I don't understand the auction stuff. I mean, how it works. No experience in that area. Haha.

I signed up today at AKB web FC, so I'll be reading their (well, her) blogs from now on.

^ Well you need to use a company to do the actual bidding for you. Most people use Crescent Shop like Makistar said - I use them and they're very easy.

The thing that I do is search Yahoo Auctions Japan myself. You have to search in Japanese so if you want items of a certain person just look them up on Wikipedia and you'll find their name in Kanji - copy and paste in to the YAJ search bar and Bob's your uncle. Then on Crescent they have an item search bar. Copy the URL of the item you want and paste it in the search bar and crescent will go to it, then you can bid on it, or just put it in to your watch list.

Crescent will also translate the auction into English. But its not very good English.

Maybe we should consider doing a guide for using Crescent.

Welcome to the club!!
The blog and photos are the best things in AKB48 FC membership, the girls update every day but some members seldom write anything but I can tell you Sayaka does write most of the time. As for Blog Queen of each team: Team A - Mariko, Team K - Kana, Team B - Cindy (for now only the 3 ex-Team A members can blog as Team B)

FC is for everyone, doesn't matter where you live.
It's more than photos, there's FC videos (even though there are only few outdated ones)

Yeah, u need to pay for it, but it's pretty cheap, in my opinion.

other benefits like a one time guarantee stage ticket (fan saves this for special event like favorite member's birthday, graduation, etc.). FC members have advantage of special event draws but basically if you don't live in Japan, these benefits don't apply to you but I think the blog and photos are attractive enough to join.

It's quite easy to apply for FC membership, they just want your credit card number

You should go check other auction services...some of them their fees are like 25% of total bids.

does it mean by "one time guarantee" means that no matter what we will get the ticket for that day(the one that we choose), and the advantage of special event is they get the front row izzit?

there is no guarantee for front row....all seats are pretty much by draw. Female seats are on 4ht row. Lolli can fill you in with more as she went to the theater

I think a bunch of people from Stage48 are planning to go next year, I might join them if I have enough dough. I would hate going to the theater by myself.
I'll check the detail on the FC guarantee ticket then, it's too far ahead, rules might change.

I'm planning to go next year, too. May or June.

I didn't know that joining the web FC would give the ticket benefit, I thought it was for people exclusively in Japan. So in that case, I may use my ticket when I go. I'm praying all my plans develop well.
