Give me the house that Mike Holmes built on his "Lein On Me" special. Can't say no to a house that consistently saves you money on (and under the right circumstances, can even earn you money on) your utility bills.

This seems like a good place to ask this question as any...

I'm looking for a blueprint or a scale model of a typical Japanese modern home.  The kind of one that blends the modern and traditional asthetics, i.e. a Japanese modern house with a Genkan and Washitsu(japanese-style room), shoji and fusuma and especially rōka, wooden floored passages on the edge of the home, similar to a patio, i guess.  If anyone has any info, please PM me.  I'm really interested in either blueprint, scale model, miniature model, etc.

P.S.  I do have a dream home, one of many, but this one I particularly like.

this house is from Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki OVA.  I also really love to buy a scale model of this house as well, I tried looking for it on anime goods store online, but no luck.  If anyone knows, please PM me.

my dream house? I prefer the ones which are not really big just enough for me, my parents my brothers and my sister. A nice cozy house(home) where we could stay and warm ourselves and simply chat during rainy days. A pleasant-looking, welcoming and comfortable house for everyone who wants to come in.
