i don't know where you got that list, but it is wrong... code geass is NOT slated for october 2007... i've checked all my sources (including the official site)... there's nothing about a solid air date for the series... if it's supposed to air in october, we would've heard about it a long time ago.

i've checked most of the release dates on animenewsnetwork... and well, you're right, Code Geass is only rumored.
Maybe i dreamed some dates while i was writing the list last night    sorry
