say it
“If you think we are friend, you should drop honorific first, Yuki. Byeee” He said and wave at me then rushed toward the Class 1 building.
Sae left Yuki alone in the hallway. He actually relieved that Yuki doesn’t hate him. Not because he bothered by it, still it’s unpleasant feeling if someone hate you, right? Then he noticed familiar figure which caught his eyes. It looked like the other girl was on her way toward library, so typical of her.
Then sudden voice of Yuu echoed in his mind
“Did you already ask her out?”
It’s not that he dragged out his confession, but he thought that because he’s always spent his time with Rena. Sometimes he forgot that he and Rena actually aren’t dating, yet. Then it hit his hard.
“Did Rena always wonder about us?”
Only thought of Rena wonder about them, made the ikemen young man feel bad. Then an idea came up, he looked at a bunch of girls that who held their sketchbooks and pen in their arms. He walked closer towards crowd
“Hey, Can you give me your pen and one of that sketchbook?” Sae smiled
“Wow It’s Sae-senpai!!!” One of them freaked out
“O-Of Course, Senpai..” The girls handed over her note and pen
“Thank you!” He yelled as he left
He heard that a bunch of girls behind him squealed in delight. But He didn’t turned to see their reaction, because inside of his head already occupied by a certain girl.
Rena’s POV
“I hope library has new book”
I walked out of class, I was about to asked Airi to come along but he nowhere to be found. I noticed that he was act strange since yesterday, i bet it was related to Akane. Because it’s so obvious that they weren’t talk at all, the funny thing is when Airi was going toward particular direction, if Akane was on opposite, Airi abruptly changed his direction. I guessed that maybe Airi already talked about the truth to Akane. But apparently Akane didn’t receive it well, or worst. Then i feel someone poked at my shoulder, it was my classmate, if i’m not mistaken her name is Oya Masana.
“Matsui-san, There is something for you” She handed a piece of paper, and walked away.
Don’t you miss me? Because I’m missing you right now (づ￣ ³￣)づ
Meet me on library, at the section which you love so much

“I miss you too, Silly.”
I folded the note again to it’s original form. I giggled, smiled ear to ear when I read that cute note. I looked around if he was around, then he nowhere to be found. It’s unusual for him to send a note, sometimes he always find a way to made me smile.
“I wonder how did he find me? Did he see me? But what is with this note? Why didn’t he show himself like usual? Arrghhhhh There are many things i wanted to ask. Maybe I should go to library..” I talked to myself,
My feet were light as feather, I don’t know I have this fluttering feeling inside my chest. I know that we aren’t dating, but can I just hoping that Senpai actually love me? Is it too much to ask? I know that Senpai is caring person, maybe he did that to every girl on our school.
My feet brought me to library, my eyes were roamed all over the place but i can’t find the particular person that i’ve been searching for. Then i remember about his sentence
“Meet me on library, at the section which you love so much”
“Section that i love so much…” My eyebrows met in the middle, “Ah! Flowers!”
Flashback
“What is your favorite flowers, Rena?”
“Hmm… I gotta say, it’s baby’s breath..”
“Why? I thought rose is the beautiful one.” He said to me
“It’s a secret” I sticked my tongue out
“Hahahaha change the topic then, why do you love flowers so much?” Sae said that on our way back from school, like usual he held my hand on his.
“Hmm.. Because they are never hide something.” I smiled at him
“Hide something?” He tilted his head
“Un, Flowers never lie Senpai. They aren’t like people, who like to keep their secret. They just love being them.”
He giggled hearing my answers, he loved to tease me. Like everythings that i said he laughed it off, but myself didn’t find it funny at all.
“Mou, it’s not funny” I puffed my cheeks, displeased about his behavior
“Yes, you are, hehehe” He squeezed my hand
“I’m not a clown, you know” I pinched his cheek hard
“Ouch! It’s hurt, Rena” He rubbed his cheek furiously, I saw there was a red mark on it.
I felt guilty, maybe I did pinch his cheek too hard “Senpai, come here” I motion him to lowered his head a bit, immediately he complied to my sudden request.
“What? Are you hurt?” He showed his worriness in his dark-brown orbs
I smiled, and pulled on of his side shoulders even lower and closing our gaps *cuupp*
“feel better?” I lowered my eyes, bit my lower lips, not dare to look on his orbs, “I-I’m sorry, Sae”
He didn’t move, just turned into stone but red color gradually appeared from his cheeks, the previous red from my pinched no longer noticeable. His hand slowly raised covered the cheek that i had just kissed, and still has the expression couldn’t believe what just happened.
“R-Rena..”
“Hmm?”
“I’m willing to take any pinch from you, if in the end i’ll get a kiss” He gave a wink to me, smiling like an idiot.
“S-Silly!” I pinched him harder than before, walked away leaving him behind
“W-Wait! I’m missing something here”
I turned my heels, found him showed me his hand, indicating something.
I reached my hand toward him “Come on and get me!” I motioned him to get closer. “it looks like…... mine missing yours too”
I whispered the last part but lucky, since he always knew what is on my mind without I spoke it louder. He walked slowly toward me, wrapped my hand to his.
End of FlashBack
General POV
Rena walked toward flower’s books section. Finally she saw the familiar figure standing leaned against one of the bookshelves. Their eyes met each other, Rena tried to walk toward him. When she was about to reached where he stand, Sae halted her by raising his right hand, He held something on his hand, the sketchbook. He held the sketchbook covered half of his face, Rena can only see his dark-brown eyes. He began to opened the first page, showed it to Rena, there was a message written on it.
“From now on, please listen to what I want to tell you”
“What are you doing?” Rena chuckled
Sae kept pointing at the sketchbook. Rena gave up, and nodded. Sae flip over the first page, to next page.
“I thought every girls in this school will know me, but I was wrong when I met you”
Rena remembered how they met for the first time, she didn’t know him at all despite him being so popular at school. Rena gave another nod, implying that she’s done read that, therefore Sae flip next page.
“Everyone will thought that I’m the coolest guy in the school, but you know that I am more like moron when i’m with you.”
Rena giggled, yeah not many knew that Sae always had silly side of him. Not forget, sometimes he’s being shy around Rena. The taller boy, flip another page again.
“When florist always use baby’s breath as a complement to their bouquet..”
Rena nodded again, he continued flip the page again.
“To me, you’re not just side character, you are the heroine in every chapter of my story”
Rena speechless, couldn’t help but embarrassed. Sae continued flip another page
“Many people said that I could be hook up with any girls”
Rena agreed with those statement, she snorted and crossed her arms together.
“The truth is, if I could be with anyone. It’d still You...”
Rena could see from his handwriting, he emphasized the “You” part.
“Honestly, I’m not good at words”
Rena smiled, and raised her eyebrows.
“So…..”
Rena tilted her head. Sae finally moved the sketchbook which covered half of his face to in front of his broad chest. He flip the last page of sketchbook,
“Can I call you mine already, Rena?” He beamed with his signature smile.
Sae’s POV
“Why didn’t she say anything?”
I used this sketchbook to covered my face on purpose, because I knew how red my face right now. I could heard my heart hammering inside my chest, I swore this is more nerve-racking than the Basketball Championship. I mean it’s hard to stand in front of your crush, after did the love confession.
“Rena…?”
Rena’s POV
His words finally snapped out of me from this trance.
“Yes..?”
“What is your answer?” I could notice his nervousness and fidgety at the same time.
Instead answering his question, I walked slowly until our gaps just a foot away. His eyes were roaming around the library but my orbs. I took the sketchbook from his hands, threw it down.
“W-What are you doing, Rena?” Shock was plastered on his face.
“Just doing, what I need to do.” I simply answered.
He pouted and said “You don’t have to throw that, if you’re going to reject-”
Before he could finish his sentence, I jumped into his arms, snake my arms through his armpits to wrapped his shoulder from behind.
“Who said that I’m going to reject you?” I buried my face to his broad chest.
“So.. it’s a yes?” I could sensed his eyes were searching for mine.
Sae’s POV
“Yattaaaaa~!!”
returned the embrace, more tighter than hers, my hand climbed up to her hair, stroke it in loving way. We didn’t say anything else, just enjoy the moment. I don’t know how long we were in each other’s arms, but one thing for sure I wish time would stop now. But too bad, the bell rang, we need to go to our class.
“Rena, I’d like to stay like this for loooong time. But I think you need to go to your class too”
I was the first one to broke the embrace, she still didn’t look at me. But my mind already occupied by next class, since after lunch break is PE class. I was appointed as captain, it’s not good example if I’m late.
“Let’s go.” I was about to leave by dragged her wrist, but tug from tip of my shirt stopped me.
“S-senpai, w-wait…”
“Hm? Are you hurt?” I bent down to her head level,
“Mm-mm” She shook her head furiously
“Then? What is wrong?” I cupped one of her cheeks, stares into her almond-shape orbs.
“Ano…don’t you forget something?”
Rena’s POV
“He said the next time I need to prepare my lips, Senpai Baka” I puckered my lips
“Hmmm..” He tried very hard to remember, but I knew he forget about that.
“About the thing you said last time…” I said with annoyance tone, and continued “You said I should prepare my-”
There was a warm flesh pressed against my lips, he wrapped me closer to him.
“I don’t forget about it, you know~ hehe” He gave a wink, and pinched my nose, bent down again to give a quick peck once again on my lips.
“Mouu~” I smacked his chest,
“Ouch! But you’re cute, Rena” He hissed in pain, still smiled like an idiot.
“I know, I am cute” I sticked out my tongue, pinched one of his cheeks.
“Hai Hai~ Shall we go now, Rena?” He asked for my hand, like a prince asked for the princess. He bowed his head slightly, whilst his eyes still fixed on mine.
“Silly, Let’s go” I let out soft chuckled, and intertwined our hands together.

Chapter 10
Somewhere at the corner inside the library, there were 4 people who sat at the same table. Yuu who was in the middle of Haruna and Kai, whilst Acchan on the right side of Kai.
“Huaaaahh….” The boy who has dimple yawned.
“Chotto.. Oi Oshima! You got this wrong!” Haruna pointed at some equation on Yuu’s note with pencil.
“Geez… Could you gimme a break, Haruna?”
He leaned his chin against the table as he felt his body completely like jelly, not forget his brain too. Actually Yuu was more than okay for studying, but 2 hours studying nonstop was just too much for him to handle.
“I don’t remember allow you to call me just by given name” Haruna threw death glare to Yuu.
“Whooa kowa!” Yuu moved his chair slightly to Kai’s side.
“Nee, Haruna. Why didn’t Yuki join us as well?” This time Acchan who sat at the outermost side asked the tallest girl.
“As if you didn’t know Yuki, Acchan. She never like the idea of group studying.”
That’s when Acchan remembered the last time they did studying together. Chaos. Because of she kept asking about the same question which is already answered by Yuki. That was the first time Yuki got angry and perhaps the last time Yuki joined the group studying. So, instead answering Haruna, Acchan just nodded slightly.
“What about Sae? Did he told you something Kai?” Yuu asked
“Since we know that Sae paired with Yuki. Perhaps He’s with Yuki now.” Kai answered not averted his eyes from the notes. “Have you done?”
“Huh?” Yuu frowned
“Not you squirrel.” He hissed at Yuu and turned his eyes to the girl who sat on the right side. “Have you done, Maeda-san?”
“Umm..” Acchan abruptly closed her note. “M..Maybe..” threw her eyes somewhere else.
Kai who saw this, immediately stole the note from Acchan’s hands. He was in rush as he flipped the page, next page, next page, and next again. Nothing. Yes he found nothing. He clenched Acchan’s note as he let out a deep sighed after that. He knew that Acchan bad with study, but who knows that the highest selling model in Japan is somewhat lack with her brain.
Flashback
After leaving Yuki and Sae alone at the hallway, Acchan walked to their class again. Look what she found, a friend of Sae and Yuu was sitting on her chair. Who? None other than, Takahashi Kai. Little that Acchan knew, Kai already waited for her the entire lunch break, he skipped the lunch for Acchan.
“Tsk.. What is he doing there?” Acchan grumbled
Too bad, because of the last time they met left bad impression on Acchan’s brain. She couldn’t help but hate everything about Takahashi Kai. Like how dare he to said something rude right to her face. No one ever did, he was the first. It’s not like Acchan care about that, but whoever hurt they’ll regret about it. Soon.
“Ehem!” Acchan made a slight cough to clear her throat
“Ah, Finally you’re here.” Kai raised from Acchan’s seat.
Hearing what Kai said made Acchan arch an eyebrow “Were you waiting for me?”
“Un, In case you forgot we are one group for Ms. Shinoda class. Remember?”
“How could I forget?” Acchan talked inside her head. “What about that?”
“Well.. I already asked Haruna. Since she and Yuu will do their assignment in library.”
"Haruna? Did he close enough to call Haruna by name? Acchan said to herself." “So?” Acchan crossed her arms over her chest.
“What if we join them? You know the more, the merrier.”
Actually Kai said that because he can’t stand the idea studying with Acchan alone. Because he knew that Acchan always on the same level like Yuu’s brain. Lucky that Haruna was the first one who brought the topic “group study”. On the other hand, Acchan who thought the same way like Kai did. Kai is the last person whom she wanted to pairing with. The last time their encounter still burned in her eyes. Kai didn’t know that Acchan wasn’t going to let that away easily, she is Maeda Atsuko afterall.
“Okay.”
End of Flashback
“You did NOTHING for 2 hours?” Kai put stress on each words especially on the ‘nothing’ part.
Soon, the atmosphere became heavy. None of them willing to talk. Although Kai is the shortest among the trio Akiba. But he has charisma that not even Yuu or Sae could compared with. Kai always a punctual person, he despised Acchan for wasting time. Thanks God, Acchan is girl. Because Yuu are totally sure if Acchan is a guy, Kai will throw a punch at her right here, right now. Yuu could see Kai was trying his best maintained his calm composure.
“Wow Wow. Calm down, Kai.” Yuu held Kai’s shoulder, gave him a little massage there. The squirrel was trying his best to alleviate the air.
“But, Yuu. This girl-” His line was interrupted by someone.
“Oshima-kun right, Kai.” The tallest girl finally spoke up. “Perhaps, Acchan is tired. Because she said she did the photoshoot until late last nite, right Acchan?”
Haruna’s sentence took Acchan by surprise. Because she never had any schedule last night. By the time she’s in deep thinking, Kai already look at her, waiting for her answer.
“Is that true, Maeda-san?”
Behind Yuu, Acchan could see Haruna gave her a sign to play along. That’s her cue, Haruna was trying to help her.
“Yes..” Acchan was in an act. Though she is a top-model, but high-class director ever compliment her for her good acting. She didn’t call as a good actress for nothing.
“let her off the hook this time, okay?” She pleaded with Kai to let Acchan go.
Actually Kai was still angry at Acchan, but Haruna always have soft spot in Kai’s heart. He released a deep sigh before said “If you said so, Haruna.”
This outcome was totally unexpected. This situation was caught both Yuu and Acchan by surprised. The funny thing they thought the same thing at the same time, the difference is they talk inside each head separately.
“Kai?Haruna?” Yuu talked inside his head. “So she called Kai by his name only, so did Kai to her.” Yuu wasn’t happy with this.
“Tsk. He called me Maeda and use rude intonation. While talk to Haruna, he use the polite tone. What is he? Bipolar?” Acchan grumbled
“Thank you, Kai” Haruna smiled.
That was when Kai saw the clock, it’s near 4 pm. He jumped out of his chair.
“Crap! I have to go.” He hurriedly put his book into his bag.
“As usual, Kai?” Yuu asked.
Kai just nodded and turned his eyes to Acchan “I’m sorry, Maeda-san. I have to go first. That’s okay if you’re tired today. You could take a rest, we’ll continue tomorrow.”
“O-Okay, Thank you. Takahashi-san.” Acchan couldn’t help but feeling guilty about lying.
“Yosh, I’m going then. See you tomorrow guys, Take care Haruna. Be careful on your way” As Kai dashed to exit door.
Meanwhile on Music Room
From the hallway you could hear piano playing, but instead beautiful melody like usual. This time much of out-of-tune anywhere. It turned out to be Jun who was playing the piano. After the last time she met Yuki, suddenly he got interested in piano. He was trying to learn how to play piano by himself. Then he heard someone screaming his name.
“JUUUNN-KUUUNNN!!!”
Jun startled by sudden voice, because of that his playing was crumbled. Soon enough, the door sliding, as he found his love-interest still trying catch her breath at the doorway. There must be something happened, because Yuki was smiling ear to ear with her infamous overreacting face. After she found where Jun was, she dashed and gave him tackle hug.
“S-Senpai?”
Jun was taken aback with Yuki’s hug. His body was frozen. Literally like his eyes met the medusa and turned him into stone. His heart beating faster, as he could smell the shampoo fragrance from Yuki’s raven hair.
“Nee Nee, Guess what happened today?” Yuki broke the hug
Jun could feel tingle in corner of his heart, considering the reasons they met in this music room in the first place. Because of his brother, Miyazawa Sae.
“Umm.. Sae-nii?” Jun tilted his head.
“SOU SOU!!” Yuki raised her voice in excitement.
“What happened?”
“You know what? He talked to me! He said we are friend” Now Yuki completely jumped in excitement, totally lost in her fangirling.
Jun who saw this Yuki’s behavior couldn’t help but smile. Although the girl in front of his eyes now not smiling because of him. When you’re in love, even poison taste sweet like candy. Jun was in torn as well because he didn’t tell Yuki yet about there is a possibility that Sae actually like Rena. Speak of the devil, he lied about the one that he like about he’s the one who like Rena.
“Jun-kun?” Yuki waved her hand in front of Jun’s face.
Jun snorted with laughter “Isn’t that obvious? You two are classmate afterall.”
“Yeah, I know. But I thought he hate me. Because you know, we never talked before.” Yuki puffed her cheeks.
“Relax, Senpai. Sae-nii isn’t type who easily hate someone.”
“I know…. He still the same person as I remember.” Yuki murmured at the last part.
“Did you say something, Senpai?”
“Mm-mm” Yuki shook her head. Then she remembered something “Ano Jun-kun, maybe I couldn’t meet you for a week.”
“Eh? Why?” Jun couldn’t hide his disappointment tone in his voice.
“Because Ms. Shinoda gave me homework and I don’t like studying in library.”
For some reason, Yuki didn’t tell about Sae became her partner. Because she thought Sae’ll told Jun in any way.
“I see..”
“Aww, Don’t be sad. You could use this time to approach that glasses-girl.”
“Rena-chan?”
“Ah her name is Rena?”
“Her name is Matsui Rena, a flower geek.” Without realized Jun smiled. Remember the moment when he saw Rena talked to flowers like it’s her baby.
“Yeah, what about you and her?You never told me about your progress.” Yuki crossed her arms over chest.
“Ummm.. We managed to talk. She befriended with my friends as well.”
“Not that, are you close to her now?”
“We are friends, I guess?” Jun shrugged his shoulder.
“You should make a move on her. Before it’s too late!”
“I could say the same for you, Yuki-senpai~” Jun sticked out his tongue.
“I will, but not now! You should do the same.” Yuki retorted
“Hai hai~”
“I have to go now, See you again, Jun-kun” Yuki gave him a last hug before parted ways.
Jun returned the hug “See you again, Senpai.” How he wish that the hug will last forever.
As usual Sae walked Rena home, though they usually holding hands. But this time feel different, they are officially dating right now. Smile plastered on Sae’s face, but not with Rena’s. She looked somewhat trouble. This odd behavior didn’t escape from Sae’s eyes.
“Rena?What’s wrong”
“Nee, Senpai. Do you mind if we are hiding our relationship for the meantime?”
“Why? Is there something wrong?” Sae stopped completely, tried to look at his girlfriend face.
“It just…” Before she could finished her sentence, Sae cut her off
“Don't tell me you regret about it?” Sae couldn’t hide his disappointment
Rena sad looking at her boyfriend gloomy face. She let go of his hand, and reach out to cupped one of his cheeks.
“No..”
“So why?”
“I don’t want our relationship became one of rumors at school.”
Sae was in torn, one side he want to announced to whole world that Rena is his girlfriend while the other hand, he knew that Rena always avoid the spotlight. He hate the idea of Rena being suddenly disturbed because of him.
“Are you sure?”
Rena nodded, conviction showed in her brown-orbs.
“Okay, but remember you are mine.” Sae pulled Rena into an embrace.
“Un.” Rena tighten the embrace.
Sae was the first one who broke the hug, just because he remembered something
“Nee, Rena. I think I couldn’t walk you home for the time being. Because I need to do group assignment.”
“It’s okay. Actually I don’t want to force you to walk me home everyday. Because our home is in opposite direction.”
“Because it’s dangerous to walk by yourself. Don’t you know I’m worried?”
“Silly!” Rena pinched Sae’s tummy.
“Ouch! But seriously Rena, I’ll talk to Jun so he will walk you home for the time being.”
“No need!”
“I insist.”
When Rena was about to say anything else, Sae cut her off “I won’t take no for an answer.”

Chapter 11
It’s been a week from Airi’s confession. Since then, there was an awkward atmosphere between them. Like they weren’t uncomfortable with each other, if not necessary they won’t talk at all. Too bad, those thing didn’t go unnoticed by Jun. It was obvious, for God’s sake. When Jun asked Airi to eat together, the first thing Airi would asked “What about Churi?”. And at the moment Jun answered “Churi comes along.” He’ll find another excuses in order not to join, Vice Versa with Churi.
“Tsk...What’s wrong with them?” He grumbled
He let out a deep sighed as he put one hand to support his chin. Then his eyes found his classmate figure who recently has been hanging out with Airi, a lot. Jun decided to ask her about this matter, because he still didn’t know about confession. He rose up from his chair started to walking toward the particular desk.
“Hey, Rena-chan.”
Rena didn’t see Jun coming from other side, since Rena has been busy with her phone. She startled almost drop her phone, her eyes slowly meet the figure. She was taken aback with sudden presence of her classmate. Because it was the first time that Miyazawa Jun himself trying to talk to her directly, not hiding like he did before. Happy. That’s what she felt, even her didn’t know why.
“Hey, Miyazawa-kun. What’s wrong?” She took her phone away, as put her attention fully to the younger Miyazawa.
“Ano…“ Jun was scratching behind of his neck, though it wasn’t itchy at all. “Do you happen to know what’s going on between Churi and Airi?”
“Huh? Is there something wrong?” Rena furrowed her eyebrows.
“Yeah.. You know what..” Finally, Jun sat on the chair in front of Rena, so they were facing each other. “I realized that they don’t talk to each other.” Jun continued
Rena now finally got the missing piece about Airi’s behavior “No wonder Airi always asked me to have lunch together nowadays.”
Jun released another sigh “In my case, Churi did that too.” He leaned his right cheek on Rena’s desk.
In a flash, Rena remembered what happened in library on the other day. Rena asked Airi to tell the truth to Akane. “Did he finally talk to Akane?” She talked to herself.
The whispered words didn’t escape from Jun’s ear “Huh? What do you mean?”
Rena started to telling him the whole story. From Airi actually told Rena about his crush toward Akane, the library incident, until the last part when Akane interrupted their time. But Rena didn’t know anything afterwards, since She left early.
“If you said so, there is a huge possibility that Airi actually did.”
“Yes, but from the current situation….” Rena hesitant to continued her line.
“Rejected. Totally.”
They both nodded in agreement. A silent came in sudden, as they were lost in deep thought. Rena somehow a bit feeling guilty about what happened, like she was the one who gave suggestion to Airi. And now what? Airi got rejection. Until Jun suddenly rose up, as if a light bulb appeared beside his head.
“I have an idea, but you have to help me, Rena-chan.”
At cafeteria
“Come on, Churi. Aaahh~”
Jun tried to feed Akane, at the same time she easily evaded his attack.
“Mou~ I told you before, I don’t feel like eating right now.” Akane said grumpily.
“But, you know I don’t like eating by myself. Even Airi is nowhere to be found.” Finally Jun bluntly said what is on his mind, as he busily shoved meals onto his mouth. “Care to tell me, what’s wrong with you two?”
Akane stopped playing her meals. Jun was right. He didn’t deserve to be left out in the dark. But Akane didn’t know how to begin this story. After a long contemplating, she managed to gather all of her courage to start the story.
“Anoo Nee Jun.. Actually.. Me and Ai-”
“Ah! Rena-chan~” Jun excitedly waved at somewhere behind Akane’s back “Here, Here!!”
Akane was taken aback with the excited Jun who waved furiously in front of her right now. Moreover, He mentioned the name of someone that doesn’t belong to their group. To her annoyance, Jun didn’t say that he’d be inviting Rena, not even a bit. When she was about to whispered to talk about this, someone’s voice made her stop.
“Hey, Jun. Since when did you ca-”
Airi stopped his feet a few step before reach the table noticing the familiar figure who sat in front of Jun. He had been trying to avoid her at all cost, because he still not over with the rejection nor he has face to talk to Akane again. Airi’s uneasiness didn’t escape from both Rena and Jun who since earlier put their attention to both Airi and Akane. Unconsciously, Airi was trying to step back and ready to to run away from the scene.
In flash motion, Rena caught the hem of his shirt. This sudden act of Rena made Airi startle. “Where are you going, Airi? Miyazawa-kun is right there.” Rena was pointing at the particular table which is Airi already know. “You aren’t trying to avoid Akane, are you?” Rena look at Airi with suspicious eyes.
“N-No, I’m Not!” Airi was trying hard to maintain his face as calm as he can.
“If not, Come on!” Rena dragged Airi toward the table, that was he knew he could never win this situation. Moreover, if He refused
Rena now. It’ll make obvious that Airi actually avoiding Churi.
Swiftly Rena took the chair beside Jun, so that made only seat beside Akane left. With a heavy step, Airi took the leftover chair for him. After quite long time, None of them was trying to engage conversation.
Airi was really trying hard to look busy as he kept looking at his phone, whilst Akane back again play her meals with fork. Little did they know, Rena and Jun has been talking via eyes-sign.

“Look, They’re not talking at all.” Rena slightly use her eyes pointing at the exact object.
“Did Churi really reject him?”
“Maybe…” Rena shrugged her shoulder
“Maybe our guess is right.” Jun eyes widened
“Our?It was mine.” Rena glared
“Yours?” Jun arched an eyebrow
“Yes, why don’t you admit it?” Rena crossed her arms
“But they’re my friend!” Jun crossed his arms
“If they are, now talk to them.” Ren tilted her head toward both Akane and Airi
“No, you talk.”
“You.”
“YOU.” Jun gritted his teeth
“YOUUUU!!” Rena glared through her glasess
“You. Period!” Jun didn’t want to back down.
(End of Eyes-sign)
Just when Rena about to retort back, someone’s voice stopped Rena for doing so.
“What are you two doing?” It was their friend, Yamamoto Shin.
“Are you playing something? Let me in!!” Girl behind Shin spoke up, raising her right hand.
“Err.. Yeah We ARE playing, right Rena-chan?” Jun emphasized the exact word, gave Rena sign to play along.
“Y-Yeah, Miyazawa-kun is right.”
“Eh? Why didn’t you ask us too?” Akane pouted, turned her face to right, seeing Airi pretend to be busy. “Nee, Airi?”
Magically, Akane’s voice brought him back “Hah? Umm Y-Yeah..”He saw that Akane frowned at his phone. Immediately he put his phone away and smile sheepishly.
The four of them didn’t know that, Actually both Shin and Milky has their own problem. But Shin is the type who doesn’t like to talk about his personal problem nor he has guts to talk about it. Although Jun and Shin knew each other long enough, still there were barrier between them not even Milky could reach the bottom of it. Shin scared because the last time they talked, Milky snapped at him, for the first time. Usually she just pouted and sulked, but never yelled at him like literally YELLING. Surprisingly, this afternoon, suddenly Milky asked him to go to cafeteria together, of course He gladly accepted that invitation. Shin pulled a chair awaiting for the exact girl to sit on it.
“Nee Akane, Can I sit beside Airi today?”
All of them were surprised to see Milky’s odd behavior. It’s no question that Milky always sat beside Shin, whether he like it or not. Rena and Jun immediately turned their gaze at Shin, who standing there, motionless. Shocked was written all over his face.
“..S-Sure..” Akane started to leave her previous seat, as her feet brought her to Shin, “Ummm, Shin. Can I sit here?”
Shin startled by Akane’s word “Uh? Oh Y-Yes.. Please sit here.” Shin smiled at Akane weakly as he took the opposite seat.
The rest of lunch time was awkward. As much as Rena and Jun wanted to relieve the atmosphere. It didn’t work. Milky was trying hard to talk with Airi, obviously she was trying to fish him. Jun caught her a couple of time steal glance at Shin, as if waiting for his reaction. Airi who is never good with type of girls like Milky, get flustered by simply touch. It was shown on his face by reddish color on it. On other side, Rena saw Akane’s displeasure face, moreover after she saw Airi quite enjoying Milky’s seduction. She use this chance to talk to Shin, as if she has the same intention as Milky did. Shin who never doubt about Akane’s intention, he just talked like usual, a bit smile. He loves to listen to other’s story, meanwhile Akane loves to talk. About Milky did, like usual Shin just thought it was the habit of Milky. Believe him, as He saw how much Milky’s victim. He bet Airi will end up the same like previous one. One thing he know, he glad that Milky starting to talk to him again. So, he smiled unconsciously during the conversation with Akane. He didn’t know that someone wasn’t happy with this.
Rena tried to talk to Jun via eyes-sign again, “Now… What’s wrong with them?”
Jun just shrugged his shoulder “I guess, we have another of homeworks.”
After school
Rena was busy to put her books into her bag. Suddenly she felt someone was staring at her, from the corner of her eyes. There was a shadow of someone who walking toward her desk. She lifted her face up, just to see the same person from this morning.
“Nee, Rena-chan. Are you going home now?”
“Hmm? I need to go to flower garden first. Why?”
“Sae-nii asked me to walk you home, did he forget to tell you?” Jun scratching behind her head.
Rena let out a sigh. She didn’t even think that her boyfriend actually did told his brother to walk her home. Ah yes, she started to address Sae as boyfriend now, a smile drew on her face but she immediately change it before Jun realized.
“He did tell you that?” Rena’s face turned into amused one.
“Yes. Frankly speaking, are you two officially now?”
“Ah.. Senpai hasn’t tell Jun yet..”
Rena actually felt a bit sad. But since she was the one who asked Sae to keep quiet about it, She has to push that thought away.
“Na.. Oi Rena-chaaan??” Jun snapped his fingers like magician to brought Rena back.
“H-Hai?”
“I’m asking you, are you going out with Sae-nii?”
Rena just shook her head “mm-mm. We are just friend, Miyazawa-kun.” Beamed a soft smile.
“Really?” Disbelief expression now plastered on his face
“Yeah, Miyazawa-kun. We are just senpai-kouhai relation, thats it.” Rena put a poker face
“I see.. btw, just call me Jun like the others did. It’s weird to heard someone call me by family name, you know Sae-nii also Miyazawa-kun.” Jun pouted
“Ummm…”
“Call me, Jun. Nee, Rena-chan~.” He use whiney tone, pleaded with those puppy eyes.
Rena giggled at how different both Miyazawas are. Now she knows, why everyone loves hanging out with the younger of Miyazawa. Albeit sometimes he’s a bit childish, somehow Rena enjoy to have him around. Unlike the previous one, when Jun stalked her.
“Okay...Jun..” Rena sighed “Is it okay now?” Rena just look into those black orbs of Jun
“Sound great to me.” Jun gave a wink to Rena.
Rena giggled “Are you ready to go, Jun?”
“Un, Let’s go!” Jun took Rena’s hand unconsciously, like he always did to Churi.
Rena heart skipped a beat, her breath hitched as warmth suddenly came from his palm. Along the way to flower garden, they keep walked hand in hand. We have one guy who was so senseless, while the girl didn’t know what to do. What a pair, don’t you think?
Meanwhile, 1-B Class
It’s been a weird day for Shin. Why? Because Shin caught Milky was staring at him, not just once. The weird thing was, when Shin just waiting for her to look at his direction. She immediately avert her eyes to somewhere else.
“What is wrong with her?”
Shin didn’t know what to do, since he and Milky are in bad term. He tried to ignore her, since this wasn’t the first time Milky sulk over everything that he did. Milky always love to made Shin wonder over her behavior.
Flashback
“Matte Milky!” Little Shin tried to get a grip of Milky’s wrist
“What is it?” A annoyed tone came from her mouth
“Obaa-san said we’re having birthday party on your place.”
“I’m not going home!” She pouted
“Why?”
“You should know why!” She ran away from Shin.
End of Flashback
For a moment his memories brought him back to the past when he and Milky were just 5 years old. It took him for a long time to find out where Miyuki was. She had been hiding under slide in a park. She said nothing but cried, it made Shin feeling guilty about it. Shin just stay silent and held Milky’s hand tight. The next day, Watanabe obaa-san told Shin that Milky actually mad because of Shin had not say anything about her birthday, not even a birthday wishes. Albeit, He knew already about it, he was about to gave her the present by himself. But Milky was so impatient, and just ran away before Shin said anything. All above what the reasons, MIlky always have a upper hand on him, every single time.
He sighed “I couldn’t understand girls, at all..”
Why do girls love to left something like riddle? Like they always expect guys will decipher it. But the most annoying when guys didn’t able to solve it, they’ll get mad. If we (guys) said it wrong, they’ll get mad too. Why do they always bother to said something like there was a hidden meaning behind their act/words? It would be easier if girls talk what they want, or how we (guys) act toward them. Instead having this mystery-solving battle, like probably guy would never win. That’s why Shin stay calm all of time.
He was about to grab his bag and walking toward Milky. Milky who were talking to one of her friends, jumped scared by sudden touch on her shoulder.
“Want to walk home together?” She turned her head and found her childhood friend, Shin.
Shin prepared his heart for rejection or some yell from her, but nothing.
“Okay, wait a minute Shin.”
“Huh?” Shin couldn’t believe what just happened.
“What?”
“I thought you are saying okay.”
“Yes, I am.” Milky giggled, after grabbed her bag “What are you waiting for?”
“Y-Yes.” Shin followed her out of their classroom.
Since they came out from the gate of their school, both of them just walked in silent. None of them were trying to engage conversation. Milky looked anxious about something, on the other hand Shin actually wanted to say something but afraid. Until Milky was tugging on hem of his shirt, tried to get Shin’s attention.
“Nee, Shin.”
“Hmm?” Shin didn’t look at her, but keep walking.
“I think….. I’m in love with someone.”
Shin abruptly stopped, with eyes widened “You what?”
Looking at Shin stopped his feet made Milky did the same “I’m in love with someone.” She was 2 feet away from where Shin stands.
“Dare? How come I didn’t know about this?”
A smile drew on her face faintly, “No one knows, not even him.”
In other Place, 3-B Class
“Sae, why don’t you just join us in library?” Yuu asked
“As much as I want to join, you know I can’t.” Sae tried to reason
“That’s good for you have Kashiwagi-san as partner. Look at mine.” Kai threw his eyes at Acchan’s seat.
“Eh? What about her? Is Acchan bad too?” Sae shocked
“Even worse than the squirrel.” Kai sighed
“What did you call me, Midget?” Yuu emphasized the last word as his body rose up from his chair.
“Midget?” This time Kai rose up as well, they were throwing dagger via their eyes.
“Wow Wow Wow.. Stop it you two!” Sae swiftly moved into the gap between his friends, spread his arms tried to separate his best friends.
Little did they know as Sae tried his best to calming down his friends. The partner of Sae was coming closer heading to where they are.
“Sae? What are... you doing?” Yuki furrowed her brows, Sae could heard that she seemed hesitant
“Ah, N-Nothing. Right, guys?” Sae wrapped both Kai and Yuu’s shoulder in each arm, as he pinched them hard secretly.
“Y-Yeah..” They both said in unison, hiding their groan.
“I see, shall we?” Yuki smiled
“Yap, see you later guys.” Sae disentangled himself, grabbed his bag ready to join Yuki’s side.
Before she could left the class completely, she turned her heels in sudden “Oh! Takahashi-kun, Haruna said she and Acchan will wait for you two in library.” Yuki said
“Thanks, Kashiwagi-san.” Kai smiled
“Yo, Yuu. Come on!”
It made Yuu realized that Kai actually was at the front door of the class already.
“Great… Here we go again with sparta’s lady.” Yuu’s flopped into jelly form again. The last time studying memories still burning in his brain; trust him, it wasn’t a good one.

Chapter 12
After leaving Kai and Yuu inside their class. Both of awkward “friends” started to walking together made their way to the school’s gateway. As usual our Ikemen can’t stand the heavy air every time they were alone. The weird thing is, He was never felt this uncomfortable around someone, except when he’s with Yuki. Seriously, Yuki is the first one. Sae himself find it hard to describe what it was, as if there’s something between him and Yuki. Before the current silent ate him alive, he decided to shake it off by starting a conversation first.
He took a short breath before asked “Ummm.. Where is your house, Yuki?”
“My house is rather far from here.” simple answer came out from hers.
Indeed, Sae never saw Yuki walked home by her own. “I see.. Should we take bus?”
“Mm-mm..” Yuki shook her head lightly. “I’ve called my chauffeur to pick us up.” her right hand took her phone from pocket skirt, as for now her hand was busy checking phone’s screen.
“W-What? C-Chauffeur?” Sae’s stuttered, stopped his movement completely.
“Un, what’s wrong?” Yuki tilted her head, she refrained herself to move forward because of Sae’s sudden stop.
“N-Nothing..” Sae scratched behind his neck “I forgot she belongs to rich family.” He talked inside his head.
“Okay… Let’s wait over there.” Yuki was pointing at some corner on the gateway.
After that they just waited in silence, Sae confused on what topic he wants to throw next since Yuki didn’t even try to engage conversation with him either. Therefore, Ikemen didn’t want to be a bother, instead letting her to be immersed with that phone of her. What he didn’t know is, Yuki was trying to calm down her own heartbeat, which is right now beating like crazy. She wanted to talk with her crush, but because too nervous her voice didn’t come out. For that issues, there is one person who can help her now. Yuki rummaged in her skirt pocket and found what she’s been looking for; Phone. Her thumbs were moving in fastest speed, she slightly bit her lip because of too focus on what’s her doing.

Her eyes were fixed on spesific screen, while her lips now moving without a sound like she was saying what she wanted to write on her phone. After she satisfied with her text, her thumb did the final job to press send button.
After waited for a couple of minutes. *BeepBeep*, sound of incoming text. Immediately she opened it, her face brighten up reading a whole conversation.
To : Kashiwagi-Senpai
Senpai !
Breaaaathhhhh~ *inhales exhales emoticon*
That’s okay, Sae-nii isn’t type who easily pissed off by something.
Why don’t you try to ask him something?
He won’t ignore you, trust me.
Before Yuki could type anything as a reply to the younger Miyazawa, a sound of horn from black car made her stop. Both of Sae and Yuki turned their eyes to where the sound came from. The black car has stopped in front of them, the Ikemen doesn’t know what type or brand that car is. But judged from it looks, He knows it isn’t cheap one. It makes him wondering, how rich Kashiwagi Yuki is. A middle-aged man stepping down from it, quickened his steps to where Yuki was standing.
“I’m sorry for being late, Ojou-sama.” He bowed to the point where you could see his nape.
“It’s okay, Let’s go home. Sata-san.” Yuki passed through him toward the car.
“As you wish, please follow me.”
The three of them started to walk to the car, when Sata-san finally discovered unknown person followed them along. He stopped his feet, take a look at the young man with curious face, obviously it did make Sae uncomfortable.
The young ojou-sama saw this and quickly said “Ah, He’s Miyazawa Sae, my classmate, we are going to study together.”
“Miyazawa Sae desu.” Sae bowed his head
He nodded “Sata desu, Forgive my rudeness Sae-sama. It’s just so weird to see Ojou-sama bring friend to home.” He smiled
“Sata-san!” Yuki threw death glare to the chauffeur
“I’m sorry Ojou-sama. Douzo~” His hand grab the door handle behind him, letting Yuki to get in first, then followed by Sae next.
When they were on the way to Kashiwagi’s residence, restlessly the boy kept moving up his legs in anxiety. Even though Sae and Yuki are just merely classmates, still it’s his first time to visit a girl’s house. He hasn’t visit his girlfriend’s yet. Speaking about his girlfriend, He actually worried about how are those two, is Jun still hate Rena? Since every time both Miyazawa’s brothers were talking about Rena, the younger one seemed unhappy with their closeness. What the older can’t understand is why does Jun hate Rena in the first place?
The Ikemen was so in lost in his own thought. Without him knowing, the ojou-sama was staring at him for a while unconsciously. it’s not a secret that Sae is quite handsome in their year, but hey who’s gonna miss this opportunity by seeing him from this close range? Due to her shyness, she never had chance to talk to one of Trio Akiba. Again her orbs will eventually find it’s way to wherever Ikemen is. The first thing when she came into their class is “to find Sae”
“...Kakkoii…” Unconsciously she spoke her mind out. It was just a whisper, but Sae didn’t fail to catch it.
“Kakkoii? Who?” Sae turned his view to the girl.
“E-Etoo….”
Before Yuki said something, the movement has stopped. It looked like they’ve arrived at their destination, Kashiwagi’s Residence. The ojou-sama relieved that she didn’t have to explain anything to her crush now. Soon enough the door opened, she could see her royal chauffeur who now standing outside the car.
“It looks like we’ve arrived, let’s go!” Yuki grabbed Sae’s wrist
Sae can’t do anything but follow her lead to inside. Once they’re outside, Sae can’t believe what he saw. There was a rumor that Yuki is belong to the rich family, but he didn’t know that his classmate indeed RICH. His jaw dropped when he saw the ojou-sama’s house is really HUGE, a traditional-japanese style one. You can see here and there, there were a lot of trees that makes her home has fresh scent also soothing vibe too.
In short, he likes the house already. Except, one thing. His eyes found wide white flag next to the main gate with hand-writing in black color. Calligraphy style.
“Ka..shi..wa...gi Fa..mi..ly..?” Sae was squinting his brown eyes, as his mouth progressively spelling those words syllables by syllables.
Is it normal to write your family name in front of the gate? Since his family doesn’t have that. The flag itself looked so…. Intimidating. Due to his eyes busy wandering to left and right, he didn’t even notice that Yuki has stopped walking, the abrupt movement made him bump into the young ojou-sama’s back.
“Urghhh… Why did you stop suddenly, Yuki?” Sae grumbled.
“Welcome home, Ojou-sama!”
There were a lot of men who dressed in black. When Sae said Black, as in everything is black. From top to the toe, suit, tie, trousers, shoes, even they wore a black glasses each. The only thing white is their shirt. Yeah, it would be weird if they wore black shirt to be honest. Anyways, the bunch of men were lining up into 2 long straight line, which is on the right and left from Sae and Yuki were standing.
“H-Huh?” The appearance men in black made him puzzled.
Sae took a glance to the girl who was standing in front of him now, as if Yuki emitting her Ojou-sama Aura. This whole greeting session is beyond his imagination. who is Kashiwagi family exactly?
“You guys don’t have to greet me every time, you know.” Yuki sighed, “They’re my dad’s underlings. No need to be scared.” Yuki gave a short explanation. Before they were about to leaving the scene.
“My daughter~”
A voice echoed from the front main door, they body’s flinched as their views immediately shifted toward the source of voices. A well-shaped man was standing and made his way to where Yuki and Sae are. The men in black on the both side, alternately bowing as he walked before them like he is a king or such a VIP. That man wore a black yukata and geta (A/N geta = japanese traditional flip-flop), which is produced particular sounds everytime he walks.
He stopped in front of the girl, “Yuukiii~” smiled before wrapping the ojou-sama in his embrace.
“Mou~ Papa! I’m not a child anymore.” Yuki tried her best to detach herself from her father.
“Hahahahaha… But no matter how old you are, you’re still my one and only daughter you now?” He pinched Yuki’s cheek, clearly showed his love to Yuki.
The first impression that Sae had of Yuki’s father is he’s indeed a caring father. Now the Ikemen finally know where Yuki’s fair-skin, eyes and perhaps the charisma came from. Despite he just stood there in silence, since he didn’t want to stop the father-daughter moment, yet Yuki’s father finally noticed about his presence. Currently, the unknown young man beside her daughter and Crap! Yuki was still holding his hand. Slowly, he released his hand from Yuki’s.
“Who is this, Yuki?” He raised an eyebrows.
“This is my friend, Miyazawa Sae. I told you before that we’re going to study together, right?”
“Ahhh…..” He nodded furiously, like remembered what Yuki’s said before. “I’m Kashiwagi Takeru. I hope my daughter won’t give you trouble, Sae-kun.” He smiled
“N-No, it’s me who need to thank Yuki. Because she’ll have much trouble to be paired with me, Sir.” Sae bowed, showing his respect to Yuki’s father.
“Just call me, Ojii-san/uncle. Sir is really somewhat old-fashioned, don’t you think?” He gave a soft pat to Ikemen’s shoulder.
“G-Gomennasai, I didn’t mean to sound rude, Ojii-san.” Sae bowed 90 degree.
“Mou, Papa! Don’t tease him.” Yuki hit Takeru’s forearm. “Come on Sae, let’s just get inside.” Yuki took a hem of Sae’s shirt, dragged him away from scene.
“Awww~ My daughter take side with another man. You hurt my feeling Yuki!” He yelled from behind soon turned into laugh, Both of them can still hear his laughter after entered the main house.
When the were walking in the hallway, mostly part of the house made from woods. The floorings of hallways, pillars, that’s when Sae realised that Kashiwagi’s residence use shouji as door and room partitions, also they use tatami flooring on each rooms.
(A/N Shouji = a door, window or room partition. consisting of translucent paper over a frame of wood which holds together a lattice of wood or bamboo.)
From the end of the hallway, a middle-aged woman who wore light-blue yukata walked toward them with smile.
“Ah you’re home early, Ojou-sama.”
Yuki smiled, “Yes, we have something to do. Can you please bring snack and tea to my room later, Asuka-san?”
“Hai, wakarimashita.” The woman bowed slightly.
“Thank you.” Then Yuki turned her eyes to the taller boy “Let’s go.”
Sae just nodded, “Where is her room? I might lost if I wandering alone. This house is way too big for me.”
Before they were out of from Asuka’s sight, she called out the young mistress again.
“Rin Ojou-sama!”
It made their movement stopped, the young ojou-sama turned her head as if waiting the next line.
“Rin? Where have I heard that name?” Sae arched an eyebrow, trying to remember something.
“Is he….?” Asuka-san didn’t finish her question, as if she wanted to confirm about something.
The ojou-sama’s breath hitched, her eyes turned into double-sized as usual. A shy nod came from ojou-sama instead of answering Asuka-san’s question.
“I see…I’ll bring the snack soon.” Asuka-san finally left them.
Yuki need to thank God because somehow Sae’s mind was occupied by something else. He didn’t even hear or note how strange his classmate behave. Yuki took this chance to once again dragged him to her room. Finally Both of them stopped at certain room, Sae easily guess that is the girl’s room from word on the door
YUKI’s ROOM. KEEP OUT!!
“I can picture her saying that line.”
The ojou-sama grabbed the doorknob, finally opened the door.
“This is it my room, please make yourself comfortable, Sae.” She let the boy in, before she put down her bag on the bed.
“O-Okay..” Sae timidly sat on the mat.
Yuki opened her cabinet and took something from it “Nee Sae, I’m gonna change into something comfortable first. Wait a second, ok?” Yuki left the room without waiting for Ikemen’s answer.
After Yuki closed the door, his eyes can’t help but roaming around the room. Girl’s room surely is really different with boy’s afterall. Back in Miyazawa’s residence his room is dominated by black colour, since it’s Sae’s favorite colour. Yeah, He isn’t as tidy person as the younger of Miyazawa, since you could easily noticed one or two clothes scattered anywhere.
Much to his surprise, Yuki’s room has full with white and light-pink vibe, from her curtain, bed cover, even the paint is white. Since it was too white for Sae’s taste, he’s afraid to leaving any stain because you could easily noticed about it. Meanwhile, there was a couple of plush dolls most of them in pink color, perhaps it’s Yuki’s favorite colour. He was busy too look around, when a certain frame caught his eyes.
He wanted to reach that frame, “AKKKK!!!” Yuki dashed over to her desk, her hands quickly hiding the mysterious frame behind her back.
Sae was surprised to see her bewilderment, “S-Sorry.. I didn’t mean to..”
“No No No!! It’s my childhood photo, it’s embarrassing.” Yuki explained, she turned over the frame on her desk. “Anyways...Let’s start, shall we?”
After that awkward moment, Yuki and Sae started their “study’s time”. Though Ms. Shinoda said it was a pair’s assignment, all Sae did just to see how fast Yuki finished the equation on each questions. Deep inside he knows that Sae and her are in different level in term brain. It’s because… yeah.. Our Ikemen is a bit baka, remember a bit! Back again, at first Yuki was patient enough to teach him, but after once, twice, thrice… Finally She gave up and told Sae just watched her instead.
Sae tried his best watching and refrained himself from throwing question since he didn’t want to disturb the focus mode ojou-sama. Sae was eating the snack from Asuka-san earlier, but after one, two, five minutes he finally feel his eyes were heavy. Did you know? When you are too focus on something, it’ll drain your energy instead. Yuki finished her 3rd question, this kind of problem is really easy for her. Her neck and back are really stiff because she was doing that nonstop.
The ojou-sama shifted her gaze at her crush, “Sae.. just take a lo-” stopped abruptly when she heard faint snore from her right side.
The smart girl found Ikemen has sleep already, with his both hands support the head leaned on the round table. Now she knows why Sae often got bad score in subject has numbers/formulas on it, more likely because formulas isn’t really his forte. Yuki can see his face, as she gathered up courage to tuck a strand of hairs in front of his forehead. She was about to repeat it again for the second time, when her hand stopped in the mid-air.
“Yappari… It’s still there…” Her lips curved into a faint smile.
She leaned down, use her hands to support her like Sae did. The different thing was Yuki did it the opposite way so she was facing the sleeping Ikemen now.
“Why would you grown into such a fine man, nee Sae-chan?” Yuki touch his eyebrows, down to the nose, and ended in left cheeks. brush her thumb at Sae’s left cheek
-Meanwhile at somewhere else-
Churi walked alone in the hallway, she wanted to catch up with Jun and Rena in Garden Flower. Then she heard someone’s voice in distinct, naturally Churi turned her view and found one of her friends is on end of the other hallway.
“Churi!! Wait!!!” That person shouted and running to where she was.
Churi didn’t have to squinted her eyes, since she knew who the owner of the voice is. The only problem she has that she wasn’t prepared to talk with him, not alone and not now. Even though, she was totally fine when they were having lunch together. But now just two of them? It’s probably the first time since the library scene.
“A...Airi? What’s wrong?” Churi tried to be as natural as possible.
Airi who was never good with physical exercise finding hard to catch his breath, “I...was...searching...for...you...everywhere..” His hand on the waistline, as the chest moving up and down still grasping for breath.
“You are searching for me?” Churi furrowed her eyebrows.
“Y-Yeah…We need to talk.” Airi finally managed to breath properly.
“A-About what?” Hearing about talking topic, made Churi’s heartbeat rising.
“You already knew, Akane.” Airi dropped the girl’s nickname
“............”
Airi sighed, “Okay let me talk, just listen to me, okay?”
“...........”
“To be honest, I don’t expect you to love me back. Since I know, you like Jun better than me. Perhaps that’s why I used [Luca] as an alter-ego in cyber world. I wanted to be that person, since in real world me definitely can’t do that.”
“A-Airi y-”
Airi raised his hand, halted Churi from talking much further
“I was so selfish because I didn’t even consider your feeling yet still confessed to you. But look at us now? We barely talk. It’s just weird for me if we kept doing this. For me, our friendship is much more precious than my own feelings. So……” Airi look troubled to continue
“So….?”
“So, I want you to forget what happened on that day.”
“You what?
“Yeah, I’ll forget about it too. I love you Akane, but I love our friendship more. So, will you do it?”
Churi was perplexed about this. It wasn’t a secret that their current relationship is the exact what Airi said. Yeah, She missed how 3 of them hanging out, just Jun, Airi and her. She wanted to say yes, yet there was discomfort feeling unpleasant but she can’t pinpoint of what that is.
“Churi?”
“Y-Yes?”
“Are we okay now?”
“Un, We are okay.” A smile formed from Churi’s lips.
“Fyuuuuhh.. Yokatta.. Thanks.” Airi was smiling back, “If so… I’m going first. See you tomorrow!” Airi waved and started to running.
When Airi thought he was already leaving Churi in the safe distance he finally stopped. Soon after that, his phone inside the bag was ringing. His face lit up when he saw the called identity.
“Moshi-Moshi.”
[Moshi-moshi. Airi, how was it?]
“I think It went well, are you sure this is gonna work?”
[I don’t know, but you don’t want to her avoiding you again right?]
“Yeah, it feels so weird. It’s so obvious that she’s been avoiding me.”
[That’s why, I told you to do that. This is cautious-step plan]
“So what am I going to do now?”
[Just act naturally like before and let fate do the rest, or in this case let me do the rest. Ah! Don’t forget to prepare for tomorrow!]
“Okay Okay.. You really need to stop remind me about that.”
[Hahahaha See you tomorrow, Airi]
“Thank you, Rena-chan. See you tomorrow”

I noticed it's almost a year from the last time update. Is there anyone still waiting for update? :sweat: :sweat:
I am contemplating whether to continue or not (to be honest), like I said this was my first time writing fanfic.
I never knew writing multiple pairings at once is REALLY HARD :imdead:
The total pairing in this story are 6.... like I said before i wanted to each pairing have their respective moment. not only as side kick.
but i am afraid it would be really really long (literally), but I want to fulfill my promise to finish this story no matter what (since I am a reader too, it would be suck if writer suddenly gone, right?)
For now, I am currently writing for 'comeback' chapter.... seriously i think my writing is suck nowadays (as if I was good, lol) :on freeze:
However I need your opinion, please vote. I'll try to drop new chapter next week(?) (maybe, lol)

Chapter 13
At Miyazawa’s Residence
“Nee Jun, how was Rena?”
The older threw the question casually to his brother who sat in front of him; The Miyazawa brothers were having a dinner together, well it’s their daily routine after all. Even though their parents aren’t with them for the time being, the tradition still needs to carry on. Today’s menu is meatball spaghetti made by chef Sae; Jun’s favourite dish of all time.
“Heha-han?” The younger stopped munching his food, as his hand movement stopped in the mid-air.
“Geez… You shouldn’t speak while your mouth is full!” Sae flicked his lil bro’s forehead.
A grunt escaped from the younger, clearly wasn’t pleased with Sae’s treatment. Quickly he took a sip of water to help him swallow the food, “Rena-chan? Fine I guess?” He shrugged his shoulder, not interested to continue the topic.
“Is that so? That’s good..” Sae smiled, as his hand resumed what he did before; shoving another spoonful into his mouth, he was so relieved that his brother didn’t seem to hate Rena like the last time they talked about the same topic. “Look… She isn’t as bad as you thought before, right?”
“Well….”
Yeah, Sae was right. Maybe like two weeks ago, Jun was really annoyed with this new girl. Despite Rena and Jun sharing the same class right now, he still can’t believe his brother has his eyes for that type of girl. It’s not like Jun didn’t allow Sae to finally go out with a girl. Of course at first he was happy, finally Sae talked about girls for the first time. It was unusual for him to talk about a certain girl with such excitement. That’s perhaps he was curious about this girl named Rena.
One more thing, Sae always said that Rena is pretty and Jun who hadn’t seen her in person believed in his brother’s words. Much to his surprise, Rena is somewhat an ordinary girl; i.e so-so in many ways. Before Sae mentioned her name, he didn’t know Rena existed in his class. Well, Jun isn’t the type to get to know others than his circle. You know what, if Sae isn’t his brother, maybe he will think either Sae is out of his mind or Rena poisoned him with a love potion. Since that day his eyes were always searching for Rena’s presence. Like what she did, what she wore, who are her friends. Because he needs to understand why Sae is interested in that girl.
His brother is famous in Akiba High, without a doubt Sae could get any girl if he wants to. When Jun talked about “girl”, what he meant is like high-popular girl in Akiba, more like Kashiwagi Yuki type. The younger already knew his crush is from high-class family, smart and she is….pretty; different level with Rena of course.
Anyway, that was before he and Rena talked, now they both had befriends. He started to believe that Rena is indeed a good girl, even wanting to take back about “not-pretty” thing. She is somewhat a natural beauty? Anyhow, she is…..pretty.
“She’s not…..bad.” Jun was mumbling when he said the last part; almost in whisper, as his eyes fixed on the plate.
Unfortunately, the room was silent enough for Sae’s ear to catch what the younger said before, “Deshou? Just give her time, I bet you’ll love her if you get to know her better.” Sae ruffled his hair, beamed the his infamous smile.
“L-Love? NO!” Without realizing, Jun hit the dining table with his right palm.
“Hahaha I was joking, Jun. Why are you so serious?” Sae laughed over the silliness of his lil-bro.
“Mou… It’s not funny!” Jun pouted, “Anyway, How was the study? Is Kashiwagi senpai’s house good?” Jun tried to divert the topic, deep inside he was seriously curious about anything related to his crush; Kashiwagi Yuki.
“How did you know Yuki is my partner? I don’t recall telling you about it...” Sae arched an eyebrow.
“Y-You’ve told me before!” Jun crossed his fingers behind his back; Lied.
“I did?” Sae was lost in thought, he might not have the best brain but he knew he could count on his memory. Clearly, he didn’t recall talking much about Yuki to Jun. Before Sae could say anything, Jun countered him with another line.
“You told me that you have group task and paired with a smart girl in your class. As far as I know, Kojima senpai is the smartest among the girls in Senior…. But the other day, Yuu-nii told me that Kojima senpai is his partner...the only option left is… Kashiwagi Yuki senpai, am I right?”
“Wow….” Sae’s mouth turned to O shape “..If you aren’t my brother, I’ll take that as you are indeed one of Yuki’s fans.” which the younger one only replied with an awkward smile.
“Fyuuuh, Safe… Luckily Yuu-nii told me that before.”
Though Sae was still unsure about it, but when Jun mentioned about Yuu, he can’t help but to believe it anyway. Moreover Jun is someone who never lies - well that counts as his first.
“K-Kashiwagi senpai is famous for being a smart student!” Jun pile up another lie in his list. “So, how was the study?”
“To be honest, I didn’t quite remember what we did. You know right, I was never good in studies to begin with. But I never thought I am THAT bad.” Sae laughed, Yuki’s ‘i-am-so-done-with-you’ face came to his mind.
The older one began to talk about how at first, Yuki was kind enough to explain the formula; step by step. But after 5 minutes…. 10 minutes…..30 minutes… Sae was struggling with the same formula, meanwhile the ojou-sama lost her patience. The cycle kept repeating for countless time until Yuki told him to stay aside; clearly giving up on him. The rest of the group study was more like Yuki doing the task by herself, because Sae dozed off halfway. Awoken by something touching his scar on his forehead, his eyes fluttered, wide awake just to find his classmate observing his scar. None of them were moving as they just stood there for the next seconds, until Sae laughed and apologized for falling asleep. It was a strange feeling, a familiar vibe? That can’t be, right?
“Well.. yeah she is a smart fella indeed. Jun, you have no idea how big her house is!” Suddenly Sae got excited talking about his study time with Yuki, to be honest it wasn’t a pleasure to Jun’s ear. “Anoo saa... I never thought Yuki belong to a rich-family. Though I’ve heard a rumor before, I never paid attention to it. Because we can’t trust baseless allegation, can we?” Sae finished his meal, up from his seat to the kitchen.
“You know what Sae-nii, you can depend on rumors sometimes. If there is a rumor going around the school there must be a reason behind it.” Jun responded in cold way, still unhappy about the group study’s chit-chat.
“Like what?”
“Like………-”
*Kring Kring*
Sound of Jun’s ringtone interrupted the conversation’s flow, the younger took a look on phone screen ‘Kashiwagi Yuki’ . Jun was so surprised to that extent he almost drop his phone; still in daze because of his crush calling him.
“Aren’t you going to answer that, Jun?” Sae shouted from the kitchen.
“Y-Yeah!” His brother’s voice broke Jun’s trance. Then with one hand covering the phone, “Moshi-moshi?” lowering the volume, because the last thing he want is Sae to know about this.
[Jun-kun? Is it okay to call now?”] The senpai noticed how Jun talk in whisper.
“It’s okay, let me go to a quiet place first.”
Jun told her, as his head peeked at the older one who was still busy washing the plate. He tiptoed out of dining room to his bedroom. After successfully retreating from the scene, he made sure to lock his room; just in case Sae suddenly barge in.
“Done, Fyuuuh.” Jun let out a sigh, relieved.
[Did something happen?] Yuki seemed so worried about her partner in crime.
“Nothing, I was with Sae-nii just now. Anyway, do you need something from me?” Jun left the door and soon finding himself sitting at the edge of the bed
[Can we meet now?”]
“NOW?” For the 2nd time, Yuki made him standing up because of shock.
[You can’t…..?] Yuki couldn’t hide her disappointed tone
“Is it something important? Can we talk on phone instead?” The kouhai really didn’t want to turn down his crush, but he doesn’t know what to say to Sae.
[No, I just….. I just want to meet you.] a bit stuttered to finish the line.
“E-Eh?” This blunt confession from the older girl made Jun’s heart beating fast all of sudden.
[It’s okay if you don’t want to, we can meet tomorrow in school. Bye] Yuki was ready to end the conversation
“S-Senpai!! Wait! Where do you want to meet?”
[You can?? How about the Konbini near Shin-Yokohama station?] You could tell how different Yuki’s tone after Jun agreed to meet.
“It’s not too far from my house, but is it okay for you to go outside at this hour?” Jun saw the clock showed 7.30 pm already.
[It’s okay, my chauffeur Sata-san will drive me. So, see you then?]
“Okay, See you.” Jun waited for Yuki to end the phone call.
After he heard nothing on the other side, his body flop to the bed. Thinking about meeting his crush, Kashiwagi Yuki for the first time outside school.
“Wait, isn’t it a date?” Jun realized, immediately freaking out. “What should I wear??” as he ran towards the cupboard but nothing caught his eyes. The younger Miyazawa’s mind was occupied at the moment, not noticing a pair of eyes observing him from the door.
“Are you going somewhere, Jun?”
“Uwaaa!!” Jun dropped a bunch of t-shirts to the floor, “S-Sae-nii? How did you get in??” Sae successfully gave the younger a heart attack, though he didn’t mean to scare Jun.
“Door?”
“Grrr...I know! but I locked the door already!” Jun retorted.
“You were the one who broke the lock yesterday, remember?” Sae shook his head.
“Oh shit! I forgot about that.” Jun facepalmed himself, “Forget about it, how long have you been there?”
“Since you were mumbling to yourself and freaking out then threw your clothes everywhere? What about it?”
“.........”
“Enough question for me, now you need to answer. Where are you going?” Sae leaned his back against the wall.
“Etooo…...What should I say?.....Ah! I need to go Airi’s house to pick up something.” Now Jun felt guilty because he’s been lying a lot tonight. Gomen Airi…..
“Hmmm.. I see.. But can you buy soy sauce later? We are running out of it.”
“Of course!”
Then he randomly pick the hoodie on the floor, really just wanting to escape from the scene. Sae gave him money, having no doubt that he was deceived by his little brother.
“I’m going!” Jun closed the door behind, rushing to the next destination.
-at Konbini-
There was a young girl sitting inside the konbini, casually take a sip of coffee from a paper cup. Her eyes were roaming out from the large window, then turning to her watch. By that look, people already knew she was expecting someone. When a familiar figure came from the right side, she immediately waved her hand energetically. The other party noticed and waved back, dashing to where she was.
“Did you wait long?” Jun took a seat beside her, still calming his breath.
“Hm-mm, I just ordered my coffee.” Yuki showed her coffee was still hot.
“I see… so what’s wrong?”
“Wait a moment, kay?”
Jun was about to say something when Yuki abruptly left her seat, disappeared somewhere but still inside the konbini. For some reason he was still thinking about why Yuki suddenly want to meet him. About his brother again? But Sae didn't say anything weird about her crush, so… what? Just when he wanted to think deeper, something cold made contact to his left cheek, making him flinched.
“Hahahaha why are you so easily freaked out? Here, I didn't know what to pick so I just choose mineral water and eclair for you. Is that okay?” Yuki handed him a plastic bag stuffed with mineral water and two packs of eclair just like what she said.
“You don’t have to actually, but thanks.” Jun opened up the lid, drank until the half of it; he was really thirsty after sprinting from his house.
“Well…..So how are you? We haven’t meet lately in the music room.”
“Totally fine, what about you senpai? Was the group study fun?” Jun smirked, teasing the older girl.
“It WAS.” She sticked out her tongue, hiding her embarrassment
“Oh, really? Tell me then.”
“No, I won’t. Because we won’t talk about me this time.”
“So, what?” Jun was taken aback, because for the first time his crush isn’t interested talking about his brother.
“About you of course!”
“Huh? Me? Why me?” Jun pointed his finger at him, disbelieved.
“Tell me about your crush! What’s her name again? Hmmmmm….” Yuki eyes furrowed.
“Rena?” such lazy answer came from the younger.
“Sou! Rena, Matsui Rena right?” Her excitement increased when she finally got the name.
“Why do you want to know about her suddenly?”
“It’s not fair, since I am the only one telling you everything meanwhile I never heard anything from you.”
“I don’t really want to talk about it……”
“Eh why???” Yuki suddenly closing their distance until their face just inches away
“N-No reason.” the more Jun leaned his back over, the more Yuki came closer. “Senpai, c-could you please stop coming closer?” His hand halted the crush from making young puppy get a heart attack.
“If only you promise to tell me….” Yuki kept coming closer, and closer.
“Mou, Alright! I will tell you anything.” Jun gave up, his head dizzy.
“Yeaaaay~~~” Yuki raised her fist to the air, humming happily.
“So, what do you want to know?”
“Hmmmm…. Did you manage to talk to her?”
“Yeah… Actually we’ve become friends now.” a soft chuckle escaped from his lips
Jun remembered the first time he and Rena talked. That was probably the dumbest incident ever in his life, where he hid himself behind a tree to observe his classmate. Rena is indeed cute, her obsession with flowers too. Without him realizing, a smile formed on his lips due to the recollection of memories.
“Ara..? Looks someone is really in love.” Yuki teased.
“H-huh?” the younger saw the smirk and finally grasped the situation “N-no, it's not like that!”
“It’s fine, it's fine!” Yuki patted his shoulder, didn't buy any of his words.
Soft sigh came as result, he didn’t get why everyone tonight asked him about Rena; first his brother, and now Yuki. The pestering from his crush stopped when a middle-aged man in suit stepped in.
“Ojou-sama, we need to go now.”
“Damn…. Time flies so fast when you’re having fun.” Yuki took a glance on her wrist and found it was already late.
“Do you have to go now?” Having this casual talk made him don’t want to end this night-date.
“I am afraid yes, or Papa will deploy his men to find me.”
“Deploy? Is your father in military or something?”
“Hahaha close enough!” The ojou-sama turned to her chauffeur, “Sata-san please go first, I’ll catch up later.”
Sata-san nodded and made his way to the black car outside.
“Jun-kun, tomorrow is perhaps the last day for group study. I’ll do my best to get closer to Sae and please do your best as well, okay?”
Yuki was ready to leave the seat when her foot knocked a chair and stumbled. Before she fell, Yuki grabbed the nearest object which happened to be Jun’s hand. The younger wasn’t ready to catch Yuki so they both ended up falling together like sandwich.
“Ughh….are you ok-?!!”
The younger’s question stopped midway, realizing something warm was pressing his cheek. His jaw left agape when he found out what it was; Bingo, it was his crush’s lips. Jun, as if turned into stone, didn’t move at all. On the other hand, Ojou-sama who hasn’t grasped the situation began to open her eyes.
“Kyaaaaaa!!” A loud shriek came. Without thinking, her hands pushed the younger away.
The voice of Ojou-sama didn’t go unnoticed, as Sata-san with others barged in the konbini in a flash with daggers on their hands. Just 5 seconds was enough to fill the konbini with men in black suits.
“Yuki ojou-sama, are you okay?”
“I-I’m fine.”
The ojou-sama quickly shook the dust off her skirt, she didn’t have time to be shocked since making a big fuss here will be her loss and add another restrictment from her father. Her heart was still beating fast, because it was her first time getting physical contact with someone other than her family and of course, Sae. It was strange.
“OI KID! What did you do to our Ojou-sama?” Sata-san wasn’t letting this off easily.
“Sata-san! I said I’m okay! Do you not trust me?” Yuki glared, the air became heavy instantly.
“F-forgive me, Ojou-sama!”
“Let’s go or Papa will get mad.” Yuki turned her heels leaving the scene, just before the exit, she took a look at her partner in crime “If you dare to tell this to others…..You know the consequences right?” She pointed out to her guard outside the konbini.
Jun’s eyes saw the bunch of men in black theme outfits, It didn’t take a genius to know those guys are…… dangerous. They could beat anyone into pulp in seconds. He gulped a big saliva, not saying anything but nodding furiously.
“Okay then, bye.” Yuki smiled, waving her hand toward her kouhai who lost his soul already.
Jun who didn’t dare say anything back, just waved without any feeling. The waving continued even after his crush’s car was no longer at the konbini’s parking lot. His hand cupped where Yuki’s kiss planted, re-winding the scene on his mind; daydreaming. However, a light tapping on the shoulder broke his trance and familiar voice came soon after.
“How long are you gonna continue waving? She’s gone already.”
His body jolted as a result, soon replaced by a relief expression.
“Mou….. It’s just you, Rena-chan…” Jun rubbed his chest, as if he lost 10 years span of life. “Wait! How long have you been there?”
Jun was scared if Rena was long enough to hear about Yuki talked about his crush on Rena (which is totally untrue right?). No one knew the fake-crush thingy except Airi. It would be awkward if Sae or especially this girl in front of him know.
“Long enough to see the never-ending waving moment.” Rena imitated how Jun was waving without a soul.
“Yokatta…..” Jun didn’t care about the sarcasm as long as Rena didn’t find out anything.
“Heee…..I didn’t know you are dating our senpai?” Rena smirked.
“I’m not! We...we are just friends!” Jun retorted
“Aaaah…. So it’s just one-sided feeling?” Rena hit the bulls-eye.
“Yes, I have crush on her. Satisfied now?” He blurted the fact, because he was so sure Rena was going to tease him again; basically the younger Miyazawa was enough with today. “Anyway, what are you doing here?” Abruptly change the topic.
“Shopping? I think we are in konbini now.” Rena facepalm herself.
“Aisssh…. Youuu….” Jun gritted his teeth, really restraining himself not to strangle his brother’s possible crush.
*Kring Kring*
“Wait a sec.” Rena halted Jun to say anything, “Hm… Sae? We just talked 20 minutes ago.”
“My brother?? Just don’t tell him you and I met.”
“Why?”
“Because I told him I went to Airi’s!” Jun panicked because his life was literally on Rena’s hand.
“Aaah…. I am craving for ice cream…” Rena gave a look to the ice cream’s section.
“I WILL BUY IT FOR YOU!”
“Deal~” Rena made an O sign with her fingers.
“Then answer now!”
“Moshi-moshi, Sae? What’s wrong?”
[Nothing, just want to hear your voice.]
“.........” Even though Rena knew Sae was half-joking, the sweet talk out of nowhere successfully made her blush.
[Rena? Are you still there?]
“...Huh? Yes!”
[Where are you now? Because it’s too noisy.]
“I am at the konbini now, my mother told me to buy something.”
[Alone?]
Rena turned to her classmate, who clasped his hand as his eyes pleaded not to blow out his lie. Her eyes gave you-owe-me-this-time look to Jun. “Yeah, I am alone now. Why?”
[Nothing, just curious that’s all.]
“Is that all? I need to go home now, bye.” Rena was about to press the red button.
[R-Rena wait!]
“Hmmm?”
[I miss you…..] Sae said it softly, wanting to make sure Rena know his feelings.
For the second time, one of Akiba’s trio made the glasses-girl blush; this time even redder than before. As much as she wanted to reply with the same words, she couldn’t do so. Not in front of the little brother; she could die in embarrassment.
“.....Me too….” Rena managed to said small reply.
[Be careful on your way home, bye] Sae didn’t fail to show his caring side even on phone.
“Bye….” Rena was still stunned, even after Sae ended the line already.
“Hello??? Rena-chan??” Jun waved in front of the glasses-girl.
“Huh?”
“Look who's face is getting redder by phone talk only?” This time, Jun had the upper hand. Rena was like deer caught in the headlights.
“S-Stop! Don’t forget I just saved your life, and! You still owe me an ice cream.” Rena shot the boy down by one sentence.
“Damn! Alright… alright.. Just pick whatever you want.” Jun gave up, perhaps tonight wasn’t his night after all.
“Yeaaaayyy~.” Rena skipped towards the ice cream section happily.
“So childish, happy over ice cream.” a faint smile drew over the younger Miyazawa.
