My heart broke into a thousand little tiny pieces when The Ultra Maki Addicts Inc. thread was locked and moved to the Classic Threads section because, even though it wasn't very active, it was a way for me to keep tabs on what she's up to at least a little since she left H!P. It was also kind of like the final slap in the face that she was gone.
Thank you so much for this. :heart: This is such a good sign, isn't it? I have never wanted to be able to read japanese so much in my entire life. :banghead: Bablefish just isn't cutting it.

But I'm actually in L.A at the moment! I just got here a few days ago...
The weather is really good, warm, and yet there's no pollen.
It's really good!
The buildings and streets are spacious, I think I'll rank this third on my future places to live in. ^^
Also, this is my 2nd time in L.A. I only stayed here for one night last time, but I wasn't sure of what part of L.A I was in. (lol)
This time I'll be staying for about a month!
I'll be sure to learn about the greatness of L.A. ^^
Anyway, for those who are wondering why I'm in L.A...
Well, I'll leave that for tomorrow.

I've no argument that people on here are far more obsessed than Maki with me because...well they clearly are. :lol: Even so it's good to see she's back in touch with fans and I hope she can get something good rolling as soon as poss. This announcement may well be something pooey but I'll be sure to check it out tomorrow anyway.

Yesterday's continuation
Was it yesterday? Today? It seems Tokyo was warm these days.
Wonder if in L. A was just a little bit chilly.
Anyway, resuming what I was saying yesterday...(like What am I doing in L.A.?)
Since today's morning I went to the gym, I ran, and ran, and ran. LOL
OK, I'll take this seriously.
Then, a krump dance lesson!!!
This one was really risky.
I've been living for 22 years but it's my first time doing this.
BTW, about the krump thing...
Since is also my first time, I cannot explain it pretty well,
it's like an angry sensation, like if you are listening to a big punch,
but for those who dance it, that image is totally... wrong...
Anyhow, I'm moving a lot!!!!
Although, I'm not used to see girls dancing it, but it's really interesting.
And, yesterday I had voice training,
Such as Ballet, Jazz, and Hip-hop~.
My body is getting strong LOL
Tomorrow, I'll have dance lessons.... and I suppose to attend a show.

Ah, btw, today, I went to buy a jersey....

But she did say she was just in the U.S. for a month, so I think she's only there for the experience the U.S. music industry will give her in her training for her comeback.

All I can say is that when she finally makes her music comeback, it's going to be beyond fierce. I can totally see her going in the Amuro direction, doing hot hip-hop music and dance. She'd be amazing at it.

There were some dancers who have participated from Japan!!
The group performance was only with 18 people, but everyone was really amazing!!
It was a great show.

Seriously, imagine how much freedom she's got in L.A. right now. Yeah, some of us know who she is, but most of the U.S. just doesn't. Unfortunate for them, but great for her. She can go wherever she wants to right now without worrying too much about who will see her. It must be nice for her.
But it really, really makes me wish I lived on the west coast instead of the east coast. Damn it.

I wish her luck, but I'm surprised, the training in LA must be more tough than what she had in H!P... is dance training in H!P just weaker, or maybe she's just pushing herself more. I hope all her hard work pays off but she shouldn't work herself too hard, don't want her getting ill.

On the pic from yesterday she's practicing with something on her hand, looks like a mic or pretends to be it. Bet ya she has a new single and is now training a very difficult dance for it, as well as training her voice for the final record. :)

SOooooo..... for us LA fans, we know know , more or less, where we can find her.

Looking at the background, I know i've seen that place before. Very few Malls have those little signs hanging there with store name on it. It could be Brea Mall, Main place, or the mall at the santa monica Promenade. Those are the 3 that jump out at me as havin those signs. Main place, at least the last time I went, did not have those rides...... Santa Monica makes sense IF she is hanging around the area where she is doing her dancing.

And as I said... "I'm taking dance lessons in L.A." didn't I?!
Well. the dance instructor invited me,

Wonder when she will hit the LA zoo... She is being a definite tourist, which is good. She must be loving the freedom of anonymity.
Stuff left for her to do (within the 20 mile radius she has been following) LA Zoo, Dodger stadium, Hollywood & Highland (which i think she did the first day), Santa Monica Pier & Promenade, Rodeo Drive....
I SO called Universal citywalk tho... Sad I only went on Saturday. And I picked THIS week no to go to saddleranch... ;;

Well this is exciting news! I knew she'd get picked up by somebody big. That's way too much talent too waste (which is something UFA likes to do...). I think this is good for her as well, because her old fans will still support her and I imagine new fans will come with her new career.
