That will have kept her rather busy with things like preperations and performences. Not very visible in a traditional H!P way, but rather busy nonetheless. (more details on her Japanese Wikipedia page)

I wish I could say I recognized the name, but I googled Nagai Ryuun, and he's a singer/songwriter active since 1978. I've only heard two songs written by him, but looking at the list of what he's written for other singers, I take the names I recognize as a good sign: Hiroshi Itsuki, Teresa Teng, Chiyoko Shimakura and Fuyumi Sakamoto. On inspection, the two most recent names are also enka singers.

In conclusion, if this doesn't mark Nakazawa's return to enka, I'll have overloaded my joy organ for nothing.

It was about time!! How long has it been? Two years? Even more? I was very disappointed for not seeing her at the Elder's Club concert (she is THE elder, right?)... but hearing news from her musical career are even better news!! :heart:

Uesugi Hiroshi was the arranger of Goto Maki's "Ai no Bakayarou ~trance trip version~," Miki's "Romantic Ukare MODE," Mini Moni.'s "Ai rabu buru~su," Melon Kinenbi's "Futari no Paradise." He also did songs for SPEED, SMAP, Sonim, Ueto Aya, etc etc.

Birthday party on stage!

Can't wait for the new single! I wouldn't mind a comeback to the enka, but I think she and Hitomi Shimatani did a great move when turning to J-Pop, so I'd prefer if Yuko stays with Tokyo Bijin alike songs :D
