Leaving with a "pity announcement" huh? I have a feeling, that there is something more behind it. She was never really idol like. Always sticking out like a sore thumb. She does not have the looks or the style. Weight issues...etc. Maybe staff decided to give her the boot.

Then what's the point having her on Sakura Sankyuu poster and PV?
PigooHD even have her scheduled on new TV show with Kaoru and Ojima. http://www.girlsnews.tv/notice/70373

Please, stop leaving negative speculation.

What I know is that I'll miss going to her during handshake events. She's one of the type that remembers you if you ever went to her. Plus, she's fun and easy to talk to.

Let's stop with these baseless assumptions. If there's a member that deserve the boot as you might say, it's not her. She has a regular spot in NHK (a lot of members don't even have any), appear regularly for Horipro web broadcast and has a new show that is schedule to air. I can't say I know more than what is said but I'll believe the staffs this time. They are not horrible people that would let her go without any chance for her fans to say goodbye to her without any good reasons.

Poor Manachan. Too sad she's leaving so sudden. I always liked her and found her very funny. Not the usual Idol but a a nice person for sure. The best for her whatever that happens.

Sad.
I thought she was starting to find her feet on the show this last year. Perhaps she wasn't the perfect Idol, but she always tried to contribute to the show, even if it meant she played the fool sometimes. She was only young and had a lot of potential to develop. Also she seemed genuinely well-liked by other members.

I'll miss her presence in the group.

D'oh, she was supposed to still be here in 2 years so I could admire her frame!!...

I hope whatever troubles her family is going through will be resolved so that even if she can't return to idol activities, she may enjoy a happy life :3

This is pretty sad.  She wasn't a favorite, but I really warmed up to her lately and started to appreciate her, and just like that, she's gone :(

Good luck to her and I hope we still see her sometimes in other members blog posts and I hope her family is OK.

16 year old idol Manami says she is moving back to her parents' house and has personal and family worries?

I believe her.............

This is the girl who listed her hobbies as:

Hobbies: Smiling, Dancing with her grandmother as an instructor

As stated above, I believe Manami- sorry to see her go,
but wishing the best to her, and thanks for all the
 hard work, and good times!!

I'm going to say something really selfish

Right now, I'm going to write something that's really selfish
Please read it with an open heart
I'm sorry
-------------------------------------
Idoling!!! Has a song named "Makehende" which is sung by the Kansai members
It's a song that I really love
I love the lyric and I really love the melody too
And above all, I love the members that sings the song
Everyone were either middle schoolers or high schoolers who moved to Tokyo, well of course there are many happy moments but there are definitely hard and sad times that we really understand among us
There were only the 5 of us, the Suu-chan graduated and left us with only 4
I get really sad whenever I think that I could never listen to my favorite Suu-chan's part in the D melody
But then we had the 4 people version of Makehende
Both me and Manamiize sang the part which used to be Suu-chan's
Just being able to sing it is already a great joy
But above all, singing with Manamiize is greatest joy of all
Whehter its Suu-chan or Manamiize
When our eyes meet during the song they are always smiling about
……. Manamiize. I'm sorry
Please come back
Right now I'm writing this blog post while waiting for the train, and here I am crying alone, it's embarassing
Please come and save me

This is quite confusing by Ruka´s words. Why is she saying "I'm sorry, come back"?

I think people are misunderstanding this a little. While this was all sudden and probably happened in the span of a week or something, the part about not giving her a proper farewell is an agreement on all parts, including Manami herself... well, at least that's what been said. Her imatsubu posts may portray it differently, but we'll never know the true reason.

Personally she was never my favorite, but she really climbed my ladder after I had the chance of meeting her several times. She's super considerate to everyone around her, and I truly believe that's her genuine self - always prioritizing others before herself. I don't think I've ever been in a state of shock like this since Koizumi suddenly graduated... Idoling!!! really just lost a great asset.

This is quite confusing by Ruka´s words. Why is she saying "I'm sorry, come back"?

Basically she hasn't accepted her graduation.

She was not my favorite either, but she has her moments. I was wondering if this "graduation" is for good, or is it similar situation to what Goto had at the time? She had a family circumstance and took her break and then came back.

Amimi on Nomoto's graduation. The other members also only knew about it around 2-3 weeks ago.

I'm wondering the same thing. The reason Kaorun left was supposedly also due to family issues. Maybe she'll come back (here's hoping).

It took her some time to find her place. In the beginning she seemed easily troubled by trivial matters and was always trying a little too hard, but she has turned into an all-time cheerful and considerate person. In a way, I'm going to miss her, even though my heart belongs to other members.
