People go early too!

if you wanna experience the Teru Spraying water in your face experience, which is amazing, you gotta get there are at least 9 am.

&I really hope there's lots of Japanese fans there because they make the entire experience charming, with the cheering and the jumping at the end, I've never had that before but it was nice to bond with these girls that came from so far away :3
I think I met a girl who went to the Glay Expo in 2001 IDD

Anyways, that's what I love about these concerts is that you really meet people from all over and even though it's the meaning of Global Communication, in the ends it's One Love and you really get to know what it means :3

Dai: Thanks Dai. xD

Woo!  :canada:

I love like 99% of Glay's songs. xD It just depends on my mood on which ones I'm going to listen to.  :D

Scarlet: Awesomeeeee you got to go! And you get to go AGAIN! I'm so jealous. TT^TT

Yay for Takuro in your avatar! xD

Omg which reminds me, there was this girl who wrote a blog about going to their concert last year, and she was saying how what Teru did was gross (as if the bands here don't do that), that after the first song it got really boring (she isn't a fan, a friend of her just invited her to come), and that Jiro should start his own punk band and leave the rest of Glay because they were dead weights.   She makes me raaaaaaaaaaaaageeeeee so much, up until now.

@Kaizer: lol thanks, the only thing you don't have to envy is the wait in line, it's craziness and today it's 100 degrees, I'm praying it'll get cooler by the time Glay is in L.A. because those sidewalks get HOOOOT! D8

lol thanks XDD
I likes yours too :3

omg I read that, that girl seems very full of herself. And come on, that's something mostly all entertainers do, I've seen those big time macho wrestler guys do it, it's a cool crowd thing D:
but I agree, buying one single years ago does not qualify you to know everything about glay and this girl acts like she's seen cartoons more entertaining, she obviously is not into the music and is pretty much saying that it's beneath her. That's insulting.
Because even reporters who were there, not even listening to a bit of Japanese music made decent critiques, how is it that a girl with a blog can be a better judge? Specially one who didn't want to be there? I'm blaming it on her attitude, not the band.

That was in San Fran though, i was in L.A. and the atmosphere was different!
I'll try to talk more about it in the piece that Dai wants me to write :3

but yes Kai, it's bullocks, don't fret, we all know they rock <3

^ Oh I know. But still it'll be worth the wait! I've been wanting to see them live since 03.  :gyaaah: How long have you been a fan?

That would be much better though, I hate the heat. >-<

She IS. She talks like she knows EVERYTHING about them. Yeah it's VERY insulting. I know it's her opinion but god, she wrote it in her blog, which is public, which will be read by TONS of GLAY fans. =__=

Nasty attitude lol.

Okay ^^ Omg I still really want to go.

Anyway, yeah, they definitely rock!  :twothumbs

EDIT: DAIGONG. LOL sorry please edit the first post again I just added pictures so it'll be easier to see who's who. xD

I've been a fan since 04 :3
My cousin really liked Japanese music and she made me a mix CD.
I told her I liked the 3rd track that was "Rain" and she let me borrow how new One Love Album XD
and it all just escalated from there, I was mostly into Moi Dix Mois and Janne Da Arc at the time lol

I agree >;
I mean if she's gonna go to a concert and review it why spend time criticizing them on a personal level instead of critiquing the music?

Oh awesome, quite a long time now too. :D

I first heard about them from a friend who was already into them and he was like "Try listening to them they're really good!". I was like okay but I wasn't that interested at first and then my best friend started getting into them and she let me listen to their songs. I thought it was pretty good so I borrowed Review and Heavy Gauge and then I borrowed my friend's Video Glay 4.

I was like "LOL the guitarist and the bassist look like girls! D8 (I wasn't used to all that stuff yet)". I liked Teru at first and then moved on to Hisashi and from then on he's always been my favourite. xD

I was into Utada Hikaru back then when I was just beginning, and a bit of L'Arc~en~Ciel because of Rurouni Kenshin before I got into jrock and jpop. xD

Yeah exactly. She said she only liked Yuuwaku because of the beat and then she was like "Oh it got boring cause I don't know what the heck they were saying.". It's good if you understand the lyrics but you don't have to understand it to appreciate good music. =/

Edit: Btw, JDA rocks! xD Too bad they still won't get back together after two years...

That was sad when they took their "break" >:

lol I don't blame you Hisashi's hot ;D
Takuro's my idol :3
it's probably because he writes amazing lyrics or because he's taller than all of them IDD

she only liked it because it was the only song she heard before or something like that, I try to ignore people like that
because you can't speak logic to them, if she cannot realize how amazing Glay is then she is lost to this world >:

&Agreed, I wish time would speed up >;

Scarlet: It was, and that was at a time when I was only starting to get into them too. D: ABC has been awesome though. xD

I used to be like, super obsessed with him (along with friends who were into them) LOL. We were crazy fangirls. Takuro's my idol too, both him and Hisashi but Teru and Jiro are awesome too.  :D

I know. She fails greatly. =.= She should stick with whatever music she likes now and stop picking on Glay and Japanese music in general. >8[

Daigong: Yeah. They were original pvs so you know how YT shuts down accounts who upload music videos and stuff. My old account got suspended because I uploaded pvs haha. e.e
