Chikano's been appearing on some of the shows more often than before the previous elections, so she may have a chance this time. I think she deserves it. She's always pretty upbeat and funny, so I'd like to see how she'd do in a single + the surrounding promotion events.

She needs a boost. Good voice, cute and some how just not getting more exposure. At least she's on the driving club as VP.

It seems that Chikano is getting promoted and featured a lot less now that Fujie is more consistent in her popularity. Itoh Company seems to have more faith in investing in Fujie atm, hence her PB and 2nd DVD. I don't understand why some agencies tend to put their eggs in one basket. I still think Chikano has the potential to become a good idol, but it just isn't happening somehow. This team shuffle won't change anything for her either.
