It would have been creepier if it turns out the yacht was missing for years  :P

I just saw this in the paper!
Kinda creepy, but maybe since the mast was torn they suddenly sailed off in a mini boat to get help, interupting their dinner??

They were only equipped with one lifeboat, and that's still attached to the yacht.
The authorities have given up hope on finding them alive (or at all), and have now called off the search.

That reminds me of this incident where a woman was on one of those parachute gliding things and she just suddenly fell off and disappeared. They like ran so many tests to determine what happened to her, but the only conclusion they came up with was that she wanted to jump off and she undid her harness. This stuff is really creepy. There's also a bunch of pirates lurking around in the SEA sea. I dunno if that counts as SEA, but yeah my dad would always tell me horror stories of people he knew in Vietnam that were boat refugees. When they would cross over, they were picked up by pirates and never heard from again :(

Nacchi... kawaii XD

I reckon it's work done by pirates (and I don't mind the Johnny Depp kind), there's still a lot of them lurking around international waters in the SE asia area.

Update: One angle considered is a kidnapping theory.
