Yes, it's read kakuhen. Abbreviation of 確率変動 kakuritsu hendou (change of probabilities), which is a pachinko term. What it means is when you get a certain bonus, the chances of getting a big win are significantly improved (their probabilities are raised).

The new single is called "Aruiteru".
The rumour has it that it's a ballad with Yossie, Takahashi and Eri as leads. A volleyball theme song can be a ballad, right?

Also... the coupling track is called "Morning Curry" like their tour title.
