The three kanji in the title :

音事協

and the dictionary says: Onjikyō (That sound cooperation)

It is "Sound Cooperation Magazine" which is put out by JAME (Japan Association of Music Enterprise)- a member group comprised of many of the big talent agencies............and, they had the good sense to put Manami on the cover.....
