A corner of the photos draw my attention. Instantly my feelings changed dramatically. Unexpectedly, my tears start to flow. That photo. The first time I met him, when he took a picture of me in silence, as he was always there for me.

It's been 4 months after Yuki reveals his feelings to me. It's not just surprise me, but the rest of the school. Yuki who is best known as the Chairman of a club the Yankees suddenly declares his feelings on someone like me, a Chairman of the Club of artistic and one of the school's queen. Absolutely not to be trusted.
Ahh, I forgot to introduce myself. My Name, Watanabe Mayu. Student AKB Gakuen in grade 2. Now I hold the position of Chairman at the Artistic Club. you can say that I'm great at drawing, I took part to the 2D images are usually seen in the comics. Yes, like manga. Maybe it's because I did an otaku.
"ne, Mayu-chan. .. are you really capable of with him?" one of my friend, Jurina instantly speak to me

The bell sign first hour begins already rang. Jurina sat into her seat. Yes, we indeed are in one class. No wonder we did close.
After hours to 2 and 3 also completed, the time off has arrived. This time it was Yuki because some were not. Maybe she was going along with the members of his club, as usual. It has been 1 month I didn't see him, he is. .. disappear.

Their fight continued. I've never seen this kind of situation with Yuki. he looks ... cool ...
I think the fight is over. 5vs1 and Yuki who win it. he did great. But, in some parts of his face and his body there are numerous bruises and wounds. Especially in his face. He was battered.
"are you okay?" Yuki clutching his hands come near me while injured
"I should have asked that very thing, baka!" I immediately ran to him and hugged him tight and cry in his arms. He may be aware of my cries and then immediately returned my hug
"baka baka, yuki."
"hey, I'm fine. Look, you don't have to worry about me. " Yuki was rubbing my head gently
"baka, bakaa!! how I'm not worrying about you?? I am your girlfriend and I completely do not know where are you during this month and all of a sudden you come back ... you're absolutely not think about me!! baka yuki!! "I tried to escape from his arms, but yuki refused. I think yuki didn't want to release the hug.
"I miss you. Really,really miss you .. "yuki hugged me tight. He's never been this honest to me. Usually he's just being cold although I know he is very concerned about me. In fact, he just says the word ' love ' when he revealed his feelings to me 4 months ago.
"come on, I'll clean your wound." I was wiping my tears and then grinned at him. He just nodded in agreement. because my house is not too far from here, I guess it doesn't matter for him. he is strong, as bad as any of his condition, he is still a yankee.
Upon arrival at home, immediately I told him to remain in my room while I take the first aid box, and he continued to obey my words. When I came back into the room, he's not using his clothes. Seen many wounds all over his body in, I guess he really battered even though he looks very strong as before. There’s also some of the cuts that have already seen healed, maybe he also participated in several other fights in this few days.
"sit, if you stand like that, how can I clean your wound?"
"nee ... I know you are very short and I understand it. "he said while laughing. he does love to make fun of me-__-
Yuki soon sit beside me, sitting facing me. Honestly, this is the first time I saw him with such predicament.
I quickly cleaned his wounds, gently of course. I know the wounds it must be painful, but I really don't see the look on the faces of pain Yuki. Maybe he is familiar with this pain.
"Yuki-kun .." I call him
"haii..??" his reply
"is your wound really hurts?" his gaze directly leads me
"No."
The atmosphere back into silence until I finished cleaning the wound. A few moments later, yuki went home.

The next day, always the same with yesterday. Jurina and Ren-sempai is definitely being shared. And I, even though I was with Yuki sometimes, but maybe I'm just a couple of times with him. He preferred alone.

Several times heard a knock to the door. Immediately, I headed to the front door and open it.
"Yyuki ...??" I was suprised after seeing who is behind that door. It’s Yuki that was look neat.

Yuki was pedaling the bike immediately after I ride on the back. This time I just enjoy the ride while I hug him from behind. Very warm.

"now, what the game wants you to play it first??" eh?? I just realized that it turns out we're on the amusement park
"hey, what's up?" Yuki make me stop to daydreaming
"ahh, no. Let's play roller coaster!! "I said

It has been a while since the last time I took to the road with Mayu. Maybe it. .. 2 months ago?? I dunno, I've been unable to remember the last time I asked her.
This time I asked her to go. But I haven’t told her that I would take her to the amusement park. I think this is the best place to be the most place I will missed

I rushed towards the direction of the Ferris wheel. Yuki was just following me from behind, I guess he's still smiling. It is very rare to be able to see his smile like that. Usually he just being really emotionless.
Soon we climbed the Ferris wheel. I promptly sat upon it and Yuki to follow me behind and sat down in front of me. Minute by minute passed and we were doing just a mutual silence without words.
"hey, look at it" yuki called me while pointing at my left side. It's looks like the Sun is began to set, giving its position on the moon.
"gorgeous" I said mesmerized, it is indeed very pretty
"mayu" calling yuki
"Yes ..??" I replied
He gently kissed me right on the lips. Our first kiss, and my first kiss. He's my first kiss!! A few second after it, I reply his kiss. it's just a sweet kiss,not really passionnate,but sweet,yes..
"I'm sorry, mayu. It's just, no. I just ... "
"thanks, yuki." I said. Yuki was just speechless to hear my words, captured on what I say.
"ahh, it's been done, let's go." I smile at yuki who until now still speechless. He just followed my words

After ‘that’ incident, I just bring Mayu back home. Well, it's already night and of course I'll take her home. I'm her boyfriend! What can she proud to some kind of things like me?? but, she doesn't know it, now. No, I mean not yet know it. Yeah, I think I will say it to her, immediately.
I traced the path of the night. Enjoy the beautiful full moon on Earth. Why do almost all things on the Earth looks very beautiful. Maybe because all my life, I only see darkness. Yes. .. What can be expected if you're living in hell?? even I'm a demon any more here than at home feel reassured me.

Today,we’re will going on date !! I don’t know what to say but its really rare to see that Ren-kun have a day off. I understand it,he’s a great leader. He’s always put his job in his top priority. It hurt me for sure,yeah.. I’m just his 2nd priority. Even know that I understand about his job in Student Council,I think sometimes I felt jealous to his job. When I want to spend time with him and I tried to call him,almost every time he would say “sorry,Jurina. I can’t,I still in my office room to finish my work. I promise we will go somewhere after I finish it okay ?? Gotta go now so,Bye. I love you” and,call ended. And you know what,his work never ended !
“Jurina-chan !! Ren already waiting for you here !” mom called me from downstairs. She know Ren because I’ve already talked about him before.
“I’m coming mom !” I go to downstairs and I saw Ren-kun already there with casual clothes.
“Hey..” Ren-kun greet me with his smile still locked in his face

“Ready for go ??” asked him
“sure.. Mom,I’m going with Ren-kun !” I answer Ren-kun while put my shoes and then talked to mom

Ren hold my hand while walking to the park. I feel heat coming to my face,maybe its already as red as the red tomato. Ren-kun watching me then smiled,almost laughing maybe. I just pout seeing him like that.
So here we are,in the most memoriable place in my life. This is the place where Ren-kun confess to me. Well,that time Ren-kun still with his glasses,and to be honest.. He’s cool with that glasses. Maybe some people will say glasses boy looks like a geek. But for me,he’s cool. And.. ehem.. sexy.
“Hey,it’s still morning and you already daydreaming.. Did something bothering you ??” said Ren-kun,broke my imagination. Then he stoke my hair gently
“It’s nothing,this place just made me remember when Ren-kun confess to me,your glasses.. I love it,wonder why you don’t use it anymore..” I said
“eh,you love it ?? I thougt no one like it when I use that glasses,I just use it when work on Student Council office” he starch his head,wondered something
“I love it of course! I love everything about you” I said with my lower voice at the end of my talk
“well.. how about I’ll use it now ?? I think you really want to see it” said Ren-kun
“Eh?? You bring it ??” I asked him while make my body faces his’s
“Of course I bring it. Its always in my pocket,how can I left my important thing??” Ren-kun smiled and then messing my hair while his another hand reach his pocket and taked his glasses,putting it to my face
“cotto,why you put it to me ??” I said with my hand trying to took off the glasses,but Ren-kun stop my hand
“Don’t took of it! It just,I wan’t to see you with that glasses,still cute thougt..” again,he made me blushed.
“well,I already see it then.. can you put it to me ??” Ren-kun said while put his head aligned with mine. The more that glasses approach him,the more closer his face to me. Then,when the glasses lay well on his face,he kissed me,right on top my lips. It just a sweet kiss,but eventually it become more passionate. He put his hand on my neck,pulling me for a deeper kiss. I often heard about “a glasses guy is a great kisser” and now,I think its true. After a few minutes kissing,we pulled off it,taking some air.
“Hey,let’s go somewhere. I think I’ve remember a great place around here” said Ren-kun,I just nod then he hold my hand again,bringing me to the place.

After walked for a few minutes,Ren-kun asked me to close my eyes. I just follow his request.
“okay,now you can open your eyes. We’re already here” Ren-kun said
In front of me there’s a Momiji tree (maple tree in japan) stand beautifully. The red leaf falling down to ground,make it full of the leaf. A little bit messy,but its really beautiful.
“I don’t know you like it or not,but..”
“I like it,really.. its beautiful”
“yeah.. I always go to this place when I feel bored or if something bothering me. This place calmed me”

I love you,no wonder how much I’ve already told you that,I still can’t stop to say you that I love you,and everyday,it become more and more.” Ren said while hugging me tight. Again,stoke my hair. I always love his gentle stoke.

“Its already almost 1 years we’ve been together. And everyday,I never stop to loving you more. And today,from the bottom of my heart. Then I saw 2 rings in that box,one with a word ‘Ren’ and another one with a word ‘Jurina’. I can’t hold my tears anymore. Tears of happiness. I just continued flowing
“Hey.. don’t cry” Ren wipe my tears then smiling
“Stop smiling,you silly..” I said while pouted
“So what is your answer then ??” silly question,why must he asked that,while laughing !
“of course I would say yes,don’t laughing..!” Ren-kun took my right hand,put the ring to my ring finger. The ring with ‘Ren’ named there.

“How about.. Watch some anime?? I think I have some GUNDAM CD’s here..” I pull my legs from Kaoru, then going to the shelves then searching for that GUNDAM CD’s

“Ahh, how about POKEMON??” I show him the CD

“I just felt bored, Mayu Nee-chan is a bored people..” Kaoru said while pouting and folding his arms across his chest
“ahh, you’re right. She’s really a bored people. Never showed her expressions, cyborg.” Yuki said while came near Kaoru

Then Yuki crouched in front of Kaoru, making his height as same as Kaoru
“well, because your Mayu Nee-chan is a bored people and this place is bored too. How about we go to the park ?” Yuki said

“Hey, can you be calm for a while Kao-chan ?? gosh..” Yuki get off from his motorcycle then running to Kaoru. I tried to find a bench for me, and there.. I found it. While sitting, I observe them playing while laughing together. Somehow, it make me feel warm. Seeing Yuki smiling and laughing with Kaoru. Well, Kaoru is an active boy, then about Yuki.. he’s kind of cold hearted, never rarely talked with anyone in the school except me or Jurina and Ren. And then his gaze to people around him, his black orbs, it makes people afraid of him. And now, there just the Yuki that his black orbs just.. Really beautiful.
They really took a long time just for playing, It’s already 2 hours since we arrived here.
“Ano.. is that man your husband ??” there’s woman beside me, looks old,but not really looks like that,maybe around 30
“No, he’s my boyfriend, I’m still in high school” I said while smiling to her

“No! of course no, the boy with him is my cousin..” I said a little bit loud for her to heard, I think my face already red now

“M-Mayu… Argh! I can’t doing it!!!” Yuki then hug me tightly
“I will be in your side, It’s not over Mayu. There always ‘Us’, I will protect you no matter how. I will fighting for you,even it’s my parents. Nothing can separating us” Yuki stroke my hair while I’m crying on his embrace
“Now.. don’t waste your tears. Let’s go home” Yuki release his hug then stand up

We arrived at home, I say to Kaoru to just go inside first, so outside there just me and Yuki

Yuki make me facing him,and kissed me gently. It’s a little long, and somehow my tears coming out again. We pulled out, then Yuki wipe off my tears,smiling again to me
“I love you,Mayu..”

“Ja ne,Mayu-chan..” again, he took some step to go to his motorcycle. But, now I won’t called him again. Even know it’s hard, I know that the one who suffering because of it not just me, Yuki is the one who most suffering in this state.

The man who took me with him, bring me to a group of people. They all have red eyes. Are they all use soft lens?? God, what the heck are they?!

They talked for a while. Seriously, are they took me just to listen their stupid conversation?!

Everything on Yuki seems not like him. What I thinking now is, it’s not Yuki. Maybe something has entered into Yuki’s body. I-It’s not him…
With his power, he can broke their legs easily. But, is he really Yuki?? He looks different. Everything about him is different. Is it why he said we’re different??
“Mayu, go!” Yuki shout to me while still fight against them
“N-No!”

The last men survive there already knocked by Yuki
“What the heck are you thinking about huh?! They’re different!! They not like you!! Just with one single punch, you can die!!” I still keep silent

“one more thing, I’m not human. I’m demon” So that’s why he can be with me forever, huh? Maybe his parents already know about me and him. Maybe the engagement just to separated me and Yuki.
“it’s not like I can’t be with you, there so many demon who fall in love with human and married. But, my father never wanted me to be with human. He wanted me to be with the same like our creature. He wanted me to be with a demon too” he said
“it’s already dark. You must go home, and I can’t be here to long if it’s already dark.” He said
“want me to drive you home?? Maybe I don’t bring my car or anything to drive you home, but I always bring my back you know..”

“not really, hehe. C’mon we must go home now” he lift up me to his back

"Mayu! I've searching for you all entire school!! Gzz, I don't know why you always like to be in here" Jurina suddenly came and almost broke the door, 'yeah, she opened it to hard'

“Tadaimaa...” I said. Then Kaoru coming to us while smilling happily.
“Jurina Nee-chan!!” he approach Jurina then hugging her.
“Hey, long time no see you, Kao-chan” Jurina said.
“Who is your sibling actually?” I said to him, then he just grinning.
“Hehe, welcome home, Mayu Nee-chan” he said than hugging me.
“Yeah, yeah, just continue your game. Me and her will go to my room” I said.
“Mou, but I want to play with Jurina Nee-chan” he pouted.
“I can play with you later, okay? After I finished my work with that cyborg over there” Jurina said while pointing her finger to me, then laughing.
“Hey, stop teasing me..” I said. This two people just like the old times.
“Okay, okay. Let’s go to your room” she said. Then we head to my room.
“Hmm, it stills same like the last time I'm going here” she said while examined my room.
“I’m too lazy to change this room” I said to her.
“Oh, you’re right. You’re just a lazy cyborg” she said while grinning.
“Stop with that cyborg thing, It's not funny” I said.
“Yeah, yeah. Sorry” she said then sat on my bed, still examined my room. Then see took the frame picture beside my bed. There was me and Yuki. Our first photo together, maybe the first and last.
“Actually, you two look great together” Jurina said while smiling then look into me.
“But fate doesn’t seem like it never want me to be together with him. There’s something that always separated us” I said to her. She still smiling and put the frame picture back to it place.
“No, not yet. Sometimes, love will need some sacrifice” Jurina said.
“Well, is this the teddy bear that Yuki gave to you?” Jurina took the teddy bear on top of the bed.
“Y-Yeah, that’s the teddy bear that I’ve told to you before” I said to her. I’m still remember how hard Yuki tries to get that teddy bear.
“Hey, you’re daydreaming huh??” Jurina grinning to me.
“E-Eh? Etto..”

Yuki awake from his long sleep. He’s still confused, ‘What the hell is tihs?? And why I’m here?’ He thought. His hand tied by some seal. Now he remembers, he was dragged by Rino. So there was rino, on the other side of the room.
“Finally... God, I’ve wait for you to awake for 10 hours.” Rino said.
“I never told you to wait for me. And why you bring me to this room. Come on, open this seal.” Yuki said to Rino while show him his arm.
“No way. Your father told me to do that.” Rino said
“Ah, come on. I must go to school today. I have a test.” Yuki said to rino while sighing.
‘He’s awake?’
“Yes, he’s awake.”
‘Finally. Then do it now.’
“But...”
‘Can’t but. It’s almost late.’
“Okay...”
“Again, I’m sorry, Yuki. I can’t do anything.” Rino said while approach to Yuki.
“Don’t say that my father told you to hypnotized me,again? No way!”
“I’m sorry. I must obey him”
Yuki was struggled, trying to escape. But unfortunately, the seal made he can’t use his power.
“What the, what’s wrong with you? I think you understand me?! But why,”

Rino put his hand to Yuki’s head that made Yuki stop to shutting to him. Yuki’s eyes suddenly become red, same as his hair. He transformed to a Demon, under Rino’s control.
“Go to earth, take Watanabe Mayu here. Just her, don’t do anything except my order, understand, Black?” Rino said to Yuki while Yuki just showed him expressionless face.
“Hai.”

Mayu was on her way to school with Jurina. Since today Ren must attend a meeting with other school, so Jurina going to school with her. It’s not like Jurina just with her while Ren can’t, well... maybe that’s true. But actually Jurina just want to be with him when he has a day off, that’s not rare since Ren is a super busy people, and of course Mayu understand it as her friend.
“Mayu, I think the man in front of there always looking on you.” Jurina said to Mayu while pointing to the man at the bust stop in front of them.
“Eh, that’s the same guy who fought with Yuki a week ago.” Mayu said. She stll remember it clearly, when some group of man took her and Yuki saved her, when Yuki revealed another side of him. And now, the lead of the group came again, approaching Mayu and Jurina.
“Sorry, but go away if you still love your life.” That man said to Jurina while trying to take Mayu from her. But Jurina is a strong girl, she hold Mayu tight.
“But, unfortunately, I rather die than seeing my friend taken by a weird guy.” She said
“How dare you..?!”
“What’s wrong here? Is there something bother your work, Sano-san?” there’s a guy, looked a little bit young than the man in front of Mayu and Jurina.
“Y-Yuki?”
“Hey Yuki, you know him huh? So please make him go away from here. We’re late to go to school.” Jurina say to Yuki.
“Sorry? I’ve never meet you before. And Sano-san, do your work faster so we can go back to Hell city, it sucks to be here.” He said
“Yuki? Something has go inside you right? There’s no way you don’t know me. Hey, we’ve promise each other. You’ve promise to me Yuki, don’t you remember it?” Mayu said while shaking Yuki’s body. But Yuki seems different, he really doesn’t know about Mayu and Jurina.
“Yuki! She’s your girlfriend!!” Jurina said while strugging from ‘that’ Sano-san hand, but she’s still weak compare to Sano-san. Sano-san can defeat her easily.
‘Those orbs, I know you still there, Yuki. Please, be you again Yuki’ Mayu thought
Before Mayu said other things to him, the man that Yuki called ‘Sano-san’ already took her. He said some spell to her, and then she fainted.
“Mayu! Oi! Where do you bring her?!” Jurina said
“Shut up.” Yuki said while make a portal for him and Sano-san who bring Mayu

“Urgh...” I said while rubbing my head. It’s hurts, really.
“Mayu! Where is her?! Oi! Sano, where is her?! and why I’m here?!” I said, trying to unleased the seal on my arm.
“Y-Yuki-sama?! E-Eto, Rino-sama put some spell to you to make you follow his order.” Sano said to me.
“Again?! And wher he took Mayu?!” I said to him.
“Rino-sama took her to the execution room. I heard that Lord-sama will make a special excecution for her.” Sano said
“That old man?! Okay. You, stay here.” I sad then running to that execution room. ‘I must save her, even if that will sacrifice my life. I’ll still do it.’
“What’s going on here?! And what the heck is this?!” I said after get in to the room.
“Y-Yuki?!” I heard Mayu’s voice. She’s really here!
“Mayu?! Where are you ?!” I said, and then someone appear in front of the big walls.
“Well, well... I’ve already waiting for you to coming, Yuki.” He said while holding Mayu with his hand.
“Why? Are you shock because seeing you girlfriend here? Did you the one who bring her here?”
“Urgh! Why you... She has nothing to do with this! If you want to kill someone, then kill me instead!” I said to him
“I’m doing it so you can stop this stupid thing!! If you didn’t fall in love with this human, so it will never happen! Yuki, I never want you to feel this too...” he kneeled down while put his hand to his head.
“You mean, you’ve felt the same feeling like me before?” I said
“Yes, your father once falls in love to an ordinary human.” My mother coming from somewhere I don't even know.
“Mom?”
“Rina, we’re here not to tell a story to him.” My father said
“And now that ordinary human already being a demon, live happily with the one she loved.” My mother said while smiling to me, then walked to my direction.
“You mean, you’re the... so why he’s forbid me to be with her?” I said
“You know a rule that forbid us to married a human, right? And your father once break the rule, that’s why, I’m changed into a demon. But now, your father doesn’t want to make her into a demon because..”
“There are many things different between us and human. And, for being a demon, she must do many tests. That test really hard and that almost made your mother died.” Father cut the conversation between me and mom.
“I’ll do it.”
“No, you’ll regret it, Mayu. It’s hard to be a demon. You’ll definitely...”
“If I always with you, I’m sure I’ll never regret it.”
“I don’t agree, I’m the one who will change you into a demon, and I never agree if you choose to be a demon.” My father said
“But..”
“Mayu-chan, you don’t need to be like us.”
“For the good of us all. Mayu-chan, did you mind if I erase you memory about us. And it’s not just you, but all of your friends too.”
“Mom.. Is there doesn’t have any other choice?”
“It's the safest plan to do. She must forget all the things about us.”
“But mom...”
“So, Mayu-chan, do you mind?” again, my mom asked that once again to her
“Sorry, Yuki-kun. I’ll do it. Maybe it’s really the best way for us. But don’t worry, even if I lost my memories about you, about us... I know, when we meet again someday, I’ll definitely fall in love with you again. If it’s not now or someday before I die, I would be reincarnated and I’ll fall in love with you again.” Mayu said while crying, how silly, she’s crying while smiling to me.
I can’t hold again my tears, so I let it fall to my cheeks and running to Mayu, then hold her into my arms tightly. She replies my arms and put her head to my shoulders. She’s still sobbing, maybe thinking that it will be our last hug, our last time to see each other.
“Don’t cry. Don’t let your tears flow just because of me.” I said to her
“How silly, you’re cry too but you forbid me to crying.” She said
“Hey..” I said
“Hmm?”
“Wait for me.”
“Un, then I’ll wait for you, but don’t make me wait for a long time, okay?”
“I will...”
“Ehem, is there any... Ehem, goodbye kisses?” I and Mayu blushed as we heard that words from my father. Gezz, that old man.
“Ehemm.. We’re waiting.” Rino said while imitated my father doing, pretend to cough.
So, as they said, I and Mayu shared our goodbye kiss, it just a sweet but deep kiss. I felt tears flow to my cheeks, it’s not mine, but Mayu’s. She’s crying again. So I release our kiss.
“I’ve told you to not crying, right?” I said
“I can’t hold it anymore. It’s too hard.” She said while still crying but pouting as well.
“It’s too painful, ne? I don’t want it too, but what can I do?” I said to her
“Yuki, now it’s the time.” My mom said
“Hai.”
“Mayu-chan, are you ready now?” My mom asked Mayu.
“Un.”
“So let’s begin.”
My mom put some spell to her, and then before she’s disappearing, she opened her eyes.
“Sayonara.” We both said together.
‘I’ll come for you, Mayu. Please wait for me.’

It’s been 1 year since that day when Mayu agree to remove all of her memory about all the things about me and us. My engagement with Haruna already canceled, and now she’s with her beloved from Oshima’s family, Oshima Yuu. I was there when the wedding held on. She’s really happy with him, and Yuu is a great man for her. About Mayu, since that day I always put my eyes on her. Well, father never let me to go there more than 3 hours.
It’s bored, I can see Mayu from afar, but I want to meet her. I want to fulfill a promise to her. But seeing her from afar made me think, she’s really forget about me, huh? I’ve seen her black out sometimes but that’s her habit. I think maybe I don’t need to come to her.
“Yuki-kun, you’re down latterly. Did something bothering you?” mom suddenly coming to my room and sit beside me.
“It’s nothing, mom.” I said.
“It’s about Mayu-chan, right? Or do I wrong?” she said
“I-I don’t know.” I said
“Do you love her?” mom asked
“I do love her. I really really love her. But since that day, it seems like really don’t know about me. That’s just, if she really love me, so she will feel something weird, right?” I said

It’s been a year since I found collapse at the bus stop near my house. I don't know that someone want to steal my purse but instead of that, he knock out me and Jurina. Then somebody bring us to the near hospital. It’s weird actually, how can I don’t remember that day, even Jurina remember it!
Since that day, I feel like somebody always ‘stalking’ on me. I don’t know who is that but I think it’s a guy since I’ve once accidentally bump to him. He immediately apologizes to me then running away, and from his voice, I’m sure he’s a guy. He always wears a black long coat while he covered his head with a hood. Well, actually that’s look cool. Somehow it’s looks like Kirito-kun from SAO with his black long coat.
There’s many things that I think weird since one year ago, aside from the incident, I feel like there’s one more things that I forgot, and that’s make my heart feel so heavy. I think this thing is really important to me. But I don't have any clue about this. And then, well... You all know me. Many people confess to me but somehow I felt that I’m already someone’s. I don't know who is she/he but this is really confused me!
“Oi, don’t daydreaming while it’s still morning.” Jurina said.
“It’s none of your business.” I said.
“Hey, you’re so cold lately. Did the last person who confesses to you already took your heart and you’re confused how to tell that to the boy?” Jurina said while sit beside me.
“Stupid. Of course not, you know I’m not interested to them.” I said.
“So, you’re interested to girls? Wow...” she said.

“Kashiwagi Yuki, yoroshiku.” He said then bowing.
“Everyone, please get along with him. And then, you can sit over there, Kashiwagi-san.” Kitagara-sensei said then he walked to his seat beside the window on the back, right beside me.
“Class, I think I forgot something, please wait a minute.” My teacher said then exited the classroom.

Every girl in my class seems really excited about their handsome classmate. Well, he looks pretty good, but... not interested.

Yosh! Break time! After Kitagara-sensei exited the class, all of the girls on the class running to Kashiwagi-san seat. But he just walked away then exited the room. He’s weird.
Well, I’m going out of this class too. It’s bored. So I took my bento and exited the room. Jurina followed me behind. We went to our usual spot, the rooftop. But when we reach there, I saw somebody already there. Ah, that’s Kashiwagi-san! Looks like he doesn’t bring any bento there, he just enjoying the scenery.
“Ah, that’s Kashiwagi-san.” Jurina said
“I know.”
He suddenly looks to our direction.
“M.. Watanabe-san! Eto, just, don't worry, I’ll go...” he said then walking to the door. Did he saying my name just now?
“Eh, no!” I said to him while hold his arm so he doesn’t going anywhere. Eh, what did I do? Why is this sudden feeling coming to me?
“Mayu?” Jurina said.
“I’m sorry.” I said then let go his arm.
“Ano, Kashiwagi-san, just now you’re calling Mayu her name right? How did you know her name?” Jurina said to him.
“A-Ahh, s-she... She got 1st place for the final test, right?” He said while scratch his head then laughing.
“Souka...” Jurina said then she walked to a bench behind Kashiwagi-san, I just walked behind her.
“Kashiwagi-san, you can sit here if you want.” Jurina said while smiling.
“H-Hai.” Then he walked to our direction.
“So, where do you come from?” Jurina said to him.
“H-Hokkaido, I’m from Hokkaido.” He said.
“Ahh, anyway, I’m Matsui Jurina. Yoroshiku!” Jurina said.
“Kashiwagi Yuki desu.” He said. I just remain silent since I don't want anything like just now will happen again.
“The, she’s Watanabe Mayu, as you know, she’s the one who got 1st place on final test.” Jurina introducing me to him.
“H-Hai, Watanabe Mayu desu.” I said.
“Kashiwagi Yuki.” He said then smiling to me. His smile, ahh it’s make me blushed so hard!
So we continued our talk until the lunch break ends. I was grateful that Jurina is here. If not, it will be an awkward moment! I don't know why but being beside him made me feel comfortable. Somehow I think I’ve known him really well. I think there’s something deep in my heart, telling me that he is someone I used to know.
The class ended, I pack my stuff to my bag and exited the class. It seems like Jurina was talking to Kashiwagi-san. When she’s done talked with him, she walked to my direction.
“Gomen ne, Mayu. I have something to do with Ren-kun. I’ve talked to Kashiwagi-san to walk you home since you’re always bothered by that ‘stalker’ of you, and Kashiwagi-san agree to do that. You’re okay with that, right?” Jurina said to me while show me her famous puppy eyes.
“Okay okay, it’s fine.” I said. Suddenly Jurina hugging me thighly.
“Thank you so much! So I’ll go now, Ja~” she said while removed her arms and then maybe going to student council room.
“So, Watanabe-san, shall we go now?” Kashiwagi-san suddenly appear and drag me out.

We walked together like some couple, actually being beside him made me feel safer. And...
“Ah! Kashiwagi-san, this is my house. I’m going now.” I suddenly said to Kashiwagi-san.

“Can we drop the honnorific? It’s just I like to being called with my name than called with my family name.” He said while scratch his head.
“Sure, Y-Yuki. Then you can call me Mayu.” I said.

He suddenly looks to our direction.
“M.. Watanabe-san! Eto, just, don't worry, I’ll go...” he said then walking to the door. Did he saying my name just now?
“Eh, no!” I said to him while hold his arm so he doesn’t going anywhere. Eh, what did I do? Why is this sudden feeling coming to me?
“Mayu?” Jurina said.
“I’m sorry.” I said then let go his arm.
“Ano, Kashiwagi-san, just now you’re calling Mayu her name right? How did you know her name?” Jurina said to him.
“A-Ahh, s-she... She got 1st place for the final test, right?” He said while scratch his head then laughing.
“Souka...” Jurina said then she walked to a bench behind Kashiwagi-san, I just walked behind her.
“Kashiwagi-san, you can sit here if you want.” Jurina said while smiling.
“H-Hai.” Then he walked to our direction.
“So, where do you come from?” Jurina said to him.
“H-Hokkaido, I’m from Hokkaido.” He said.
“Ahh, anyway, I’m Matsui Jurina. Yoroshiku!” Jurina said.
“Kashiwagi Yuki desu.” He said. I just remain silent since I don't want anything like just now will happen again.
“The, she’s Watanabe Mayu, as you know, she’s the one who got 1st place on final test.” Jurina introducing me to him.
“H-Hai, Watanabe Mayu desu.” I said.
“Kashiwagi Yuki.” He said then smiling to me. His smile, ahh it’s make me blushed so hard!
So we continued our talk until the lunch break ends. I was grateful that Jurina is here. If not, it will be an awkward moment! I don't know why but being beside him made me feel comfortable. Somehow I think I’ve known him really well. I think there’s something deep in my heart, telling me that he is someone I used to know.
The class ended, I pack my stuff to my bag and exited the class. It seems like Jurina was talking to Kashiwagi-san. When she’s done talked with him, she walked to my direction.
“Gomen ne, Mayu. I have something to do with Ren-kun. I’ve talked to Kashiwagi-san to walk you home since you’re always bothered by that ‘stalker’ of you, and Kashiwagi-san agree to do that. You’re okay with that, right?” Jurina said to me while show me her famous puppy eyes.
“Okay okay, it’s fine.” I said. Suddenly Jurina hugging me thighly.
“Thank you so much! So I’ll go now, Ja~” she said while removed her arms and then maybe going to student council room.
“So, Watanabe-san, shall we go now?” Kashiwagi-san suddenly appear and drag me out.

We walked together like some couple, actually being beside him made me feel safer. And...
“Ah! Kashiwagi-san, this is my house. I’m going now.” I suddenly said to Kashiwagi-san.

“Tadaima.” I said as I walked to the living room and finding Kaoru still playing with his GUNDAM model kit. Well, that one is my birthday gift for him from a few months ago. Ah, Kaoru is my cousin, his parents often go overseas and then he will be here.
“Eh, okaeri, Mayu Nee-chan.” He said then smiled, “you’re already eat your lunch, right?” , “Of course!”
“Okay then, I’ll be on my room if you need something.”
“Hai!”
I locked the door and throw myself to the bed. Yuki just seem really familiar for me. His face, his smile, even his cold personality, seems really familiar.
I rolled my body to the left side. I found something tucked with the desk, so I stood up and moving towards the desk. Then I looked at it, ‘it looks like a doll, or a pillow?’ I thought. I took it and found that it was a teddy bear.
“This doll belongs to whom?” I thought. Since the one who ever going to my house and my room is only Jurina. But I never seen she’s bring a teddy bear. Well, even if she had it, she wouldn’t bring it here, I know her well. Nah, just keep it here, someone will notice if their stuff missing.

“Mayu, well, you know, tomorrow is Sunday and, yeah...”
“You want to cancel our promise to go to the anime shop, right?”
Jurina’s sweat running down to her face as I moved the other page of the book I’ve read.
“Eto, I forgot that I had a date with Ren-kun tomorrow.” Jurina said while laughing,
“Gzz, you two really need to be married as soon as possible. Just forget about our promise, you can go with him.” I said while closed that book then facing Jurina. Seriously, she’s always like this, forgetting things, I wonder how Ren-senpai can be with her for these 3 years?
“Eh, really?” Jurina said,
“Just do anything you like with Senpai, I don't care, I can go there alone.” I said to her.
“Ne, Mayu, how about a double date?”
“What?”
“A double date. I can find a boy for you if you want. Maybe Yuki could work.” Jurina said while put her hand to her chin; make a pose that she was thinking. Well, actualy Yuki is fine, eh, what I’m saying...
“Nope, I prefer to just watch K-ON! At home, I miss Mio-chan~” I said. Since the first day of school I became really busy and it made me can’t watch K-ON! It’s bored.
“Come on~~ I always want to have a double date with you, Yuki is a good guy you know. Or you want with Kao-chan?”
“If you want to destroy your private time with Ren-senpai again, then it’s okay.” I said. Well, we’ve once bring Kaoru to the amusement park. And all he’s doing is just pulled Ren-senpai to every vehicle he wanted, and left me and Jurina. God, he really doesn’t know what thing he does.
“Ahh, you’re right. So that’s why I told you to be with Yuki instead!” Jurina said.
“I told you, I prefer to be at home than going on a stupid date thing.” I said.
“Come on, forget about that stupid boyfriend on your mind. Time to move on!” Jurina said while pouted,
“I don't have any stupid boyfriend that you’re talking about! It just I think that I’ve forgotten something.” I said to her. Her pout changed into a smile after seeing someone entering the class.
Suddenly, Yuki appear from outside the class then walked to his seat, but Jurina hold him and pulled him near us.
“Ne, Yuki-kun, would you mind if you have a date with Mayu?” Jurina asked him, he just scratch his head. Hmm, are they already close each other? Jurina called him ‘Yuki-kun’ just now. Wait, I sound like I’m jealous, okay, just act like usual.
“Ehh, s-sure?” he said while titled his head. He’s hesitated! I know it!
“Jurina, you’re forced him.” I said.
“No I didn’t! I asked him, and he doesn’t matter about it, come on~”
“Okay-okay, just this once.”

So in the end I must go to that double date, with Yuki as my couple. I’m wearing a white one piece, and let my hair unraveled down. I don't know why but Jurina seems really like Yuki as my couple, even when she can’t go home together with me after school, she will tell him to walk me home instead. It looks like Yuki already there, with Ren-senpai and Jurina. They sure fast.
“Oi Mayu over here!” Jurina shouted from afar. I approach them,
“Did I late? Sorry I must take Kaoru to my aunt place first because there’s just me and him at home; he told me that he’s bored being alone every day.” I said
“Nope, you’re on time! Anyway, let’s going now~” Jurina said then pulled Ren-senpai with her. Leaving me and Yuki back behind. It’s awkward, we just walked without saying anything, and even we took a few centimeters for the gap. Yuki looks really handsome today, actually. He wears a t-shirt and a long jeans. His hair, it just, too cool.
“Mayu?” I snapped from my imagination, we stopped,
“E-Eh, yeah, sorry.” I said to him, then he laughed,
“Shall we move now?” Yuki gave me his hand while smiled. He offered his hand? Well, in the end I took his hand and start walking again. We really look like a couple. My heart beats faster than I ever felt, it’s like ‘badump, badump, badump’ and its reaaallllyyy fast. My flushed face looks like a red tomato. Ahh, it’s embarrassing!!
We stopped at the amusement park, ahh~ I’ve heard that Jurina really like this amusement park since Ren-senpai brought her here. I never go to this place before but there’s something nostalgic about this place. I’m not imaging thing, but I really felt that I was here before, with someone. Ugh, just forget it.
“Ren-kun let’s go there~~” Jurina pulled Ren-senpai to the carousel while Ren-senpai just followed anything she said while smiled then saying to us to meet again 2 hours later. They really look like a married couple, and they’re looks good together.
“Well, since they already going now. We must going somewhere too, ne?” Yuki said to me then I nodded,
“Un.”
So we played almost all of the games there, from the carousel until the haunted house. I really liked his expression when we ride the roller coaster. He looks weird! I can’t
stop laughing to him when the ride stopped. And he just like ‘stop it already, it’s not funny.’
And about the haunted house, I don't know what to say anymore. I’m not good with supernatural things and well, that’s really scared me. I don't care that I was hugging and hold onto him, well, he seems doesn’t really care about it. Even he’s helped me to keep moving on until the end of the path.
“Do you feel tired?” Yuki said while I was rubbed my eyes. Actually, I feel a little sleepy now.
“Actually, yeah, a little.” I said while laughing a little, then I heard that he’s chuckled,
“Okay then, let’s find a bench. If you’re really tired you can hop on me. I’ll carry you.”
“No, thanks. I’m... Eh?!” Suddenly he lifts me up, carrying me with his back.
“Kya! You shocked me!” I said to him. He just laughed to me,
“You’re really stubborn, I know you tired, just sleep if you want.” He said. I do what he said. Ahh, he’s warm, it’s comforting me. He’s warmed me with his body, and somehow I felt really sleepy and then I fall asleep.

Yuki keep walked to find the bench; he doesn’t realize that the girl she carried was fall asleep until he heard she’s snoring.
“Ahh, she’s fall asleep.”
He chuckled while strengthen he’s hold to Mayu’s body.
Yuki found a bench then dropped Mayu down. He put her hair that covered her face behind her ear, so he can see her face clearly. He looked at the sleeping girl face, ‘cute, still same like the old days, Mayu.’
Meanwhile on Wmatsui side~~
“Ren-kun let’s ride the ferris wheel!” Jurina jumped around while Ren just chuckled looking at his childish girlfriend. It’s been 3 years since they’re become a couple. Jurina sure is a childish girl, but that’s one of Ren reason to propose on Jurina 1 year ago. Jurina is the childish, and Ren the mature one. Although Ren sometimes will spoil her, there’s the time that Ren will stop spoiled Jurina. Like Mayu said, they looks perfect, a perfect couple.
“Haii, you can go first, I’ll buy the ticket.” Ren bought the ticket then entered the vehicle with Jurina. The girl seems really excited because it’s been a long time since her last time being in here.
“Kireii~” Jurina said while looking at the scenery outside, same like Ren. They stay silent until they almost reach the top, Jurina decided to break the silent
“Ne, Ren-kun, do yo ever heard about ‘the ferris wheel kisses’?” Jurina asked while looked to Ren. Ren himself was blushed madly because of his girlfriend sudden question.
“E-Eh? M-Maybe?”
“Can you kiss me?”
Ren never see her girlfriend being like this before, but he’s doing what she said tought. He changed his seat next to her while his hand holds her chin. Jurina herself was stood still, waiting for the kiss. Their lips just inchies away, then Ren stroke her hair gently, leaning forward then kissed his girlfriend gently. He put his hand to her neck while Jurina hold to his waist. They deepen their kiss for other minutes and pulled off the kiss.
They lean to each other forehead, stared each other eyes with their blushed face. Jurina ‘maybe’ unconciously licked her lips that just made Ren drove insane. His face becomes redder because of it, and nervous feeling just surrounded them right now.
“Is it alright?” Ren asked her,
“Un, it’s perfect.” Jurina said while giving him her sweet smile,
Without realize, they’re finished the ride and then exited the vehicle. They going to the ice cream shop to buy some ice cream for them.
“Ren-kun I want the vanilla one!” Jurina said,
“Haii, one chocolate and one vanilla, please.” Ren said to the sellerman. So then they got their ice cream and searching for a bench, soon after that they find it.
“Jurina-chan, are you tired?” Ren asked to Jurina, who really enjoying her vanilla ice cream on her hand,
“Nope! I had a lot of fun! Do you feel it too, Ren-kun?” she replied Ren while smiled.
“Y-Yeah, I had a lot of fun too, with you.” Ren said. His hand fixing his eyeglasses while actually he just wants to hide his blushed face while doing that.
“Ne, Ren-kun, do you know where’s Yuki and Mayu? I think we’ve play for 2 hours now. It’s too fun that made me forget about times.” Jurina said smiling and scratch her head while Ren just chuckled,
“Okay then, let’s move. Maybe they’re already waited for us.” Ren said then stood up, followed by Jurina and then he took her hand then walked to find Yuki and Mayu.

I opened my eyes. Why am I here? ahh, I fall asleep. It seems like I used Yuki’s shoulders as my pillow, and he seems doesn’t matter about it. He just sat beside me, playing with his phone, and blushed? I don't know, maybe I’m just imaging that. Yuki realized that I’m awake then said,
“You’re awake?”
“Huh? Yeah, kind of.” I said,
“Ahh, I see. If you still feel sleepy then you can go back to sleep.” Yuki said to me while his hand trying to put his phone to his pocket.
“I’m fine. Jurina will come here and saying that I’m a sleepy head or worst she will say that she’s right about you dating me right now.” I said mumbling the last sentence I said to him.
He chuckled, “Okay, let’s just wait them here. Maybe they’re not yet with their...”
“Yuki-kun! Mayu! Over here!!” Jurina shouted while running to me. Ugh, she’s coming.
“How’s your date? It’s great right? I had a lot of fun in here!!” Jurina said,
“Maybe you can say it like that.” I said to her,
“Ah, guys, it’s getting dark now. Maybe we should go.” Ren said while looking to his watch. Ah, I’m forgetting about Kaoru. He will angry to me right after I took him.
“Yeahh, I think I must go to my aunt house now. Kaoru is waiting for me.” I said.
We decided to go home since it’s almost late. Well, I had fun day today, with Yuki and others. And hey, Yuki is not as cold as I thought. Sometimes, he can be kind, and actually his cold personality is really cool. And then,

“The date, its success, right? ~”
Jurina put her hand to my shoulder while we still walked to the station. I removed her hand. Jurina seems doesn’t care about my response to her words. She keep tell me that I like him and her ‘double date’ thing for me was success. Even I think it’s not a double date either. But, just call it that since we go there together.
“We will parted here then, see you next time, guys! Eh, Jurina-chan, stop clinging to Mayu, we will go home now, the train will come soon.” Ren said. Jurina let go of her hand off me then running to Ren-senpai.
“See you tomorrow~”
There’s remained me and Yuki now. Hmm, is he want to take a train too?
“Yuki-kun, you will go with a train too?” I said to him. He immediately look in to me and smiled,
“Ah, yeah. I’ll go with you.” He said.
“But I’ll go to my aunt first to take Kao-chan.” I said. But he soon grabbed my hand then pulled me to the ticket booth,

In the end, we both took Kao-chan at my aunt home. Actually it’s really fun being with Yuki. Sometimes we will walk in silent but then suddenly he will talked and make me laughed by his joke. When we finally arrived at my aunt home, she’s warmly greet us, just like usual her. And she’s kinda teasing us with boyfriend and girlfriend thing. Then Kaoru coming and we take leave with her. We continued to walk to my home since my home not really far from there, and as usual, Kaoru will do stupid things. He stopped in the middle of our way, saying that he’s tired. So Yuki carried him on the back,
“Thank you Onii-chan!” Kaoru said,
“Yeah, no problem at all. You’re not heavy so it’s fine.” Yuki said,
“Ano, Onii-chan, my name is Kaoru, are you Yuki Nii-chan that Jurina Nee-chan told about?” Kaoru said. Eh, what? Jurina told him about Yuki? Gzz, Jurina...
“Jurina? Yeah, you can call me that.” Yuki said.
“So you’re really Mayu Nee-chan boyfriend!” Kaoru said. Jurina told him that he’s my boyfriend? Seriously, tomorrow, I need many explanations from her.
“We’re just friend, okay? Nothing more.” I said to him,
“Yeah, she’s right, ahh, we’re here.”
We stood right in front of my home. Yuki dropped Kaoru down,
“Thanks for today, I... Had a lot of fun.” He said,
“Un, me too. See you tomorrow then,”
“W-Wait!”
“Huh?”
“I-I brought you this, w-well... I heard about you and Jurina wanted to go to anime shop, and that’s canceled because of this date, and... I don't know the one I brought is the one that you want, you can have it.” Yuki said while his hand holding a figure, a hetalia figure!
“Wow! Thank you, this one is the best! Thank you.” I said
“Ah, no problem.” He said,
“So, see you tomorrow.”
“Yeah, see you tomorrow.”
I reach the door and then opened it, entered my home. But then suddenly Kaoru exited the room again and calling Yuki, shouting something to him.
“Yuki Nii-chan, next time you’re going here, you must be her boyfriend, okay!?” Kaoru shouted, Yuki immediately stop after hearing that. My face blushed, ahh, he’s never thinking about telling something!
Then Yuki turned to him and smiled, “I’ll try.”

Since a few days ago, Mayu always been the target of Killer Demon. It just, that’s rare for them to just concentrate to one person. They’re not like this before.
Ah, you all not knowing about Killer Demon right? Well, they’re same like their name. They killed humans to take over the world. Our goverment already gutted them, but some of them escaped to the earth. Usually they’re living in the suburban, hiding from our goverment. And in the night they will out from their place and hunting for human. Sometimes they collect humans blood to drink it when they’re need more stamina. We’re almost same like a vampires, but the different is we’re mortal and they’re not, and then we’re not really need blood like they do.
And another weird thing from them is, they’re hunting for humans in the day, not in the night. Then, I’ve just heard that they’re started to hunting Demons too. Weird.
I was walking alone after the school ended a couple minutes ago. Mayu was already parted with Jurina at T-junction before. W-Well, actually I’m stalking to her now. It’s for her sake, okay? Since that Killer Demon always targeting for her, I don’t want her to be the one that they kill.
“A-Ah!”
Wh... What is going on there? Eh, where is her? How can I lost her?! Uh, I must find her immediately!
I start running to a dark ally that I think maybe the sounds come from there. And I’m true! Mayu was with the killer demon that I saw a couple days ago. He drop Mayu down and then laughing evily.
“She’s really, delicious. I wonder if you’ve already tasted her.”
“How dare you..!!” I changed to my demon form. That guy just smirked when seeing my form.
“Ara... it’s looks like our prince really treasuring this little girl, huh? Like father like son. Our lord really affected this prince, ne? I wonder if you tasted like this girl, my prince.” He said, lauging evily to me. Uh, I hate that laughing voice, and the dark red orbs he had.
I start running to Mayu first. Fortunately she’s just lost a few of her bloods and her heart beats was normal. Yokatta, it means she doesn’t need to go to the hospital immediately. After that, I put my fist up,
“Bring it on.”
I started punch him on his face, unfortunately he dodged my punch but then I raised my hand to punch him to his stomatch. He choked blood.
But maybe the fortune god was not on my side, he start to used his ‘power’. Argh, I lost my power in wrong time. Suddenly he was behind me and then kick me. It made me tossed to the wall about 3 meters from my spot just now.
“Argh!!”
Finally, I got back my power. My eyes and my hair was turned red. He smirked. We start fight again. But now, I could say that maybe his power disappear little by little. I was dominate the fight.
“Huh... Huh... Huh...”
“Your fighting skills, urgh... kinda great too, my prince.”
“Go or I’ll kill you right now.”
He smirked then pulled me so his mouth was near my ear right now.
“Listen to it. She’ll get her memories back, you must thank to me after this, my prince.” Eh? He know about these whole thing? Where he get that information?
“Shut up!”
I punch him,
“Urgh! But remember, she’ll never be like she used to be. The more she remember about you, the more painful she felt.”
I give him my last punch. He fell down with his body covered with blood. Urgh! He stabbed me with a knife! Immediately I signing emergency to Kora-san with my watch. I looked again to Mayu, huh, I’m happy that her wound not as much as mine.
Uh, why I feel so dizzy?

An old man said, he was on the left side of the bed. Eh? Yuki? He’s bleeding? And hy am I hre? It’s confusing! I was in the dark alley that tme and now, why an I here?
“Anything wrong, Mayu-san?” the old man said while curing Yuki’s wound. Iwas beside Yuki all these time? How long I’ve been here? And then, why is he injured? His head, hands, and even his stomatch is injured badly. What happen? I think that time with all of sudden I feel that I really want to go to that dead alley, and I forgot the rest. Is something happen in there?
“A-Ano, I just confused.” I said to him
“I see. This morning someone attack you and fortunately Yuki-sama found you. He just got a few cuts and one stab to his stomatch. Tihs cuts will not take a long time to be healed. He’ll be fine. And yours was just that one on your neck. The scars will gone soon.” Huh? Yuki got stabbed on his stomatch is it really fine?
“I-Is he really okay with that?”
“Yes. But maybe he will absen in school for a while. But he’s okay.”
“Souka.”

Huh, it’s been 1 week since that accident. That night Yuki’s butler, Kora-san immediately drive me home. And then, I never saw Yuki again, even I never heard about him again. Did he just transfer to another school? Or maybe he doesn’t want to meet me again? I feel like I’m unresponsible about his condition now. He saved me from the guy that attack me and I’m not saying thank you to him. I feel sorry for him right now.
“Hey Yuki! Where have you been this few days?”

He walked to my seat, “Ohayou, Mayu! Your scars already healed?”
“I-I'm fine. How about yours?”

“Ahh! How can I didn’t think about it before!”
Ahh, so they’re talking about that ‘duet’ thing,, Well, our school always had a school festival once a year. And unfortunately, our class decided to make a duet, and one of the one that on the duet is me. Huh, I never want it but they keep force me to do it. So now my class just need one more guy to be my partner.
“Hey, Yuki, can you play a piano?”
“Yeah, why?”
“Aha! I decided it! You’ll be Mayu’s partner on the festival!”
Ahh, so he will be my partner. Eh, he’s the one?
“Ehh, cotto,, what do you mean?”
“Come on, Yuki... don't pretend like you don’t like it. I know that you’re pretty close to her and well, even I’ve once thinking that you both maybe already in ‘that’ relationship. It’s always okay being with her, ne? Come on, don't be so shy~”

Today I will have a practice in Mayu’s house. Since I never like it when somebody coming in to my house, how if she found that picture of us and her picture in my room? Fortunately that time when she collapsed at that dark alley, Kora-san brought her to the guest room. I don't know how to explain that to her. She will think that I’m her stalker, and she will stop befriend with me. Uwah! It will be the end of the world for me!
Finally, Mayu’s house! Actually her house is not that far from my apartement. Just a few blocks away, no need to bring my motorcycle, a bike will be fine.
I knocked the door,
“Please wait for a second!”
The door opened,
“Ah, Yuki! Please come in.”
Nothing changed. It just look like the last time I was here. As always, it’s clean and tidy. Since her mom a clean person, I believe she doesn’t want her sweet home being dirty and messy.
“So, what kind of instruments do you play?” Mayu asked me while walking, I follow her behind,
“I can play guitar, piano, and also drum. My favorite is drum, but since it’s a duet, maybe we can use piano or guitar.”
“Ahh, I got it. Just choose what you want. But in my opinion, how about piano?”
“Sure.”
She guided me to the piano.
“Here it is. Well, It’s kinda old and dusty since I’ve not play it since 1 year ago, but I think it’s still as good as the new one.”
I touch the piano keys while reach the seat and sit down in front of the piano. Ahh~ it’s been a long time since my last time touching a piano. Maybe... when I’m at 13? That was before I know about drum. I really love to play piano that time while hearing my mom voices. Sometimes Sakura-chan will singing too, but Rino always interupted us with his voice calling Sakura-chan.
“So... How is it?”
“It’s still good as the new one like what you said.”
“Great then!”
After that we played many song, I played the piano while Mayu singing along the melody of the piano. Sometimes I’ll go singing to since Mayu insisted me to do that. W-Well, it’s really embarassing actually. My voice isn’t that good, but she told me it’s really good though. And her voice is really beautiful. Such a melody in my ears.
If just she’s remember everything. I really want to hug her thightly and kiss her deeply. I miss the time when we can do everything together. Even when that time I’m such a badboy, she always be there for me. Even when my love for her look like a joke, she believe it and keep going on with me. Even when my father tried to kill her that time, she keep insisted to always be with me.
All of these feeling. Love, hurt, everything mixed right now. If just I can save her.
“Yuki-kun?” I’m not realizing that Mayu calling me for a few times just now, and somehow right now her face just a few inches away from my face.
“Ah-Eh? Y-Yeah?”
“Is there anything wrong? You’re spacing out just now.”
“N-No, E-Everything is okay.”
“Hmm, okay then.” She back to her seat,
“Ano, Yuki-kun, we’re not yet deciding the song that will be our song at the school festival.” Ahh, yeah, we’re not yet decide that.
“I think every song is okay.” I said
“Eto, actually these few weeks I really love this song. I just, love it.”

“Ne, Mayu, I wonder why you really close to Yuki-kun these few days. Are you already become a couple with him?” Jurina said while we walking to go to school.
“W-What? No!” I immediately answered her words,

I speeding up my step so I was a few meters away from Jurina. She immediately running to me when realized that I’ve left her.

“But, you both looks like a couple, you know? After Kai-kun choose you both for that school festival duet, you never being so far to Yuki-kun. At class, break time, and even after school ended you will be with him.”
“We’re trained ourself for school festival.”

“Just shut up or I’ll punch you so you can’t go meet Ren-senpai this Saturday.”

Actually, I don't know what is this feelings that I’ve felt everytime I’m with Yuki. And that feeling that I’ve know him for many years, I don't know but, I’m sure I’ve met him before.
“But, hey, he’s a good boy. He’s smart, kind, and handsome. Even if he’s not as great as Ren-kun, he’s capable for you.” Jurina saidwhile we keep walking,
“you just want to say that no one is better than Ren-senpai.” I said with monotone voice
“Exactly.”

“Hey, hey, I’m just joking you know. And look at him, anyone who saw you with him will believe that you both is a couple, his way looking at you, there’s love when he look at you. There’s someting I can’t described.” Jurina said while holding her chin, I keep walking.
“Since when you become this poetic?”
“I’m being serious right now, Mayu. And hey, do you remember that you said there’s something missing in your life? I just realized that I feel that too. And when I saw Yuki, I’m feeling that I’ve know him. And you feel that too, right? You know my instict never false.” Jurina stop me from walking ahead from her with her hand holding my arm.
“Maybe, you two are reincarnation of someone in the past that being together?”
‘SMACK’
“Don't be so stupid, you know that I never believe about something like that.”
“We never know if it’s true or not. Hey! Stop walking ahead like that!”
But maybe, Jurina is right. Yuki is somehow...his exstence felt really familiar for me. I mean, he’s the first guy that I feel comfortable with, even I already close with him since our first meeting.
There’s... Something about him that I forgot. And maybe he himself forgot it too. Something that really important. But, why can’t I even get a clue? I’m not remember everything about him except when our first meeting until now.
It just, who is him actually?

“Huwahh, we’re done!”
Yuki was lied down under a big tree in the park. He put his hand under his head and he closed his eyes. Yeah, we’re in the park right now. Since the school festival will be in 1 week from now, so we must practice harder. Sometimes we will practice here in the park like this and sometimes in my house since Yuki always reject me if I tell that we must go to his house sometimes, I don't know why. If in the park like this, we usually practice with a guitar while if in my house we will use piano. Because we will perform with a piano, we just practice in the park 2 or 3 times.
“Ne, Mayu, isn’t it already dark? You should go home right now, right?” Yuki said while raised his body to sit.
“Eh, really? I must go home right now!” I quickly stood up and took my bag,
“Wanna have a ride?”
“Eh?”
Yuki kinda scratch his head,
“Well, you can go home with me since I bring my motorcycle right now. I-It just if you want to.”
“Eh, is it really fine?”
“Yeah, furthermore I’m the one who make you always go home this dark.”
So, in the end, I’m going home with Yuki. Actually I’m not really want to bother him with drive me to my home. But he insisted me to go with him, so I just follow what he want though. In the way, we just keep silent. My hand circling his waist. Since he told me to do that and, hey, his way bringing this motorcycle is ‘almost’ crazy! It’s really fast! But maybe he realized that he’s too fast, so he slowing his motorcycle.
And now, we’re right in front of my house.
“Thank you for ride me home.”
“No problem at all, my apartement is near your house, and I’m insisted you to go with me though. So it’s really okay.”
“Well, even it’s like that, thank you again.”
“Okay then, I’m going now, see you tomorrow.”
After he start his motorcycle and going home, I entered my house. It’s looks like Kaoru already at house. As what I said sometimes ago, Kaoru’s parents always going on a overseas trip because of bussiness. And now, because he almost spend his time in Tokyo, my parents suggest to just let him live with us in Tokyo. And well, his parents agree so he can have friends at house.
“Mayu Nee-chan, okaeri!!” Kaoru suddenly coming from nowhere then hugging me,
“Hmm, hmm, now what do you want?” I said while patting his head,
“Nothing, Minami-sensei said to me that if today I meet someone I love, I must hug them!” he said excitedly while jumping.
“Okay then, I’m going to my room now, I’m really tired~~”
“You’re going with Yuki Nii-chan, right? Hehe~ I want to hear your song with him, it’s reeeaaalllyyy good!”
“Sometimes when he’s here again, okay?”
I pat his head again and start walking to the stairs. But again, he stop me.
“Ne, Mayu Nee-chan, is Yuki Nii-chan already confess to you?”
“Eh?”
I turned back and saw Kaoru just put his wide smile while facing me,
“He said that he will be your boyfriend when he come here again, so is he already confess to you?”
“Gzz, you’re the one who make him said that.”
“But it just maybe he will do that. And it looks like you like him to, ne?”
“For the god sake, Kaoru, you just a little kid. Who told you about it?”
“Minami-sensei had a boyfriend and he always drive Minami-sensei to my kindergarten and fetch her. Sometimes he will help Minami-sensei when teaching us and telling someting about her, and he said ‘your Minami-sensei became my girlfriend because she love me, and so do i.’ And maybe Yuki Nii-chan love you and he’ll become your boyfriend!”
What the heck is he tell about?! Is he don't know that’s a kindergarten, not a highschool.
“Forget it, I’m going to my room.”
I start climbing the stairs and go to my room. I throw my self to the bed immediately after I go inside my room. Huwahh~ I’m so tired~ But actually being with him always fun! He’s funny.
Thinking about him made me remember something that Jurina tell me in the morning.
Yuki surely had a familiar face for me. All about him is familiar to me. Really familiar. And then, he almost call me Mayu in our first meeting. Well, he’s true about I’m at the first place at the final test. But, I think that’s not an important thing for a new student, right? Or it just my thought?
Even when I feel... I don't know, when I feel like there’s butterflies in my stomatch, it’s seem familiar too. Jurina once said to me that if you feel butterfiles in your stomatch, that means you’re in love. But hey, that means I already familiar with these feeling, I already familiar with loving him.
Hey, so I’m in love with Yuki right now?

The day of the school festival already came. Uwahh! I’m really nervous, and Yuki not yet came to school. How if he suddenly got something in his way to school and can’t came here? What should I do?! Who will playing the piano? And, how if I just can do it with Yuki?
“M-Mayu, I’m sorry. That stupid thing suddenly can’t turned on. The perform, it’s not yet get started, right?” suddenly Yuki appeared in front of me. I just hug him thightly.
“Baka! I’m worried as hell, you know?! How if the perform is canceled due to your late?!” I said to him then break the hug and pouted.
“But it’s not yet started, right? You don't need to be that worried. I will come, even if my motorcycle can’t turned on, I’ll running from that place to here just to made sure we will perform.” He said while approaching me,
“Come on, I’m sorry, okay?” he patted my head softly.
That way of him treating me, I always love it. His smile, I love it more than anything else in this world. And, I just realized that he’s really good with that black suit. And, his hair cut today is really great. He should do it early.

“Okay, I’ll forgive you for this time just because we need to hurry to the hall.” I said

Through of our way to the hall. We just keep silent. Well, I don't really know what to say to Yuki. He’s really handsome today. And, well, yeah, I don't have any courage to tell him that. And, if I told him that, he may think that I like him. Eh, do I like him?
“A-Ano, Mayu, that red gown really look good on you.” Yuki said while we keep walking. I relieved that I’m ahead from him. I believe my face is really red right now. I can feel the heat that maybe made my cheeks look red now.
“T-Thank you.” I replied him while keep fastened my step. Come on, Mayu, be your usual self!
So now we’re already arrived at the hall. The Festival Committee scold us because we’re really late since the music performance already started and it almost our time to perform. We said sorry to him and then he led us to the back stage.
“Your performance will start in 10 minutes, you can prepare yourself first before performing the duet. Good luck!” the boy from the Festival Committee said then he leaved us both to prepare ourself.
I’m so nervous! I’m so afraid that maybe I’ll do a wrong thing on the stage and ruined everything that we’ve prepared. I’m not really good at singing too though. Compared to Yuki, my voice are far from good.
“Everything is going to be fine. We can do it!” Yuki suddenly hold my hand tightly and looking in to my eyes.
“But, Yuki, I’m not sure if my voiceis good enough. What if – “
“Stop saying it. You can do it. And your voice is reaallyy beautiful, I believe your fans will screaming your name loudly when we perform.” He said while showed me his smile.
“What an awesome performance from them! So, how about the next one? The Duet from 2-A! We sure know that...”
“Now, I think they already called us, let’s go.” He stood up then gave me his hand, I happily took it and stood up as well.

There’s a long silent between me and Yuki after we finished the song. And it seems like the audience is too silent for a Music Festival like this.

The audience starts to clapping their hands. I looked at Yuki, it seems like he’s looking at me too. He showed me a smile and make a small voice “I told you so” so then I replied him “Arigatou”
But, why suddenly I feel dizzy? And, why Yuki become 2?
“Mayu!”
Suddenly, I fell down, and everything become black.

“Mayu!”
Yuki rushed to catch Mayu before she fall to the ground. Fortunately, he can catch her before she fall. He start to check Mayu’s pulse before he brought her to the infirmary. Looking at her face or her body heat, he knows that Mayu is not have a cold. He just keep waiting for Mayu to awake. He hold Mayu’s hand tightly, not wanting to released it from his grip. From what Yuki know, Mayu is a girl that easily got sick. She’s rarely join the physical exercise in the sportfield. Usually she’s just sit at somewhere and reading her book while others playing sports. Knowing that fact, it just made Yuki more worried about Mayu’s condition right now.
After a few minutes waiting, Mayu finally awake.
“Mayu? Are you okay?”
“Yuki?”
“I’m here, is there any problem? Are you having ill now? Should I drive you home?”
“No, wait, there’s something I want to ask to you.”
Mayu tried to sit so she can talk to Yuki better. Yuki tried to help her, but Mayu just refused it softly. After that, everything become silent since Mayu said that there’s something she want to ask to Yuki, but she still in her silence. Yuki keep waiting for her to said what she want to said patiently.
“A-Ano, Yuki, can I... hug you right now?”
Without blabbering anymore, Yuki just circling his arms to Mayu’s waist and Mayu do the same too. After doing that, Yuki suddenly heard a sniff that come from Mayu. He want to looked at Mayu face, but Mayu hold on to his black suit.
“N-No! J-Just, don't do it. I don't want you to see my face right now. I-It’s emmbarassing.”
Yuki chuckled softly after hearing that from Mayu. Well, it’s really her. She’s still the same Mayu that he know before. The only thing that different from her is, she’s not remembering Yuki and everything that involved him. And that’s Yuki’s job to bring her memories back.
“You should – “
“D-Don't go!” Mayu suddenly cut Yuki’s words.
“D-Don't, don’t go anywhere. T-That’s what I want to say.” Mayu clutched Yuki’s suit tightly,
“Don’t go away from me again. T-There’s something inside me told me to say that. I-I don’t know what is it. But, please, don’t go.” Mayu keep clutching on Yuki’s suit. Tears start to forming on her eyes.
Yuki just keep his ears hearing every words that Mayu said to him, every single words is really meaningful for him.
“C-Can you promise me?”
“Of course, I promise.”

Yuki was walked down the street. After he drove Mayu to her house, he took a way to his house then put back his motorcycle to his garage. He felt bored if just being at his house, and maybe it will make him thought about Mayu more. So he decided to just walk to somewhere, everywhere his foot brought him.
Without realized it, he arrived at a park. It’s the park that he, Mayu, and Kaoru went a year ago; the park where he told Mayu about his engagement with Haruna. Remembering that, he smiled softly. Time goes fast for him.
He found a great place to calm himself in the middle of the park. That part of the park is filled with many kinds of plants and flowers. Many of them are his mom’s favorite. Yuki’s mother is always love flowers. She always took care of her flowers at the backyard of the palace. Yeah, even there’s a flowers in hell. And, although Yuki is a man, he seems to have the same habit of her mother. They both usually gardening together when Yuki is still a little boy.
“Oi Yuki! There you are! I’m searching you all over the city!” Suddenly, a man in black suit around Yuki’s age yelling and running to Yuki. He is Yuki’s best friend, Rino.
“Ah, I know it was you. What?” Yuki replied him then looked to the flowers again.
“Hey, I found something that will help you bring back Mayu’s memory now! You should listen to me carefully, gzz.” Rino said while crossed his arms.
“What? How can...”
“Aishiteiru.”
Yuki frowned,
“Wait, you said what?”
“Aishiteiru.”
“Hey, you’re not in to guys, right?”
“No! Man, that’s the spell!”
Yuki was startled for a while. Rino continued his words,
“If the one who lost their memory saying Aishiteiru to the person he/she love with all of their heart before the spell was pronounced, then he/she will get back their memory slowly.”
Yuki keep on his thought, thinking did Mayu ever say that word to him.
‘aishiteiru, aishiteiru’
“Aishiteiru! I just realized that! The song that we played together, it has aishiteiru on the lyric! But, she said that while looking at me accidentally.”
“Well that’s a coincidence! It just said that at least she said that word to you with all of her heart. Maybe she wasn’t said that to you, but she sang that song with all of her heart while looking at you, right?”
Yuki start to remember that Mayu suddenly collapse and saying weird things to him after she’s awake this morning. Is it because of the spell? He doesn’t know. From now on, he just need to wait to the time when Mayu remember everything about him again. He just need to watch over her a little bit longer until that time comes.
“But...”
“But what?”
“But you never told her about her past with you, right? If you told her about it, then she can’t remember every memories about you and us. So be careful with your words.”

Today; after school ended, the class representative; Kai treat the whole class for a party in his house. He decided to make a party because Mayu and Yuki’s success on the School Festival. Well, since it was him whom forced them to do that, he thought that maybe it’s okay to make something for them.
“Oi, it’s your party, have fun a little bit more.” Kai walked to Yuki then put his hand to Yuki’s shoulder.
“I’m not a party guy. So, I’m sorry.” Yuki kindly reject Kai’s offer.
“Hey, do you like someone right now?” Kai suddenly asked Yuki. Yuki’s face immediately flushed after hearing what Kai just said to him.
“The girl over there is cute, right? How about you approach her. Well, you’re handsome, and cool, I believe she want you to be her boyfriend. Come on~” He continued his words.
“No way! I already like someone!” Yuki shouted to Kai, I was audible enough to be heard by the people inside Kai’s house.
‘gotcha’ Kai thought.
Everyone become silent after heard what Yuki said. The boys start to whistle to Yuki and stood circling him while Kai can’t stop laughing on his chair. The girls followed what the boys doing while whispering to each other, guessing who’s the lucky girl.
“I-I mean...”
“Whoa, Yuki, no need to hide it, just spill it out~~”
“Is she right here?”
“Come on, just tell us about her already~ !”
“Yeah, who is she?”
Yuki’s face start to flushed badly. His eyes looking at everywhere and then stoped at Kai. He gave him a signal to Kai to help him. But Kai is too curious about the girl, so he kinda refused it by looking at somewhere else.
“It’s Mayu, right?” Kai suddenly said. Mayu who was standing beside Jurina; played her handphone stop to play after heard what Kai just said. Jurina took Mayu’s handphone from her grip then pushed her to the crowd, where Yuki was being pulled by the boys to stand from his chair. Now they both is looking to each other. Yuki just looking at everywhere while his hand stratch her head, and Mayu just keep looking the ground.
“W-Well, t-the boys was just, you know...” Yuki said to the girl in front of him. Everyone start to shut their mouth, so they can hear what Yuki said to Mayu and conversely. But suddenly, he took Mayu’s hand and hold it tightly.
“B-But, if it’s really you, is it okay?” his hold on Mayu’s hand tightened, he was waiting for a rejection from Mayu. He believed that Mayu will reject him immediately. That she will say no to him just after he told his feelings to her. However...
“If it’s you, it’s okay.” Mayu lift up her face to see Yuki’s face clearly.
“Then, if you don’t mind, would you be my girl, Mayu?” He asked Mayu again, and she just answered it with a single nod.
“Is it a yes?” Yuki can’t hold that big smile on his face. He couldn’t believe that Mayu will accept him for once again, even after the time when his mother erased Mayu’s memory one year ago.
“Of course it’s a yes, you baka.” Mayu start to face the ground again. She can’t show her flushed face to Yuki and all of her friends. All of these thing is just to embarassing for her.
“Oi, is it a time for a kiss?~~” one of their friends shouted, it made both of blushed badly.
“N-Not in front of you all!” Yuki shouted. But then, he felt something brushed on his cheek. It was Mayu’s lips.
“N-Now stop teasing us!” Mayu shouted to all of her friends, but that just made them teasing Mayu and Yuki more.
“When we meet again someday, I’ll definitely fall in love with you again.”
That word, now I know you always in there, Mayu. Yuki thought while keep smiling to Mayu, and then, Mayu saw him, and she replied Yuki’s smile with a big smile too.

It’s been a month since Mayu and Yuki become a couple. And, their relationship go well. There’s no any big problem, and no small problem either. Yuki will fetch Mayu to go to school together, and then after school they will go somewhere; cafe or park. But actually, there’s something that Mayu tried to hide from Yuki.
About her memory about him.
She start to remember some part of her memory about Yuki. From when he tell his feelings one year ago; when Yuki was still a yankee in their school. Until the part of when Yuki helped her to beat the bad guys.
Mayu still can’t understand if it just her dream or the reality. Yuki from her dream is far different than Yuki on reality. From her dream, Yuki looks like a bad guy who always going somewhere to beat people,even maybe he can kill someone just with his death glare. But on reality, Yuki is a smart guy, one of popular guy in the school, and kind to everyone.
Is it the same person? Or maybe –
“Mayu? Are you alright?” Yuki stopped Mayu’s fantasy and bring her back to reality.
“Eh? Y-Yeah, I’m fine.”
“We’re already in front of your house right now.”
“Ah – Okay then, see you tomorrow.”
Mayu was on her way to her house gate, but then Yuki’s words make her blushed and stopped,
“No ‘see you tomorrow’ kisses?” Yuki said while grinning. Mayu smiled then walked again to Yuki, she stand on her tiptoes so she can reach Yuki’s lips and then peck him softly.
“Now, satisfied already?”
Yuki smiled then he pat her head softly,
“If there’s something bothering you, just tell me about it, okay?”
Mayu stunned, she doesn’t know that Yuki actually realized it. She even not telling about this problem to Jurina, so it means it’s not Jurina who tell him about it, he find it by himself. All this time, Yuki just keep smiling to her and then he continued to walk,
“I must go now, see you tomorrow~”
As Yuki walked through the sidewalk, Mayu looked to his back, that somehow felt so familiar, in a different way. That firm back of him.

I entered my house after I can’t saw his back again. It sure felt so familiar. I wonder why... That man on my dream, he looks really resemble to Yuki. Is he Yuki’s siblings? His twin? I don't know, all these things confused me more. The things about that teddy bear is already confuse me, and this thing about the dreams is confusing me more.
“Nee-chan? Why are you just stand there? Come onnn, make some food, I’ve starving~~” Kaoru approached me while rubbed his stomatch.
“Huh? Ah, nothing. Where’s Mama? I thought she said that she will go back to Japan today and maybe will arrived at 10.” I said to him. Ah, it’s been a long time since the last time Mama being here. She always going with Papa since last year, it’s because an overseas bussiness.
“Aunty is going somewhere just now. Come onn, make some food~~” he said while shaking my arm.
“Okay okay, wait a minute, I must change my uniform first.” I said to him, then I went to my room, changed my uniform, and go to the kitchen.
I start to cook for me and Kaoru. Hmm, what should I make? A yakisoba? Yosh! I think it’s good.
5 minutes later
“Uwahh~~ Mayu Nee-chan’s yakisoba is best!!” Kaoru said while smiled happily. I just replied him with a smile. I really don't had appetite to eat. I don't know, my mind is filled with many thoughts. What if it’s really Yuki? Or... maybe we’re together in our past and then we’re reincarnated, and all of my dream is just my past life?
“Nee-chan? Why are you not eating your yakisoba?” Kaoru said while looked at me, I can’t help but smile because of his attitude. Even know he’s just a little kid, he’s really care to me.
“A-Ah, I’m just not hungry right now. I will go to my room.”
“Souka, just go sleep if you feeling ill.”
I nooded, then I went to my room, I took my manga and read it. The same routine when I got bored. But then, my phone ringed. Hmm, where did I put it?
As I tried to find my phone under my bed, I think I got something. I pulled it and realized that it was a picture frame.
So, everything I dreamed is true?

Y-Yuki? You’re here? Y-Yuki, save me, please! W-Where am I? Why is it dark?! Yuki!! Where are you?! Yuki, d-don’t leave me!
“Mayu?! Where are you ?!”

Mayu awoked with sweat all over her body. Her body trembled, her eyes reddened and filled with tears.
“Oh my god. Another bad dream..?” Mayu said to herself. She can feel her tears flowed to her cheeks. She immediately wiped it and went to bathroom.
“What should I do now...?”

The clock already showed 04.15 PM, all students already went to their prespective home. Except these two young boy and girl.
Mayu have told Yuki to stay for a couple minutes in the class. And as always, Yuki would say yes. But it seems like there’s none of them want to start a conversation. Even know that it was Mayu who told Yuki to stay, she looked like she was hesistated to say it to Yuki. And Yuki can’t do anything except to wait.
“A-Ano, Yuki... T-There’s something that I want to ask to you.” Mayu said hesistantly.
“I-It’s about you.” Mayu continued her words. It looks like it already answered Yuki’s question in his mind.
“B-But, whatever I said to you, you will never leave me, right?” Mayu’s question to Yuki is really make him angry in his mind. It sounded like his love for her is not enough to make her believe he will never leave her.
“Of course I won’t! I’ll never leave you. And I’ll love you forever, until my last breath! If I died before you, I would be reincarnated and I’ll fall in love with you again.” Yuki said then peck her cheek and hold it. He didn’t realized that he used the same word that Mayu ever said to him.
“If it’s not now or someday before I die, I would be reincarnated and I’ll fall in love with you again.”
“Y-Yuki, y-you’re not from m-my – “
“Oi, Yuki?! God, I’ve run to entire school just to find you, and then it turns out that you’re here, with her?! Man, you hurt my heart.”
Suddenly, a guy in black suit entered the room. Yup, it’s Rino. Mayu looked confused since she doesn’t know anything about Rino. And the way Rino talked with Yuki is just like a lovers.
“Y-You? Why are you here? And stop it, you sounded like a gay.”
“Because you must go back to H-Home! Yeah, h-home. So come on! And, I’m sorry I must take him now. Sorry for interupting your private time, because it’s an urgent, and we need him immediately.”
“O-Oi, wait a second, at least let me drive her home first!”
“No you can’t! This is a serious thing, Yu... ki?”
Unconciously, Yuki pushed away Mayu’s bag as he pulled back his hand from Rino’s grip. A picture frame pushed out from Mayu’s bag. The same one like what she got from under her bed. A picture frame with Yuki, Mayu, and a teddy bear. Yuki smiled softly, and Mayu smiled widely while holding the teddy bear with both of her hand.
“Is it...?”

“Yuki, let’s take a picture of us!!” Mayu shook Yuki’s arm with smile plastered on her face. It was their first date. Mayu doesn’t know why, she could be this freely with Yuki. Since Yuki is the most feared by the whole school.
She just realized that Yuki is not that creepy like what her friends and people around school said to her. She can talked freely to him, laughing together, and even she can be childish around him, and he doesn’t mad at all like everyone said to her. He never mad or snap her. He always smiled and even sometimes laughing eventhough it’s not really often.
“Okay-okay. Let’s find someone who want to take our picture.” Yuki said to her then walked to a man. He talked a while with him and that man nooded. He gave his camera to him,
“Prepare yourself kid, okay, one, two, three.”
‘SNAP’

“U-Uh..” Mayu suddenly kneeled with her knees and holding her head. It seems like her memories start to come back to her one by one. Yuki immediately run to her and hold her,
“Mayu, are you okay?” Yuki asked Mayu,
“I-I’m just, a little bit dizzy.”
“I’ll drive you home.” Yuki helped Mayu to stood and then signaling to Rino to prepare the car for them.

After Yuki drove her home, he put Mayu down to her bed. And then, her mother take care of her since he must go now because Rino is already wait for him outside the house.
“Y-Yuki, please don’t go anywhere...” Yuki was already stood up from his chair, but then Mayu took his hand and hold it tightly,
“I’ll be by your side, but now I’ve to go. I’ll see you later, okay?” he released Mayu’s grip on his hand slowly,
“Don’t think too much, take care of yourself.” He cupped Mayu’s forhead, then went back to his car. Rino already waited for him on the car since he must going back to his house to meet his parents.
“She’s okay?” Rino asked while Yuki entered the car,
“She’s fine, maybe she’s just tired.” Yuki answered him, rino just nodded while hearing Yuki’s word.
“About what I want to talk to you in your school. It should be your father who told you about it. But, since there’s an accident, I think I must tell you now.”
“The Killer Demons start to make their attack to human. The last thing I heard about them is they already hunted for a couple weeks now and their victims already reached more than 200 people. If they keep doing this, humans will start to suspicious us and then the goverments will took of our contract and never let us to be here anymore. The Killer Demons will took over the world. We can’t let that. They will hunt humans, and the balance of the world will disturbed, and it will bring us to the end of the world.” Rino explain the problems to Yuki. It seems like Yuki already know it before everyone. The rebels already attack Mayu since a few months ago.
“There’s maybe a bigger attack to earth on the next week.”
“I know.”
“Is there any meeting about this?”
“The meeting already started since a half an hour ago.”
“Bring me there, Rino.”
“My pleasure, Yuki.”

When he approached me like this, it means this is a really important matter, and it’s something that need me in the matter. I walked to the meeting table. There’s many leader of the country side of Hell. And, I think I saw Yuu between them. Ah, it’s really him. He approached me.
“It’s good to see you again, Yuki. But unfortunately in this condition.” Yuu said to me,
“Good to see you too, Yuu.”
“Well, since Yuki just arrived now, and I think Rino already told him everything about the problem, so let’s just continued our meeting. The big attack will be on the next week from now. But we all know that Koichi can’t lead our troops again since our last big attack on the day Yuki was born.” One of the kingdoms king start the meeting again. My father; as the leader of all the kingdoms in Hell actually barely can’t do all his job anymore. The time when I was born, there’s a big attack like the one that will happen in the next week. He lost all of his power and almost died as the result of his victory.
“I’ll take the part, I’ll be the one who killed that leader of the rebels. I’m his successor, so I feel that it’s my turn to took my father’s position.” I said. I’ve thought about it before I reached here. As the next successor of my father, I must do it. For myself, for my family, and for Mayu.
“I’m glad you want to take my job, Yuki.” My father said then pat my shoulder.
“It’s okay, father. For our family, I’ll do everything to save our family.” I said firmly. Nothing will change my decision. I know what should I do and it’s a final.

“Mayu, you looked down lately. Are you feeling ill?” Jurina approached me with her concern look.
“It’s okay. I’m fine, maybe I just a little bit tired.” I answered her while smiled.
“You should stop your habit to reading manga and watch anime at midnight, you know. That’s a bad habit.” Jurina said while then sat down to a seat beside me. It’s Yuki’s seat, but since a couple days ago, he never came to school again. Maybe it’s because the family business that the guy who fetch him said to me.
“You sounded like my mom. She always angry at me when she know that I’m watching anime at night.” I said to Jurina.
“It’s because she’s care for you and that’s bad for your health.” Jurina said,
Well, talking about Yuki, I miss him a lot. He went away like that without telling me where he is now and when he will come back to Tokyo. And his phone is off too! Just, is it that important so he doesn’t has any time to just told me that if he’s fine and else. Maybe I looked like a possesive girlfriend or acting childlish, but seriously, at least he could tell me how’s he now.
It’s always made me thought that maybe Yuki is hiding something from me. I really don’t understand him now. And, the way he looked at the picture frame when he unconciously pushed away my bag and the picture frame flowed out, it seems like he know about and he’s someone from my past.
“Mayu, oi Mayu! You’re spacing out again...” Jurina pouted while put her head to the desk after called me a couple times and I didn’t responded her call.
“Ehehe, I’m sorry. It just, I’m worried about Yuki right now.” I put my head on the desk, following what Jurina just now done.
“He love you, right? Then don’t worried too much about him. At least you know that he hide it from you because he doesn’t want to make you thinking about him all the time like this. And you can always talk to me when something bothering you. Don't keep it by yourself. Come on~ Mayu-chann let’s go to the canteen. I’m hungry~” Jurina said. Huh, she’s sometimes can be really mature, but then she can become a real kid. What a different side of her.
“you sounded like Kaoru.” I said to her.
“I don’t care~ let’s go, Mayu-chan~” she shaked my body,
“Okay-okay stop it! I’ll go.” I stood up from my chair, then walked to the door,
I’m sorry Jurina. I, can’t tell this to you. I’ve become a burden to you. This time, I will fight it alone.

After shool ended, Jurina offered me to let her and Ren-senpai to walked me home. Uhh, I mean Ren nii-san. He always angry at me when I called him Ren-senpai, saying that he’s not my senpai at school anymore and he already consider me as her sister. So he told me to just call him Ren nii-san. Back to the topic, I said that it’s fine. I can’t always bothering them to do something for me. However Jurina looked hesistated to let me going home alone. The last time I walked alone, some guy attacked me, but fortunately Yuki saved me.
After a long argument, finally I can walk home. Well, still with them. I really can’t arguing with Jurina. She’s really a child, what she want is what she got. They just accompanied me a half way since Jurina’s house is not in the same direction as mine. I bid farewell to them and then start to walk again.
‘GROWLL...’
Ugh, is that my stomatch? I forgot that I haven’t ate anything since this morning. When Jurina asked me to accompanied her to the canteen, I just follow her wherever she want. I just, not in mood to eat something or doing anything right now. And my body not feeling well since a few days ago, but I think I’m in a good health. I’m not sick or anything since I know I don’t have cold or even getting paler.
I decided to go to a near cafe, just to have a lunch and then continue my walk. I entered the cafe, and then took a seat beside the window. Just like what I always do whenever I go here.
“Wanna order someting?”
“Just like usual, Rabu-tan.” I answered the waitress; Rabu-tan. I’ve become a regular customer here, so I kinda know the staff here. Maybe you can say that they’re one of my friend.
“Thinking about something, huh? You look like disturbed by something lately, Mayu.” Rabu-tan said then walking back to her post.
“Huh...”
I sighed for the nth time. Well, it looks like everyone can looked at my face now and tell me that I looked troubled.
I turned my face to the window. I can see my reflection on the glass. Now I know that I really looked like a frustated person. I don't know why, but I can’t sleep at night, and I keep space out in the class. Man, I am really troubled.

Eh, am I imaging things?
I rubbed my eyes a few times then looked back to the window.
Okay, It’s really just my imagination. How can my eyes suddenly turned red, right? That’s impossible!
Maybe Jurina is right, I should stop watching anime at midnight and go to sleep earlier.

So here I am now, searching for good book to be read in the library. As you know, library is actually a boring place to wait someone. There’s just books, and couples that making out somewhere here. But actually I kinda like this place. Maybe because I loved to read something?

“Talking about it, I remember about the time when you were angry to your father, talking that you don't want to be a demon.” Rino took a sit beside me,
“Ah, that time?” I answered him. I don't know that he still remembered that stupid thing I’ve done when I’m just a kid. I think if he doesn’t talk about it just now, I’ll just forget it forever.
“Yeah, I still can’t believe that you’re talking like that to your father. You said to him that you don’t want to be a demon, then you just runaway to earth. I feel grateful that there’s Kora-san that patiently accompanied you even until now. And that little girl, it’s her, right?”
“The girl that open my eyes, yeah, it’s her. She’s the reason why I still being here.”
Flashback
“I don't want to go back.” Little Yuki pouted. It made the girl beside him smiled softly.
“Why? I believe that your parents are waiting for you now. They’re worried about you.” The girl replied Yuki’s word.
“I... I don’t want to learn how to fight again. I don't want to come to the class anymore. It’s boring. I want to live here. This world is really beautiful.” He took a deep breath, and then smiled.
“Well, it’s not like this world is perfect, you know. Everything had their badness. That’s what my grandmother said to me.” Yuki stood silent,
“And I think it’s not bored at all, it’s cool. At least if you don't like it, do it for the one you love.”

“And then when you’re back you suddenly really energetic to practicing with sensei. The entire palace is really shocked because of your sudden changed behaviour. After that, you said to your father to let you stay earth for studying. But actually you just want to meet her again, right?”
“S-Shut up.”
“But the whole school thought that you’re a Yankee and part of yakuza. So they start to avoid you, except for that girl.”
“It just because I sleep so late at night and I woke up late in the morning, so my appearance looked like a bad guy or something like that. The school delinquents think that I’m one of them. Because I had no choice then I just took their offer. They kind of challenged me to fight with them if I don't become one of them. You know that was my first time in Earth, I can’t controlled my powers and they can die easily in a few seconds. And how can people in school said that my gaze is chilling them!?”
“Easy man, easy. Don’t burn out this room. We have a war to win this time.”
Rino is right. We will have a fight in just a few hours from now.
Somebody suddenly opened my room’s door.
“A-Ah, father.” I immediately stood up and bowed to him,
“I’m sorry to interrupting your time. I just want to say something. The man you will faced now, is not as great as his old self now. Same like me, he already lost his power after our last war when you born, Yuki. So he must have some tactic to fight us. Use your brain, and don’t be panic. Remember, someone already waited for you, so you must win this war and keep alive.”
“Father...”
“I must go again now. I hope you can do it, you too, Rino.”
“Hai! Arigatou, your highness.”
My father went to my side then ruffled my hair softly, like he used to when I was a kid back there. It felt so nostalgic. When he always did it because I did something good, and he will praise me. It made me remember that since I don't know when, I always rebelled against him.
“I’m sorry that I always bothering you all these time, Father. This time, I’ll bring the troops to win this war.” I said to him while he pulled back his hand from my hair.
“I believe in you, Yuki.” He walked to the door,
“Remember, she’s waiting for you now.” My father exited the room after telling me that again.
Huh, I know, she must be worrying about me because I haven’t contact her for a couple days now.
I miss her, so much. I wonder if I had a time, just a little time to at least let Mayu know about me now. I really want to meet her. I want to know how is she doing now, is she alright? But this war, I have a responsibility to bring our troops to win this war. It will be the last war, and we must win. There’s no way to go back again. At least I must finish it first.
After this war, I will immediately go to earth and meet Mayu. I promise.

“You will immediately hate it after you know how to do it.” Little Yuki walked through the flowers garden to the big tree in the middle of the park. The little girl walked behind him, following each step that Yuki made.
“I don't think so; I think I will love it.” They both sat under the tree. The little girl looked at Yuki,
“Watanabe Mayu.”
“Kashiwagi Yuki.”

This is it.
“Uarrrgghh!!”
There’s no way I can run now.
“Arrgghh!!”
I keep running to the end of these groups of people that are fighting each other. There’s just one goal now, facing the leader of these rebels. Only one thing that can end this long time war, kill the leader.
Even if I got killed, I don’t have anything to worry about. Mayu is safe on earth, with Jurina and Ren. Kora-san will be with her too if I died in this war. I believe there’s a good man will marry her someday. A good man that better than me, more handsome, and he even chose to lose his life than losing her. I believe the man will love her deeply. She will have a cute child with her husband, and live happily until the death separated them.
“When we meet again someday, I’ll definitely fall in love with you again. If it’s not now or someday before I die, I would be reincarnated and I’ll fall in love with you again.”
I remembered the words she ever said to me. No way. I will not let her with other man beside me. How can I thought about that but Mayu herself never think about letting me go so easily like that.
“Oi Yuki, in front of you!!”
I snapped from my thought and took my sword from its scabbard and slashed him. Not wanting to waste any time. Another man approached me again and I thrust my sword right to his chest. Then a man attacked me from my side, I immediately blocked his sword and slashed his neck.
“G-Go ahead!! I’ll take care of it from now!” Rino said while fight against the rebels. I smirked,
“I trust it to you, Rino!”
I leave the battle field and dashed to their headquarters. I keep running without looking at back, I’m not worried about Rino, because I believed in him. And that’s what I need to do with Mayu, and myself. I believe Mayu will wait for me patiently now, and I believe I can fulfil my promise to her. I will come back.
Right in front of the headquarters, I saw a man in a black coat that I believe is the leader of these rebels. He was wearing a hood to cover his face.
“Well, it’s nice to meet you, Black-sama.” The man took of his hood and faced me.
“Let’s just end this.” I hold my sword tight.
“If you insist. We can start it now. Let me introduce you my new pet.” He clapped his hand twice. And just like in any movies I ever saw, someone appeared from somewhere. I can’t say who is it but should I say he? Well, he covered his head with a hood, and a silver jacket wrapped around him. I really don't know who he is, it just I feel so familiar.
“Meet her, Nezumi.”
Wait, what? A girl?
She raised her head. No, no way. It’s not her!
“Mayu?” I walked closer to her. I raised my hand to touch her face, but
“Ughh!”
She throws me away with shockwave from her hand. No way. How can she do that? Her eyes turned in to red, same thing go to her hair. It can’t be! She – She turned in to a Demon?! B-But how?!
“Well then, enjoy your time.” He smirked and went away. Mayu keep walking to me with that cold face. No, I won’t hurt her! And he can’t run away!
“Arghh!”
Rino appeared from behind him and tried to slash his neck but just cut through his arm instead.
“You can’t go anywhere, and don't forget that he’s not alone.” Rino said. He raised his sword to that man face. He smirked,
“Well, well, I should not underestimate you, young man.” He took his sword then raised it to Rino.
“Yuki! Go save Mayu! I’ll handle this!”
“B-But, Rino – !”
“I know you’re the leader, but the one who can save her is you! Please trust me!”
Ugh..! Mayu never stop to hit me with shockwaves from her hand. Right, I must trust him. And I can’t let Mayu in this condition.

The sound of two swords clashing with each other can be heard around him. Yuki still laying down on the ground after the nth time Mayu has thrown him, smashed, and shocked him with powers that he doesn’t know where did she get that. He doesn’t know what he should do now. He will not fight her, for sure.
“I-I don't know what to do, Rino. If Mayu will save when I died, then maybe I’ll choose to die, instead.” Yuki said while showing a painful smile. He can’t think of anything that can save Mayu right now. He felt hopeless.
He tried to stand back. His body felt numb. He can see Mayu was looking at him with that expressionless face. He pushes himself to walk towards Mayu. And somehow Mayu doesn’t walked to him either hit him with her powers, she just stand right there, looking at Yuki.
While grimacing in pain, he raised his hand to Mayu’s hood and he pulled it down slowly. Now he can see Mayu’s face clearly without her hood bothering.
“I really don't know what to do anymore, Mayu. I’m hopeless. And I can’t fight you. I won’t hurt you anymore.” He took Mayu’s hand and brings her hand to his chest,
“There, you can feel it, right? It’s beating so fast, just for you. But, if the only thing to save you is killing me, then you can kill me now. He wants me to die, right? Just do it.” Yuki’s hand that holding on Mayu’s shaking while he tried to hold his tears.
“I know you’re in there, Mayu. I know you’re somewhere trapped in that body of yours, deep there, you’re still there. If I died, Kora-san will take care of you. And I love you.”
He loosened his hold on Mayu’s hand and smile softly,
“You can do it now.”
He closed his eyes and he can feel Mayu had lowered her hand from his hand. After a few seconds he still not feels anything.
“Huh...?”
He opened his eyes and found that Mayu was kneeling while holding her head in pain. Mayu was trying to fight someone that possessed her body. She suddenly screams while tears start to fall down to her cheeks. Yuki could feel that his heart ached when he sees Mayu in such condition and he can’t help her at all. He was eager to help Mayu ever if it will cost his life, but he doesn’t know how. He started to kneel in front of Mayu and hugged her tightly.
“I’m sorry, Mayu. I’m so sorry. I can’t do anything. I’m sorry.” he still held her close despite Mayu keep trying to let go of his arms on her.
“Y-Yuki... G-Go a-away.” Mayu said between her cries.
“No, I’ll never let you go again. I’ll never leave you alone again. Because you are my life, and when you’re not right beside me, I’m nothing but a lifeless body. I prefer to die than to life without you.” He holds her tight,
Right after Yuki said those words, he can feels that Mayu’s hold on her head loosened and those hands wrapped around him tightly.
“If the one who lost their memory saying Aishiteiru to the person he/she loves with all of their heart before the spell was pronounced, then he/she will get back their memory slowly.”
Suddenly there’s a ‘ting’ inside Yuki’s mind.
Love! There’s nothing that can beat love! If that spell will broke after she say Aishiteiru. Then maybe,
Yuki loosened his arms around Mayu and suddenly kissed her deeply. Mayu was too shocked and she can’t reply his kiss until his hand hold on her waist tightly. She closed her eyes and she can feel all the things that hold her just now already gone somehow. She put her hands around his neck, pulling him down to deepen their kiss. Until both of them feel that they may die because the lack of oxygen and pulled off their kiss.
“Y-Yuki...”
“I love you, Mayu.”
“I-I...”
‘BANG’
A bullet ran trough Mayu’s body. Everything happens so fast that Yuki’s mind can’t think properly. Until he realize, right now, Mayu is dying, right on his hand.
“Useless human.”
“I-I’m sorry, Yuki. I-I can’t beat him.”
“M-Mayu, h-hey! Wake up!!” he called her name continuously but still no answer, until he put her body to the ground slowly and then stood still right in front of Mayu.
“What do you want to do now? Crying for her? Well, it may be your last time seeing her so... URK!”
Yuki was right in front of that man. His hair along with his eyes turns in to red, while his hand holding a sword that thrust in to that man chest.
“U-Ugh, welcome Black. S-So that’s your flash speed. I-I’m impressed.”
“Just die.”
Yuki pulled out his sword and let his lifeless body fall to the ground. He turn back his focus to Mayu and immediately run to her side,
“M-Mayu, can you hear me?! Anyone!! H-Hey, Mayu!! Wake up, please!! MAYU!!!”

“... U-Ugh,”
I blink my eyes to adjust to the light in the room. All I can see was just white, and this room smells like medicines. I realize that I’m in a hospital after my eyes can look better. I turn my face to my right side to look at someone that I thought was the nurse since her uniform was like one of them. She has a short hair and maybe her age was just a year younger than me or more. After she looks at me, her eyes bulge like it will fall out soon. What a weird expression, just like Yuki.
“W-Wh... Where’s – “
I tried to talk to that girl and all I can was just making that hoarse voice. She immediately running to the table and give me a glass of water. I drank the water until there’s no droplet left. I’m thankful she knows that I’m really thirsty now. She then took the glass and put it back to table beside my bed. Ugh, why I feel hurt at my abdomen. And Yuki, where’s him? Is he okay? That girl realizes my pained face and then holds my body to not moving too much,
“D-Don't moving too much, Mayu-san. Your wound still hurt a bit. Yuki Nii-chan will come in a few minutes. He’s going out to eat some food. He need to eat because he doesn’t want to let his attention ruined from you even if just for a second. I must promise him that I’ll look after you. He’s really reckless sometimes.”
Right after that girl explain those things to me, the door opened,
“Sakura, is she – Mayu?! You’re awake! Why won’t you call me or something like that, Sakura?! I need to call Haruna now.”
Yuki suddenly closed the door and running back to call someone he call Haruna just now. I and the short-haired-girl he call Sakura can’t help but laugh after looking at his stupidity. Seriously, he doesn’t need to be that shocked. But, he looks so much skinnier than before. And, how long I’ve been here?
“A-Ano, how long I’ve been in here?” I asked to her, and then she smiled,
“You’ve been in coma state for a month. Haruna-san said that you may not last, but Yuki Nii-chan always believes that you’ll awake someday. And I’m happy that he’s true.”
The door opened once again then a tall woman with white coat entered the room. Maybe she’s Haruna. Wow, she should be a model or something like that. With that appearance, I believe she will be a success woman in a short time. Well, but it seems like she’s the doctor. Right after her, Yuki entered the room.
It seems like my guess was true.
“Hey, Mayu, right? I’m Haruna and I’m your personal doctor here since Yuki told me to observe you regularly these past few weeks and until you recover back to your usual self. So, may I?” she smiled to me then start to take a few cross check to my body especially to the wound at my abdomen.
“Well, I think you’re fine now. The wound may take some times to heal, but don’t worry about it. I’ll come here again later to take a full check-up of your body. You may rest now.” Haruna smiled
“Ah, aside from that, first I want to say sorry to you. If you can’t remember what happens that made you can be here, the rebels took your body and turn you in to a demon to become the bait for Yuki. But unfortunately, we can’t remove the demon inside your body. So your body now was like, half human and half demon. I’m really sorry.” She bowed to me,
“You may need some time to adjust it. But when Yuki beside you, I believe you will be fine.”
“Please excuse me.” Haruna said then exit the room, followed by Sakura. So, yeah, there’s just me and Yuki inside the room now.
“Hey, are you okay?” he asked me while took a sit on a chair beside me and hold on my hand tightly. He was holding it like I’ll going to leave him. I think what just Sakura said to me is true. He looks terrible. His pale skin and that black eye bags below his beautiful eyes can’t lie. A month with lack of sleeps and eats, just for me.
“... Because you are my life.”
“I-I’m fine. Don’t worry about me. Haruna-san has told us that I’m fine, right? You should take a rest now. Sakura said to me that you – “
“I can’t stop to worry about you! T-That time, when you just arrived here, Haruna said that you can’t survive because you’ve lost a lot of blood after the shoot to your abdomen. But I tried to keep believe in you! People around me keep saying that what I did was just a waste of time. Even Rino, Sakura, Yuu, everyone, they told me to let you go. But I can’t! I know you’ll wake up someday with your smile plastered on your face.”
“After a few weeks, I start to doubt myself. Are you going to wake up? Is it the end of all? I-I can’t sleep at night; I can’t stop to think that you’ll die soon. I love you too much that make me prefer to die with you if you can’t survive. I can’t live without you...”
His holds on my hands tighten while he keeps his face low while saying those words. I don’t know that he suffered a lot because of me. I extend my hand to reach his face and he looked at me.
“I-I’m sorry to mad at you like that, it’s just, I’m afraid to losing you again.”
He put his hand above mine that was on his cheek and closed his eyes,
“Even until now, I still thought, is it just a dream? That you’re here, talking with me, and hold my face like this.”
He laugh bitterly and then opened his eyes. He let go my hand and then he put my hair behind my ears,
“I’m sorry that we can’t remove the demon inside you. If just I was faster back there, you can fully become a human; you don’t need to suffer again. But I was slow, and I can’t do it. I really – “
“No, it’s okay, really. If becoming a half demon means I can always be with you, then I’ll be fine. Whatever happens next, if you’re with me, I know I can survive.” I said to him,
“I’m glad that I love you, Mayu.”
“Well, if you were in love with Jurina, I think you’re going to die. You never saw Ren Nii-chan angry.”
“Don’t be silly, I’ll never in love with her. The only person I love in this universe is you.” Yuki pinched my cheeks and then we laugh together.
From the start, the differences never bothered us. Because I believe, God makes so many differences to test us, to deepen our love to each other, to make us know that nothing can separate us if we keep fighting for it.
And hey, we’ve promise to each other that we’ll never stop to love each other. Someday, we will die. But I’ll wait for the time when we will be reincarnated, I’ll wait for you to come to me again, and I’ll fall in love with you again.
You’re going to stuck with me forever, Kashiwagi Yuki.
