Book Challenge 2018: Dokusho is Fundamental
« on: December 31, 2017, 03:37:17 AM »
It’s back! The 2018 Book Challenge!
読書 / Dokusho / Reading is Fundamental!

    沼田楓愛 / Fua Numata

1. Make a post, preferably stating a goal of how many books you want to read this year.
2. Edit that post as you read throughout the year, slowly adding to the list of books you've read. Sorting the list by month is recommended.
3. Don't create additional posts, just keep editing your original post. Graphic novels count as .25 (in other words, 4 graphic novels = one book)

This thread got me thinking... I haven't finished a book in years... last year (or was it the year before?) I started a book, but only got about halfway through...

So my goal this year is... 1 book. LOL. I wonder if I can make it... I probably forget :(

End of year update:

I did it!

One book

The Impossible Fortress by Jason Rekulah

It was a really fun quick read. Recommended if you like retro computer games!

I also read a load of manga, but they don't count.

I made a start on one other book earlier in the year but gave up...
